구르가온 뷰 호텔

'구르가온의 지인을 만나기 위해 방문했을 때 이용하게 했습니다. 호텔 옆의 사우스 포인트 몰에서는 일본, 한국 식재료 등도 많이 취급하고 있어, 체재중은 불편하지 않고, 보낼 수 있었습니다. 또, 이 근처는 Uber도 잡아 쉽고 좋았습니다. 또 구르가온을 방문했을 때는 이용시키고 싶습니다.'

However, compared to my previous stays over the years, I’ve noticed that the overall cleanliness of the hotel has declined. 'I am extremely happy with my stay at the Grand Hyatt. I do thos every year. It was my anniversary and Celine (don't know the correct spelling, maybe Selene) was so kind in arranging cake for us. Divyaansh at Checkin was so courteous and professional, kindly helping us bring our bags to the room. His manager was also great, and remembered us from our stay last year. Forgot her name but she really exhibited her leadership skills. At checkout, Alisha was very helpful and kind, so was her manager (didn't get her name). They walked us all the way to the door. Kind gestures like these matter alot. Amit also showed great service by helping us with our bags, and Vinay at the front door too was so polite and helpful with our bags. Location is also alright. 35 minutes to airport if no traffic, half an hour drive to DLF Cyberhub for great dinner. Oh and in winter time they serve some delicious hot chocolate as a welcome drink. Their breakfast was also fantastic. I got to try local delights I don't usually have time to try like the Bun Maska. 10/10 recommend Grand Hyatt!'

'If I could give 10 stars for service I would! The staff are really nice and polite. Room is huge and comfortable and food is delicious. This hotel is good for business travelers to the offices in the area but there isn’t much else around there.'
