Apartamentos Marola Park

Highly recommend Marola Park, staff were lovely, the apartments, pool area immaculately clean and well looked after. The food and drinks at the pool bar were reasonable, lots of sunbeds available. We had one bedrooms apartments that were large, would recommend the fan for 50 euros which is refunded when you check out. Hotel is about a 12 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, local restaurants near the hotel were very nice, especially an Italian one we went to a few times, food was amazing. We would definitely return, couldn't fault our lovely holiday at all, was chilled and staff on reception were so helpful and nice. Oh and the little touch of fresh water and fruit and sweets in reception was nice too. All in all brilliant.

We stayed here for 3 weeks from 16th October returning home yesterday. The complex is really clean and welcoming. All of the staff were amazing! We had a studio with a street view. The room was lovely and had everything we needed…shower gel and soap provided along with a hairdryer. Washing up liquid, pads and scrubbing brush in the kitchen area which has a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There’s ample equipment for making food in the room. The fridge has a small ice compartment and an ice cube tray is provided. The pool area is beautiful although tbh we do like a bit of music. There is a book swap area, pool table, children’s play space in the book area and many comfy chairs scattered around the public areas. There’s free Wi-Fi and if you download the app you can control the room fan. The safe was around £16 a week but so worth it for peace of mind. The only downside was the lack of storage. There’s a double wardrobe but no chest’s of drawers for underwear storage etc. we had to use plastic bags for our underwear which isn’t great. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and will definitely return 💯

Read a few reviews about this aparthotel and was a bit worried by the negative ones about noise from the road and no air conditioning. Honestly we had no problem with either . The fan on the ceiling gave enough cool air to suit us and you can increase the speed to suit . Yes the road is fairly busy but it never bothered us and we sat on our balcony numerous times and it was minimal noise . The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy . The pool was very quiet and could do with some light background music . But peaceful if you like to read etc . The hotel is situated between los cristianos and las americas and a path to the right or across the road next to the bus stop brings you out opposite the Gaelic corner on the ***** . All in all a great peaceful break and batteries are now charged 😎😎

I stayed here for a week with a friend. Our room was upgraded for free when we arrived which we were delighted about. The apartments are in a great location, it’s so easy to walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The staff on reception are very friendly and have no problem ordering a taxi for you too if you prefer. There’s a Mercadona a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The pool area is lovely. There’s a life guard on duty from 10-6 every day. Pool bar prices are very reasonable. €5.50 for an omelette and chips, €2 for Coke Zero, €6 for cocktails, €3 for pints. No music at pool area or bar so it’s very quiet. No smoking at pool area either. There was plenty of sun beds at the pool. I like an umbrella for the shade and while not all beds have umbrellas I managed to get one every day. The only downside I found is that’s there’s no AC in the rooms. There’s a ceiling fan you can pay a €50 deposit for the remote for. I personally wouldn’t bother as I didn’t find the fan great. If you ask at reception they can call another company to come install a mobile AC unit in your room for €80 for a week plus €20 deposit. Best money I spent all week! And it was installed within 2 hours of me enquiring about it. There’s also not many plug sockets in the rooms. I brought an adapter and an extension lead and would recommend doing this. If I was to return to Tenerife I’d 100% stay here again.

Me and my partner stayed here for seven nights check we arrived at night and check in was easy enough we had to pay a fifty euro deposit to have a ceiling fan or you could pay for a week of air con can’t remember the exact price but was around 80 I think the room was clean and had a good bit of space however the fridge was a bit small the pool was lovely and there was always open sun beds we had food from the pool bar and it was decent enough and prices were reasonable there is a shop not even a 2 minute walk from the hotel aswell we did have a few issues the main one is about the cleaners they came into the room whenever they felt like it even when we had the do not disturb sign on the door twice we were lying down and getting ready to go out when they just walked in this is ridiculous the sign was clearly out and it’s a huge problem privacy wise Also there is a weighing scales in the hotel for your suitcase DONT use it you’ve to pay €1 every time and it is completely off it said we were over weight and we used it a few times till it showed we were two under the weight limit and left stuff behind over the weight however when we got to the airport we were half of the weight that we could be Also the fan in the room isn’t the best it doesn’t really help much like of course it’s better than nothing but it could of been better and we would leave it on when leaving to try keep the room cool and we would come back and it would be turned off Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed it but the little bits would make me not want to stay again

we stayed there for seven nights and they give you an option for a roof fan and you put a 50 euro deposit you get it back when you check out everything was brilliant apart from the clenears they walk in when they feel like it we also told them no multiple times that the room was okay just fresh towles we needed we had a do not disturb up but they also walked in when that is up and i was in the room myself and my partner and with the do not disturb up they still walked in and i told them no again but they still came in and also they came in the next day again when we said not to come tommrow we were gone and got back and they had been in de room again
