소피텔 마라케시 라운지 앤드 스파 후기

저는 최근 이 호텔에 묵었는데 프런트 데스크 직원, 특히 오후 9시에 체크인하는 동안 근무 중인 두 명의 소녀와 함께 실망스러운 경험을 했습니다. 예약을 했는데도 30분 넘게 기다려야 방을 잡을 수 있었는데, 알고 보니 예약한 방과 달랐다. 기념일을 알려줬음에도 불구하고 직원의 반응은 별로 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 초기 방의 전망은 승인 없이 변경되었으며, 제안된 대안은 더 나빴습니다. 관리자와 대화한 후에야(제가 대화한 관리자는 유난히 친절하고 이해심이 많았습니다) 더 좋은 방을 받았지만 여전히 우리가 예약한 방은 아니었습니다. 특별한 날에 대한 배려가 부족하여 전반적으로 실망스러운 경험이 되었습니다.

프론트 데스크 직원은 도움이 되지 않았고 세금을 너무 많이 청구했습니다(trip.com에 표시된 MAD29 대신 MAD57.2).

My stay at Sofitel was very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Service was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Service at the breakfast buffet and pools was a little slow due to how busy it was, but the staff were always trying their best and attentive. The public areas were clean and well maintained, there was fast internet and the room facilities were clean and comfortable.

Perfect location in a luxurious space. The hotel lives up to its standard and without a doubt.

It’s amazing

As usual, the Sofitel Marrakech is my favourite hotel in town. I have been a regular customer for more than 15 years and I still enjoy every minute of my stay over there. The friendliness of the staff, the management and service is just top world-class. I can't wait to return once again to this place which I call my home away from home! Keep up the good work!

Terrible hotel and service!! They told me breakfast is included but came and charged me. Next I realised they have double charged me for the room. They are thief.

Un hôtel exceptionnel, extrêmement bien placé calme avec un personnel très accueillant

Franchement je suis déçu du service de Sofitel ces derniers mois.  J’ai remarqué que le staff change en permanence du coup comme je suis client depuis 2004, à chaque fois je en chez in je tombe sur des nouvelles personne qui connaissent pas la personne qui savent pas ce que je prend comme chambre du coup ça me déçoit un peu contrairement à avant que à chaque fois je suis en Check in j’ai toujours eu le bon service contrairement à aujourd’hui que le staff se comporte d une manière limite t es client comme les autres. Alors que les raisons pour lesquels je viens à Sofitel et non pas aux autres hôtels c st surtout par rapport au service . Je pense il est temps de changer le Sofitel et aller au Fairmont ou à mamounia puisque les prix sont identique

酒店中規中矩，主要給安排的房間景色都不好，一個在酒店一層，什麼都看不到，而且通着餐廳有些嘈雜，還有一間房安排在二層小陽台對着後馬路也什麼都沒有，酒店內部環境還挺漂亮的，散散步挺好的，早餐也挺豐富的。
