I am an Hilton member myself and have stayed in Hilton properties in Europe , the staff specially at the reception desk and front office team do not have even basic courtesy of reading an email I booked stay from abroad Europe for my senior citizen father and before hand wrote an email to the reception and front desk about his diabetic condition - the whole reason one pays for an Hilton brand is that you get an good experience and don’t have to keep stressed about the nuances of the stay The first reply on email - lady who goes by job title :- reservation executive was about how much extra money would be charged for x and y service , it took four or five times to make them understand my father was travelling alone and to explain the importance of getting his breakfast timely Ultimately despite clear instructions, my father had an poor experience Would not recommend this Hilton property

Newly opened and THE most beautiful hotel at Siddapura, Whitefeild, Bengaluru. All team members we met throughout our 5 night stay were very welcoming and polite. We stayed at a king’s room with balcony at the east side which gave us a calm view with bit of the lake that can be seen from 4th floor. Room size is average but everything else about it is comfortable. The teams ensure that smallest requests are fulfilled at their very best. Food and drinks are a chef’s kiss at Nana’s especially the tamarind mojito with the piece of sugarcane in it. The restaurant menu feels bit incomplete as they are working on it. At the moment you cannot find usuals like continental breakfast and few other main international dishes yet. Because the hotel is newly opened, there are few maintenance work going on at the moment such as landscaping around the property, pool maintenance etc. Hoping that crevices will be maintained by detail cleaning especially in wet areas like bathroom, pool etc. Wish there were more restaurants in the hotel or a lounge cafe’ by the pool to relax in the evening. There’s heavy traffic on the side of the road hotel is located during the peak hours which makes it take a little longer to make a U turn by a vehicle but the area is quiet and walkable otherwise. There are many cafe’s and services around. It was a wonderful stay overall for us. Thank you team Slohh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay throughout.

스타 호텔 표준, 객실은 넓고 호텔은 비교적 조용합니다. 유일한 단점은 체크인 할 때 냄새가 나다는 것입니다. 장식으로 인해 전체 가격이 매우 높을 수 있습니다.

호텔은 커피 및 후추 농장에 있으며 환경은 매우 조용하고 아름답습니다. 중앙 호수 주변에 빌라 건물이 세워졌습니다. 호텔에는 3개의 레스토랑이 있으며 2개는 야외이며 사방이 환기되고 밤에는 약간 춥습니다. 저녁 식사는 20:00에 시작됩니다. 매일 17:30에 농장에 무료 가이드 가든이 있으며 많은 것을 배웠습니다. 아쉽게도 16시 이후에는 모기가 더 많고, 17시 30분에 정원을 방문하면 모기가 맛있는 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 정원에 방문하면 아침이나 오후에 모기 문제를 피할 수 있습니다. 방의 하드웨어는 괜찮지 만 욕실과 화장실의 디자인은 매우 불합리합니다. 화장실에 들어가려면 샤워 실을 통과해야합니다. 샤워 후 화장실 바닥에 물이 새고 매우 미끄 럽습니다. 샤워 실과 화장실 문을 나란히 분리하면 문제가 해결됩니다. 위생은 괜찮습니다. 베개 공간 면화는 비교적 저렴하여 호텔 가격과 일치하지 않습니다.

12월 20일부터 25일까지 머물렀습니다. 12월 20일 새벽 2시쯤 늦게 체크인하고 12월 25일 아침 8시 30분에 아주 일찍 체크아웃했습니다. 아버지가 12월 21일에 도시에서 갑자기 돌아가셨고 여행 대부분 동안 준비에 바빴고 늦게 돌아와서 방에서 잤습니다. 체크아웃하는 날, 비행기가 연기되어 호텔로 돌아왔습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 대부분 매우 친절했습니다. 하지만 마지막 날, 앉아서 생각을 정리할 수 있는 개인 공간을 요청했을 때, 수밋 씨는 '로비에서 앉아 있으라'고 퉁명스럽게 말했습니다. 물론 방을 돌려받을 거라고 기대하지는 않았지만, 요청에 세심하게 답변해 주었으면 좋았을 텐데요. 그렇지 않았다면 순조로웠을 숙박에 씁쓸한 충격이 끝났습니다. 앞으로는 여기에 묵지 않을 겁니다.

ITC Windsor는 훌륭한 서비스와 식민지 시대의 매력을 느낄 수 있는 세련되고 편안한 숙박을 제공합니다. 호텔은 공항과 도심 사이에 편리하게 위치해 있어 갈루루 중심부에 도착하는 데 시간이 조금 더 걸리지만 공항 접근이 용이합니다. 서비스와 청결 기준이 인상적이며 유산 스타일의 건축물이 호텔에 독특한 특성을 더합니다. 그러나 침실은 그리 넓지 않고 자연 채광이 부족하여 일부 손님에게는 단점이 될 수 있습니다. 아침 식사 공간은 밝고 매력적이며 다양한 유럽식, 인도식 및 아시아식 옵션을 모두 좋은 품질로 제공합니다. 반면 체육관은 상당히 작으며 다른 손님과 공유 할 때 공간이 제한되어 사용하기가 약간 불편할 수 있습니다. 호텔 레스토랑 중 하나인 Royal Afghan도 맛볼 기회가 있었는데 환상적인 경험이었습니다. 음식은 풍부하고 맛있었습니다. 고품질 재료로 정통 북인도 요리였습니다. 요리는 더 무거운 편이지만 맛과 품질은 그만한 가치가 있습니다. 전반적으로 ITC Windsor는 환대, 편안함, 편리한 공항 접근으로 The Royal Afghan에서의 즐거운 식사 경험을 보완합니다.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Bengaluru City Center and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to MG Road, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the quality was enjoyable. I also appreciated the rooftop facilities and overall ambiance of the hotel. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Bangalore, and I would gladly stay here again.

Good room and good people, especially the foods are wonderful, one young lady with short hair and east Asia face very warm hearted, always be there give service.
