Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo presso questo hotel in un weekend di maggio, dal venerdì alla domenica. Un albergo bellissimo esteticamente e con posizione eccellente, sul mare e con una scalinata privata che porta direttamente sulla ciclopedonale. Vicino c’è anche lo stand per il noleggio biciclette. Camera vista mare e con arredamento moderno, molto pulita. Purtroppo però il personale è impreparato e peccano di disorganizzazione. L’hotel offre servizi per eventi e “ trascura “ chi prenota le camere. Sabato sera, al ritorno abbiamo dovuto girare un quanto d’ora per trovare parcheggio. A mio avviso dovrebbero riservare il parcheggio a chi prenota là camera, dato anche il prezzo medio alto che si fanno pagare. Altra cosa, abbiamo ordinato due cocktail e anche qui abbiamo atteso un po’, ma il fatto sconcertante è che ci è stato chiesto, senza nemmeno scusarsi, di cambiare tavolo perché avrebbero dovuto pregare la sala per un evento del giorno seguente. Da un 4 stelle e per il prezzo che chiedono per una camera, questo comportamento e questa disorganizzazione non è accettabile. Al momento del pagamento ho fatto presente i fatti e mi è stato risposto velocemente “ ci dispiace “. Un vero peccato perché l’albergo è davvero meraviglioso, come la vista sul mare.

Storia, location, mare e comfort… la Torre della Loggia è frutto di una intelligente ristrutturazione di una dimora storica che si affaccia sul mare, dal cortile interno si accede al centro storico di Ortona decisamente comodo per godere della città, stanza comoda e pulita. Colazione ok. Possibilità di posteggiare davanti all’hotel ma è a pagamento nelle ore diurne. E la sorpresa all’ultimo piano è una favolosa vista sul mare!!!

직원들은 매우 정중하고 친절하며 친절했습니다. 아주 좋고 아늑한 곳. 방은 매우 넓고 욕실은 두 사람이 사용하기에 충분합니다. 물 주전자, 컵 및 티백이 있는 미니 냉장고를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 여기에 내가 가진 유일한 ”불만”이 있으며, 방에 머무르는 이전 손님으로부터 청소되지 않고 상쾌 해졌을 때 청결 면에서 3/5 별을 준 이유입니다. 컵은 사용되었고 더럽고 빈 물병은 냉장고에 남겨졌습니다. 우리에게는 문제가 아니지만 다른 손님에게는 문제가 될 수 있습니다. 그 외에는 방과 욕실이 매우 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 아침 식사는 이 지역에서 매우 일반적입니다(달콤한 패스트리, 토스트, 커피 및 주스). 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다.

We stayed a week here. Accessibility wise, it is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants BUT it is down and then up a very steep hill. Unless you like fish, most of the nearby restaurants will not suit you. Would recommend having a car due to these facts. There is a courtesy mini bus service to a beach which was at a cost of €25 euros per day inc umbrella, chairs etc. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice. The food was very good but is a limited menu. Portion size on the small size. We ate breakfast most mornings which at €5 is good value for money . Varied buffet breakfast with lovely local bread and cakes, fruit yoghurt etc, cold meat and cheeses and scrambled eggs. We booked 6 months in advance and were disappointed with the room allocated to us. We had booked a superior room and queried on the first night if that was what we were in. We were assured we were……but….. on further conversation the next day with very helpful check in desk staff, it became clear we were in one half of a family room. There was not much difference in amenity except the superior room was approx 8-10 m2 bigger…..so a huge difference. We were subsequently moved on night 3 of 7 so this aspect was disappointing and the photos on the website of various rooms are very misleading. We felt slightly cheated over this. There is also an issue with noise from other rooms which is audible for sure but did not cause us any significant issue. In terms of the rooms and public areas, the gardens and pool areas are very pleasant to spend time in. The restaurants for breakfast and dinner are ok too. The rooms and corridors are tired and do need refreshing in our view, especially the bathrooms which are showing signs of age with black mould in a lot of the grouting. Lastly, the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding in every respect. The service was exceptional…… friendly, informative, professional and efficient. 10/10. Had this not been the case we would have reviewed it at 3/5.

A very friendly hotel, the staff were very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. It’s in a good position for the beach and if you decide not to eat in the hotel, there are lots of Resturant within easy walk. If you don’t have a car you can catch the bus into Pescara for some lovely up market shopping if you are bored with just lying on the beach

Causa guasto auto su autostrada A14, ci siamo trovati in questo Hotel per puro caso. L'hotel è stato una felicissima sorpresa. La camera messa a nostra disposizione era molto grande ed estremamente pulita, così come il bagno. Il personale gentilissimi e cordiali ma soprattutto comprensivi, visto ciò che ci era accaduto, ci hanno permesso di tenere la stanza fino ad orario di pranzo, momento in cui ci avrebbero riconsegnato l'auto riparata. Ancora un ringraziamento per l'accoglienza e per il breve soggiorno. Ci ritorneremo i futuro per le vacanze. Lo consigliamo.
