리리뷰어Excellent location, right in the heart of Athens. The room was exactly as shown in the photos (family room), spacious and fully equipped. Amenities in the room were of high quality (loved the scent of the toiletries!). Extra comfy bed, duvet and pillows. Highly recommended for stay! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. From a famous restaurant like Milos, I expected something better in quality and taste. The quantities were ok, but lacking in quality. The bread was not warm, the fruit plate poor (tangerine, pear and kiwi) and the omelet indifferent, no taste at all. We didn't dine at the restaurant, so not sure whether it had to do with breakfast or with the meals in general. Very helpful staff, though.

리리뷰어정말 최고였어요! 조금 일찍 도착했는데, 프런트 데스크 직원 두 분 모두 정말 친절하고 상냥하셨어요. 모든 걸 친절하게 설명해 주시고, 물도 주시면서 방을 구하는 데 정말 많은 도움을 주셨어요. 심지어 교대 근무를 할 때 저희 순서를 강조해서 알려주시면서 바로 방을 구해 주셨어요. 오전 10시 조금 지나서 체크인했는데, 정말 감사했어요! 하우스키핑 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨어요. 깨끗하고, 친절하고, 정중하셨어요! 방도 정말 좋았고, 침대 양쪽에 USB 포트가 있어서 편리했어요. 엘리베이터 로비도 아름다웠고, 아크로폴리스가 보이는 방도 정말 멋졌어요! 아테네에 대한 첫인상이 정말 좋았어요! 강력 추천합니다!

SSarah JanesThis place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example).
The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible.
Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log.
Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense.
Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

리리뷰어Review for NYX Esperia Palace Athens – Luxurious Stay with a Few Caveats
We stayed at NYX Esperia Palace Athens for four full days – two couples, each in an Executive Suite with access to the business lounge.
The welcome was warm and efficient, and we received our rooms exactly at 3:00 PM, as per hotel policy. The suites were clean, stylish, and well-equipped with amenities such as disposable toothbrushes, shaving kits, loofahs, a hairdryer, and more. One of our suites, located on the 7th floor, even had a partial view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely bonus.
The room’s climate, lighting, and curtains were all operated through digital controls, designed to pamper guests — although, in practice, they were not very intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. For instance, turning off the bedside light required getting up and walking to a control panel.
The TV included Israeli channels (11, 12, and 13), which we appreciated. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the waiter service was above average.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional care provided by Ilia, the hotel's Public Relations Manager. She guided us almost from the moment we arrived until we left — recommending excellent tavernas, booking taxis, restaurants, and arranging a private guided tour. On our last day, we were also warmly greeted by Dionysia in the lounge — charming and attentive.
That said, there were some drawbacks:
Reception service was inconsistent – not all staff members were welcoming; some appeared cold or offered forced smiles.
The business lounge was disappointing – small, crowded, with modest food and drink offerings and uninspiring seating. It felt more like a repurposed room than a proper lounge.
The pools require advance reservation, with no room for spontaneity. Usage hours are segmented (e.g., 1–4 PM or 4–7 PM), and spots after 7 PM are very limited. The rooftop pool area is crowded, and the adjacent restaurant is also open to non-guests.
Rooftop restaurant experience: One evening we returned from a night out and hoped to enjoy a drink with a view. Although two front-row tables overlooking the Acropolis were available, we were initially told they were reserved. Minutes later, we were informed we could sit there for a €25 minimum spend per person. The sudden shift from ”reserved” to ”available for a price” was off-putting — especially as hotel guests staying in suites.
The guided tour recommended by the hotel involved nearly 4 hours of driving during a 5-hour trip, leaving us with very little time at each stop. We suggest skipping it.
Bottom line:
The hotel is modern, very clean, and the suites are luxurious. Service is mostly excellent, particularly thanks to Ilia and Dionysia. However, don't count on spontaneous access to the pool or rooftop restaurant — enjoying those requires planning ahead, much like booking a theater show. If you value well-designed suites and structured experiences, this hotel may be a great fit. If you’re looking for flexibility and full-day pampering from hotel facilities — you might find it a bit limiting.

리리뷰어I was impressed with this hotel for the price I paid. Very centralised, with the metro station right there. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets only steps away. The hotel itself is very comfortable. Though my room was a bit small, it’s all you need. Lots of pillows on the bed. Fluffy towels, and all the great amenities. They give you everything you need, and then some. Free water as well. The breakfast was copious. So much choices. I love the terrace. There are jacuzzis on the terrace! I also ate at the restaurant, which as very good. The staff are very friendly. The deco is cool as well. I’ll come back next time I’m in Athens.

ZZhenglubi酒店挺好的，不image評論説的那般老舊，就在憲法中心邊上，交通很方便，坐機場大巴下來過個말로就到了，一切city很完美，不過當천유個小插曲讓我們覺得不是很舒服。當天晚上出去吃完晚飯要回酒店，憲法廣場好image有什麼遊行活動，酒店把大门的拉閘飯要回酒庆，不讓住户進去，可以透過閘gate看到裏면적保安做出讓我們等等的핸드勢，我們和其他住户city被鎖我們不去，搞的人心惶惶，過了幾分鐘開작은 문讓我開gate進去説是有什麼보안 문제，雖然説䝿護酒店내부 보안這點做的挺好，但是考慮過萬一有危險，我們這些住客進不去在외국면출사了的情況嗎?

리리뷰어옆집에 레스토랑이 딸린 멋진 호텔. 직원들은 매우 도움이 되었지만 많은 사람들이 영어를 할 수 없었습니다. 괜찮습니다. 주소는 Noma라는 호텔에 있기 때문에 약간 혼란 스러웠지만 아마도 간판이나 무언가를 가져 가지 않았을 것입니다. 레스토랑이 호텔과 별도의 비즈니스이며 매일 아침 식사가 포함되어 있다는 것을 인정하고 싶지 않았기 때문에 아침 식사 상황이 다소 이상합니다. 나는 그들에게 내 예약을 보여주었고 그들은 그것을 인정했습니다. 그러나 대체로 장소는 훌륭하고 깨끗했으며 룸 서비스는 좋았고 중앙에 위치했으며 모든 것이 방 내부에서 작동했습니다. 나는 다시 여기에 머물고 동료 여행자에게 추천 할 것입니다.

MMazen KhamisThe staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. Last but not least, the breakfast staff were so patient and always polite and lovely.
Otherwise of course the hotel requires maintenance and the area is too crowded as any populated city, so if you go with the right expectations you will enjoy your trip, otherwise if you have high expectations I recommend booking somewhere else.
