Great value for money apartment with guaranteed sea view from large terrace. Well equipped and very clean. Perfect location.

Прекрасно провели каникулы в апартаментах Vista Sur. Нас любезно встретили, быстро оформили, всё рассказали и проводили до номера. Номер отличный, двухуровневый, с двумя санузлами, с оборудованной кухней, прекрасно работающими кондиционерами и небольшим балкончиком. Питание не предусмотрено. До пляжей пару шагов до одного и 3 минуты до другого. Отель является началом (или завершением) золотой мили, поэтому нет проблем с прогулками и шопингом. Отличное место для проживания!

There were 11 of us stayed at the vista sur apartments from the 28th Jun for seven nights. One family was two adults and five children who stayed in apartment 140 which is three bedroom and large terrace with sea view. The second family who were four members stayed in the other three bedroom apartment 129 which had the same Hugh terrace and sea view. Both apartments were spotless on arrival and were kept spotless by the cleaners for the next seven days. Reception staff were friendly and very welcoming and friendly. Vista sur is situated in the centre of everything yet it is so quiet. All restaurants and shops are on your doorstep and the beach is 20meters away. The pool is small but is well run and kept tidy, good sunbeds with mattresses and plenty of umbrellas. I find it hard to find any negatives but it would be nice if on your arrival your apartment had a welcoming bottle of water especially if late arrival. All in all a brilliant place to stay and a big thanks to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable. Big thanks for letting us keep one room until 4pm especially with five kids to get ready. Thanks again very much.

Fantastic location right on the beach, panoramic views from our beach front balcony, very friendly and most helpful staff, apartment had everything we needed as a couple very clean, restaurants, shops and bars all around and the 5 minute walk to the golden mile.would highly recommend the vista sur restaurant for food and drinks especially the cocktails the bar staff so friendly and entertaining.

We arrived late on Friday night and were greeted by really pleasant receptionist. Shown to our apartment that was spotless and looked great. Sadly the beds were like rock, I took to sleep on the sofa, which was slightly less uncomfortable and my better half took the mattress off the pull out bed and put that on top of the rock hard mattress. If like us, sleep is important, this was an issue, we both wanted to go home early. The other issue was lack of hot water, cold shaving and cold showers, not our thing. It is a shame because had the beds been comfortable and had there been sufficient hot water, we would have given 5 stars.

We were greeted on arrival by a lovely friendly receptionist, who booked us into our apartment quickly, everything was spotlessly clean. Vistasur is as close to the beach and shops as it can get, but was perfectly quiet at night. We highly recommended these appartments.

Stayed in these apartments last week. Have to say we found them excellent, near the beach, shops, nightlife. The apartment was perfect, large, all the necessary mod cons you need for self catering, exceptionally clean. Beds comfortable. We will return.

We have just returned from our 2 weeks stay. We had booked appartement with sea view but on arrival we were allocted an appartement with apprerently NO sea view but concrete view of appartements in fromt and the bed room was so small that only a small single bed could fit in. In the bed was so small that I could not move left or right without disturbing the sleep of my partner and because of that I suffered lot of back pain. We complained but reception refused to provide us the room we had booked. Was a bad experience just at the beginning of our holiday for which we had paid big sum. The location is perfect for the beach, shops and restaurants and we tried to make the best we could.

We stayed in the Vistasur Apartments for a week in February. The apartment was lovely, we had a sitting area at the front with a table and 2 chairs. The balcony at the the rear had table chairs umbrella and 2 sun loungers overlooked the water feature in the shopping centre. The apartment was a good size and was quite comfortable. Unfortunately for me I had a trip while in Adeje, on the 2nd day of my stay. The Vistasur staff were so helpful. They ordered taxis, made calls to the hospital to make and confirm appointments for me as all contact from the hospital was in Spanish. I am so grateful to them for helping me with whatever i needed. This was my first visit to Tenerife and I would recommend these apartments. They ere right by the beach, close to all amenities.

Beautiful large apartments and was very clean. The building itself was lovely and I really liked the lighting on the stairs in the apartment, the kitchen and two bathrooms. It also had two balconies so we all had our own space. Great location as it is very close to the beach, restaurants and bars and shops, everything is on your doorstep! The staff at receptions were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

We have just returned from a weeks stay, 3 adults. From start to finish we would highly recommend theses apartments, we had a warm welcome at check in, the duplex room is extremely spacious and had a large balcony. The location is perfect for the beach, shops and restaurants. We used the pool a couple of days and although small it was lovely and quiet and surprisingly it didn’t feel like you were on the edge of a shopping complex! The only minor negatives, the mattress was extremely hard . There are only two sunbeds on the terrace with three guests and there is no facility to have or rent a 3rd sunbed! An excellent find and we will definitely return!

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at vista sur apartments. Apartment has everything needed for a self catering holiday, spacious, spotlessly clean and central for restaurants, bars and entertainment. We stayed in apartment 204 with sea view, and I can honestly say the view was breathtaking. I’ve been to Tenerife on numerous occasions and would say that vista sur is the best place I’ve stayed on the island. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was a problem. I will 100% definitely book again.

It was our second time in Vistasur and it didn't disappoint again. Location perfect for bars, restaurants and Safari center, Los Cristianos is a nice 10-minute stroll down the beach for a change of scenery. My partner is a bit of a sun worshipper, so we book the 1 bed premium sea view apartment with frontal sea views which literally gets the sun from sunrise to sunset. If you're a beach person, its literally 5 meters away from apartment. Apartment is well equipped with all tableware, microwave, kettle, toastie machine, electric hob. Although we didn't do much cooking, we did have the odd cheese and onion toastie!! Shower is perfect and there are proper wall mounted A/C units in these apartments. The reason I mention this is because I have seen reviews of ceiling fans in other apartments. I always visit Tenerife once a year and this is my go-to place now. Only one negative - I take my firestick on holiday everywhere I go, although the Wi-Fi is OK for phones tablets etc, it is not strong enough for a firestick(buffering), however, not enough to lose a star.
