1st room the aircon failed....not good but without a fuss I was moved. Just meant repacking bags etc bit of a pain to be honest.breakfast OK, but coffee was terrible! Hotel had style, friendly and helpful staff but not really close to anywhere

Really nice accommodations, far from the city but we never had an issue finding an Uber, really nice breakfast options and the rooms are nice in size. We requested twin beds and as in typical European style the beds are pushed together, defeating the purpose of having 2 separate beds but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall we were very happy with our stay far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I’ve just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I definitely won’t be going back and I wish I’d read some of the recent reviews before I came. It’s true, there is no recognition of the Marriott reward status at all. This recognises people who regularly stay at Marriott hotels and spend a lot of money at Marriott hotels but for some reason this AC doesn’t seem to care about that. I checked in, no recognition. No room upgrade, no mention of breakfast, no welcome gift. Nothing. In the evening when I returned I asked about these things and was told at AC hotels the only thing I am entitled to is $10 per person room credit. Apparently I chose to decline that and take points instead. I didn’t because I was never asked. The evening reception person said he would amend that. I then asked what I could use the $10 credit on. I was told mini bar or the bar but for some bizarre reason the bar doesn’t open at weekends which includes Friday night. This hotel really is in the middle of nowhere so why wouldn’t it at least have the bar open every night. The hotel is full this weekend. Wouldn’t the bar be busy if it was open? I’ll leave my review at that but basically, don’t expect much from this so called Marriott hotel. I won’t be staying at an AC hotel again.

AC HOTELS are generally of a very good business standard. This one as bigger than average size rooms work desk and in my case the two single beds pushed together. Better standard than Aravaca down the road. Can get a bit expensive but it largely looks after the large corporates near by. Breakfast is pretty average but so are most AC Hotels

Stay Away!!! Hotel seem to have some structural problems. Little wind causes huge noise in rooms and within hotel as in something is breaking. On top of this, they have dishonest staff at front desk who prentends that hotel is always full (to avoid giving an upgrade) while occupany rate seems very low.

Es un hotel de negocios si estás por la zona. Esta lejos de Madrid, y las comunicaciones hacia el centro suelen tener MUCHO tráfico. El precio está muy bien, barato para la calidad. MUCHA calidad, pero para dormir, las estancias comunes, el buffet. NO esperes un hotel par estar, con piscina, actividades, no es de esos, es para descansar, pasar el tiempo que tengas que pasar allí e irte, y que dentro de estos parámetros, sea MUY bueno. He visto gente que se queja que si no es para familia... que si el desyuno 14e es caro... esta gente no viaje, o está acostumbrada a otro tipo de hoteles, lo tengo claro. Este desayuno, en otro hotel, te lo cobran por 20 o 30 euros, no puedes compararlo con el café y tostada de tu barrio. y lo de la familia, pues lo mismo. SIEMPRE iré a este cuando esté por la zona.

Me robaron más de 800 euros en efectivo de mi cuarto. Me quede de jueves a domingo. El sábado por la mañana salí a Pamplona y cuando regresé el domingo por la tarde. En un estuche donde guardaba mi pasaporte y mi dinero. Ya no estaba mi dinero. Mas de 800 euros que nunca saqué de ese estuche. Un estuché que no pude meter a la caja fuerte porque estaba cerrada y cuando la intentaba abrir me marcaba error. No le di mucha importancia porque me imaginé que en un hotel de 4 estrellas y pagando más de 500 euros, no necesitaba preocuparme porque la recamarista me robara. Cuando intenté hablar con el gerente, me dijo que no podían hacer nada porque solo se hacían responsables de las cosas adentro de la caja fuerte y que la recamarista era de confianza. Ni me dejaron hablar con ella y no hicieron ningún tipo de arreglo ni esfuerzo para recuperar mi dinero.
