'I had a good stay at this hotel. Pros: 1. Staffs are very friendly and courteous 2. Ample amount of parking space 3. Hotel is almost at the top of the hill, due to which you get an amazing view of ooty city 4. Food is awesome 5. They provide every toiletry kit including shaving set 6. Very neat and tidy rooms 7. I stayed at room#124 and this had an amazing view of the helipad and then the ooty city 8. Unlike other hotels, the rooms opening towards the helipad has an extra room for dinner and small party (kind of unexpected but enjoyed a lot) 9. I read some review about being old-fashioned, untidy and damped rooms but let me tell you this, its an old hotel but they have really taken care of it and provided you with everything that you need to have a pleasant stay. Don't go with other reviews, i have visited ooty countless times and stayed in many hotels but this one will give you peace of mind! cons: nothing i noticed or experienced during my stay'
