Qesm Sharm Ash Sheikh 4성급 호텔

It was my first time at Coral Sea Waterworld. We stayed for only 5 nights here, and I can say that it was the best hotel I have ever been to. I’m picky eater, but the food was lovely for me! The staff, waiter service, reception, etc, were super nice people, big thanks for them! And of-course I want to say thanks for Hotel animation team, they were incredibly friendly, full of energy, fun and really helpful!🩷

처음 Sharm에 갔을 때 이 호텔에 체크인했는데 체크인할 때 내 예약에 카드가 없다고 말하지 않았습니다. 모든 Sharm 호텔은 예약에 따라 다른 색상의 손이 있습니다. 이 손에는 다른 호텔 서비스가 있습니다. 호텔 근처에 식당이 없어서 다른 나라의 다른 호텔들과 마찬가지로 체크아웃할 때 체크아웃도 하는 줄 알고 식사를 하러 호텔 식당에 갔는데, 식사를 못한다고 해서 프론트 데스크에 나에게 물어 보았다. 그런 다음 식당과 통신하여 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 이것은 그 중 하나이고 다른 하나는 일부 호텔 웨이터가 손님에게 미소를 짓지 않고 예의 바르지 않다는 것입니다. 샤름도는 주로 러시아산, 스탄산이라 식사는 샐러드, 빵, 케이크, 계란, 요구르트

We stayed for a week in Feb/March. Staff - excellent service . They are helpful. We liked that they asked for feedback and fixed any issues we were having. Anna the customer advisor listened and acted if you spoke to her. Staff were first class😊 Food - we enjoyed the food there is a range of salads and variety of dishes everyday. We really enjoyed it. The little cakes are nice. If you are looking for English Wetherspoon food then this won’t met your expectations. Instead it was healthy and enjoyable lots of fresh salads.Only improvement that could be made is better coffee at breakfast. Pool- we used the 2 roof top pools. The activity one is heated, the adult one not- so was abit cold but we were here in February. There are poolside activities which included darts , stretches, water polo and aqua fit. We found these fun. It can be busy at the pool. Ambiance- the hotel is being refurbished and you can see how they are improving. Many of the other guests were Russian and hotel staff spoke English, Russian and possibly other languages. The entertainment was good although we don’t normally stay in hotels with entertainment, so haven’t a lot to compare it to. Library - exchange of books Outside the hotel - there is a supermarket 5 minute walk and 20 minutes to beach. You are close to old town , markets etc.. the hotel does a shuttle bus to 2 beaches. They weren’t fancy but it does enable you to swim in the Red Sea. This hotel maybe doesn’t have the huge grounds than some others do but it does have great staff. Tip - if getting food at the airport on way home it’s really expensive paid $32 American dollars for 2 Burger King meals. We would go back.

2022년도에 리모델링한 올드 비크 샤름 리조트 객실은 Qesm Sharm Ash Sheikh 호텔을 찾는 여행자들에게 최고의 선택이 될 것입니다.호텔은 이동이 편리한 위치에 있으며, 샴엘세이크국제공항은 약 18km 정도 떨어져있습니다. 가까운 공항은 샴엘세이크국제공항이며, 호텔에서 약 18km 정도 떨어져있습니다. Seamax Sharm Dive Center, One Thousand and One Nights, Monument to the Victims of Plane Crash of Boeing 737 등 유명 관광지들이 모두 근처에 있어, 알찬 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다. 호텔의 주차 공간을 이용할 수 있습니다.

Never been to Egypt before and due to costs we came here as it was an all inclusive deal and the temperature was better than the canaries for the time of year. The hotel is lovely, not too big and plenty of pool space for all, if not there are sister hotels less than 5 minute walk away which facilities you can also use, both are right by the sea for amazing coral swimming and views of amazing fish in pristine clear waters. One sister hotel also has an amazing Spa with excellent sauna jacuzzi and great massages on offer to relax you further whilst on your break. The rooms are a little dated, due to the current unstable economic climate but the staff here worked non stop carrying out maintenance to the hotel, guest areas and all it's grounds constantly during our stay in an effort to keep things neat and tidy which they certainly were. We had a.minor issue with our room and within the hour our issue was resolved by the excellent Guest Relations Manager Natalie and even the Hotel Manager spoke with us and assured us of the steps he would take to resolve things, which we cannot fault at all, to be honest amazing customer service and instantly too. Thank you. The food was an acquired taste but there was enough variety at each sitting and we always found something, the choice and variety must be difficult to manage to cater for guests from around the globe. The weather was certainly better than the canaries and the staff at all hotels made our mid winter summer mini break an unforgettable visit and we felt very safe and secure always at all hotels. To summarise yes it's a little dated but the work ethic and staffs positive lovely attitudes towards guests made this a place and hotel we shall definitely be returning to and would recommend it as opposed to the Canaries, cost and weather alone you'll be onto a winner. Well what a fantastic holidays the Best 10 days at Reef Oasis Beach Resort!!! Lovely weather +25+28. Beautiful and massive place with 24 hour’s facilities and amazing garden palms cactus flowers . Wi-Fi was really good near the hotel, bars and in the room, but not on the beach.Wow what an amazing friendly helpful polite all staff who can’t do enough for you and always smile. Customers service 1000%👌Lots of pools, one of them was heated but we only used once just because we are beach lovers. Lots of sun beds. You can either walk to the beach which approx 5-10 minutes or you can use little bus which goes from Sentido reef oasis stops at reef oasis and beach . Sea was beautiful and warm with beautiful corals and different fishes, great for snorkelling, good sandy beach, Still enough sun beds even after 10am and lovely boys who given out towels always find a sun beds for you. Good bar on the beach with snacks (pizza, chips, burgers) and drinks. And there is restaurant at top of the hill which serves breakfast and lunch with a nice view. Two groups of animation team always on the beach entertaining everyone with different activities but no presssure. Bedo and Valeria from animation was always easy to aproach and have lovely conversation. Room was massive with a balcony and lovely view to the swimming pool . Bed was very comfortable. Big shower and always hot. Tea , coffee and bottles of water , shampoo, lotions, always refilled every day. Cleanliness is 100% everywhere and I mean everywhere. Lovely waiters Reda, Mazen, Ali, Mohamed always looked after us. Food was fabulous so we only used main restaurant and actually never went to any Ala cart restaurant . Seafood, sushi, meat, Chinese, salads, soups, cakes and drinks ( spirits, wine, beer cocktails). We booked the trip with easy jet to Tiran island which was brilliant. Only went twice to the show which was fine. Every other day Live music at the main bar was brill nice drinks and waiter Ahmed always knew our drinks without repeating and managers Mahmoud and Ahmed always been checking on us if everything ok and we have a quick chat. Later on the day we enjoyed spending time at Columbo bar upstairs to watch football and have lovely cocktails made by professional barman Beshoy. Mohamed guest relations and Amr at reception was always helpful and there for you if needed anything . Sorry couldn’t ask everyones names and sorry if spelled bit wrong, but basically we can’t thanks enough each and everyone at this beautiful place. They all worked so hard and that why makes this place wanted to come back. You made as so happy and feel like home 💖 Egyptian culture is amazing. We miss you already and we are definitely looking forward to comeback next year. Thank you so much beautiful people🙌

After numerous trips to Egypt, we were delighted to return to Sharm El Sheikh. Choosing this Dreams Vacations Resort hotel was a real hit. We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff. Built in the Hispano-Moorish style near the Old Market in Sharm and The Heavenly Cathedral and Al Mustafa Mosque, it is in an excellent location dotted with gardens leading to the beautiful beach of the Red Sea. Dreams Vacations Resort and its sister hotel Dreams Beach Resort make an ideal hotel for a relaxing vacation. We were delighted with the relaxing atmosphere in the entire part of the hotel, such as the lobby, around the pool and the beach. The beach is a special jewel of the hotel carved into the rock. Going down the stairs to the beach is a bit steep, but that's why there is an elevator that takes us to the beautiful beach, which is full of gorgeous coral reefs, which makes the underwater animal life fascinating. Schools of fish of vivid colors, shapes and sizes swim completely relaxed around us and are not afraid at all. The beauty of the atmosphere and silence that we experienced diving in the sea, in the luxurious environment of corals, is more than impressive. The hotel has 5 swimming pools and a spa. We were most satisfied with the service of the hotel staff, their exceptional kindness delighted us. From the reception, the organization of excursions, the restaurant (extremely friendly and professional waiters, congratulations), the party by the pool and on the beach as well as in the evening, the whole team delighted us. The hotel offer is rich and diverse. Reception with a nice lobby bar, 3 in-house restaurants including a Mexican restaurant and a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, (variety of extremely delicious food, Egyptian, oriental and Mediterranean, a large selection for all palates delighted us, all praise to the chefs), fitness, congress center, market, souvenir shop, night club, laundry, possibility to rent a car, wireless internet at the reception (no extra charge), entertainment. The hotel is air-conditioned. Umbrellas, sunbeds and mattresses (no extra charge, depending on availability), beach or pool towels are free of charge. On the entire area of the pool and the beach, all-inclusive drinks and food service, which delighted us. The rooms are nicely decorated, they are a bit retro, but that does not diminish the wonderful atmosphere of the stay. We felt good and had a good time. Thanks for everything.
