I stayed there for 2 months and it felt like home away from home. The staff took utmost care to make sure I was comfortable. Prarthana, Anisha, Har****, Tapesh, are all great people who are committed to their work and excellent professionals.

Very presentabl room as room and differently refer to my friends....***ju and anjana thanks for great service they welcome us great us feels like a wow as well as ***ju gives us discount appreciate.all staff great efficient service like location and review and food is delicious

Our experience at The Bristol Hotel was very good. All staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Khushboo, Prarthana, and another delightful girl (sorry, I can not recall name) at Palmyra restaurant provided great service. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We would be happy to stay again in future.

The staff service is excellent. Restaurant service was amazing. The breakfast and especially bakery items are really yummy. Host Anisha’s behaviour and communication was really polite and made us feel comfortable. We had a really great stay

The food was average. There was no warm.water until I complained and got it fixed. There was no buffet for dinner despite paying for it in the room price. Got complimentary sauna and jacuzzi however area was under construction. No information of this was shared while booking or checking in. I had to call and ask for it and got apology in return. I would not recommend Bristol.

I regularly travel for work across India and stay at 4/5 star properties. I checked into the Bristol Hotel which claims itself as a 5 Star property in Gurgaon, however this by far has been one of my worst stays. The speed of room service is extremely slow, and trust me when I say this I have seen Mom and Pop Hotel Staff response far quicker as compared to them. The food quality (basis what I have had is average, nothing too horrible not anything quite good). While the location of the hotel is great and the front office staff is quite polite and professional the worst part of the hotel is the loud music that keeps on playing till the wee hours of the morning on account of a club next door making it impossible for any guest to sleep in peace. With the kind of work profile I have, I typically get 5-6 hours of sleep on a working day however that too wasn't possible here. I strongly suggest not to book this for any Business Traveller or anyone traveling with a baby or senior citizens. This hotel is a definite no go for me in the future. While I made a mistake to book it and am repenting as I write this review at 1 am while I am at this hotel having prepaid for 2 nights. Subsequently, the staff shifted me to another part of the hotel in another room which stinks of a gutter.

Staff is very good. Rooms & the entire is clean. Ambience is also very good. The food is also tasty. This hotel is also very easily accesble via public transport and is not very hard to find. The best part about this hotel is its hospitality service. They also allowed us early checkin for not extra cost.

we stayed here just for one night , Service was impeccable, check in was smooth . Breakfast had good variety . Staff always welcoming and smiling Location is good as very near to few malls like Sahara mall and marketcity mall restaurants like bikanerwala and haldiram starbucks all near by

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Great stay, ambience & delicious food. Rooms are well equipped & comfortable.The guest service & support teams are extremely efficient & go all out to make your stay comfortable. Special mention of Mr Tapesh in front office for his hospitality & guest service. I am a frequent solo traveller for business and I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone
