I want to immediately note the incredible decoration of the hotel, the very creative arrangement of all the furniture, the fascinating stained glass window on the windows in the middle of the hotel. On the territory of the hotel there are well-kept flowers, palm trees and other bushes that are carefully cared for. There is also a golfcar that drives you around the hotel and takes you to and from the beach, which is very convenient. I can't help but mention the sincerity and kindness of all the workers, it doesn't matter what kind of work they do, everyone will greet you and smile, I was pleasantly surprised by this! The hotel rooms are comfortable and constantly cleaned. Food and drinks are tasty and of good quality. Every evening you will be entertained by excellent animators. I highly recommend visiting all the animations, especially the «Fire show», where you will be shown exciting and complex tricks with fire. At the "Miss and Mr. Hotel" animations, you can be a participant and take part in entertaining contests. During the day, you won't have time to be bored, because in the morning the animators arrange a workout, in the afternoon, moving "aqua aerobics" in the pool and soothing yoga on the grass. This is not just a vacation, but a PLEASURE, I recommend everyone to visit this hotel, it will definitely leave you with an unforgettable impression.

Well been here 2 weeks 10 more days to go. Will do a full review when holiday finishes, food, is excellent hotel could not ask for more, all I can say for now grand oasis and all staff keep your excellent work.you are making our holiday just perfect there is nothing more I could ask for well done

Just a horrible place. The rooms were moldy, the food was awful, the drinks were tasteless and the staff wasnt really too helpful. We arrived late so we got an evening snack, it was so dry and tasteless there was no point of even trying to eat it. The next day I had to go to the hospital, asked if I could get something to eat before (as I hadnt eaten for a day, and who knew when the next meal would be. The staff said it was not possible to get any food (day time) because it wasnt meal time, when they defined it. Like ***. I get in general that being the policy, but if someone is sick they cant help at all. My partner even had to make a fuzz to get a drink from the suposedly open bar. Other than the outside area being nice, there's no way I would ever recommend this old, dirty, outdated, moldy hotel with just bad resort food and service to anyone. Maybe this quality was okay in the 80's, but if this is what all resorts are like in sharm, no wonder tourists havent returned there.

Great service, food and friendly staff. Wonderful coral with napoleon fish and muraena. Special thanks to Emed at the beach bar and Abdel at the reception for providing us an outstanding service! I recommend. One of the best price/quality ratio I’ve seen so far.
