Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, огромный выбор, также понравился кафетерий - и сладости и качество кофе. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику Мирзе за поздравления моей маме на ее день рождения.'

'The best staff in any Turkish hotel we have been in, and there were many. The location is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing really going on in the hotel. The food is good but the hotel is a bit tired and work down. But again, the staff was incredibly friendly.'

'Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится. Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.  В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп.  Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская. Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.   Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно.'

'Территория отеля не очень большая, но эффективно спланированная и грамотно используемая. В зимнее время лучше селиться в основном корпусе. В различных типах бунгало довольно прохладно. Выбор еды не впечатлил. Спа зона и фитнес очень достойные. Контингент отдыхающих в это время в основном европейцы - немцы, англичане, поляки, бельгийцы...'

'Большой, довольно старый отель. Есть горки, несколько баров, ресторанов и тп. Пляж - песок, с небольшими добавками маленьких камней, не напрягают вообще. Питание в целом хорошее, большой выбор, голодным точно не останешься. Амфитеатр, бэби клуб. Из минусов: - отель нуждается в ремонте - очень плохая уборка: неоднократно видели, как уборщица выливает на половую тряпку остатки из недопитых бутылок воды и так ”моет” пол. Все покрыто пылью, номера убираются плохо и не каждый день. Если в отель вложить денег, привести в порядок и навести порядок в уборке - будет очень достойный вариант в хорошем месте. В целом отдых понравился, люблю большие отели, чтобы было много пространства.'

'Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!'

'Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.'
