그린 가든 리조트 & 스위트(Green Garden Eco Resort & Villas)

Just returned from a very good family holiday. We went for the villa with private pool and it was worth the extra money, as it was heated we used it a lot. The Accomodation was really clean, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. Overall the food was great, always found something to eat and snack bar was always well stocked. Downside for us was the day time entertainment was focused on children 8 and under. The evening entertainment was good, however was hosted within the dining area and once finished everyone left to their accommodation. We visited with 8, 14 and 15 year olds and the older two didn’t have much to do so we didn’t stay in the hotel much during the day. The staff were extremely helpful and helped locate my son’s missing AirPods. Bar staff were friendly too!

Excellent resort- every member of staff was always friendly and helpful. Food was always well stocked and plenty of choice to satisfy even my fussy 5 and 1 year olds. It felt very family friendly and safe. The rooms and grounds were always clean and entertainment provided for the kids was really good which my child actually preferred to the usual kids club as he could pick and choose what he joined in with. Only negatives is that there isn’t really a dedicated entertainment space- mini disco is at the kids playground and the evening show is in the restaurant- and it was a bit further out from the restaurants, supermarkets, bars than we would usually go for. Staff are definitely the best asset!!

Green Garden is a beautiful hotel. It is very quiet and relaxing throughout the hotel. We stayed in a one bed apartment with 2 children (10 and 12). The apartment was very clean and spacious. It suited us as so many hotels would only have one room for a family of 4, or a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The children had their own fold out beds which they were comfortable on. At their ages sharing wasn't an option! The main bedroom was also comfortable. The only problem we had was running out of hot water for the 4th person to shower, so we had to be quick! The hotel is a good 25 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. This was fine by us and good to get some exercise. The restaurant staff work so hard and are very friendly. We enjoyed the themed evening meals especially the Mexican and Oriental nights. There wasn't a great amount of choice for fussy children, but they didn't go hungry. The breakfast had a really wide choice of options and lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. The pancakes were very popular. The food was very tasty, and plenty of options for the adults. We enjoyed the all inclusive wine, beer and cocktails along with mocktails for the kids. We loved the pool area. One side was heated, the other was colder. We did use both sides though as once swimming it was fine in the colder side. There were lots of younger families but the atmosphere was always relaxed, everyone just having a lovely time. My children were too old for the organised activities, but there seemed to be lots for the younger children to join in with. The foam party was really good fun for all the family. We always found a sunbed somewhere, even if we had been out for the day. We had inclusive tickets to Siam Park with out Jet2 deal. We went 3 times as the kids loved it. There is a free bus via the hotel which is great. However to skip the queues on arrival, we caught a taxi for between 6-8 euros which was well worth it. We were then in the water park by 9.30am and ready to avoid the later queues as it does get very busy. We did several big rides while other people were still queuing for lockers as they had arrived after 10am. We went on a brilliant trip to the Rainforest with Stefi and Roberto. This was a real bargain at only £10 euros per person. It was a most enjoyable morning. We got to see some of the North of the island and found out lots of interesting information. It made a nice break from the heat and built up areas. The guides were very friendly and ensured everyone enjoyed the trip. I would definitely recommend this outing as it is only a few hours and you are back in time for lunch. Overall this hotel is perfect for families and couples wanting to relax. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Would definitely like to return in the future.

This was our 3rd visit to Green Garden & it never fails to impress, absolutely love this place. More little improvements have been made from our last visit a year ago making the experience even better such as having your room key embedded within your AI wristband so you have no fear of losing it. Our room had its own pool with lots of space. Food & drinks were plentiful & delicious, a huge thank you to Carlos at the bar & Fanny in the restaurant, an even bigger thank you to Cathy who is always so friendly & helpful. We will be back again next year for another fantastic holiday.

The hotel is spotless and the staff work hard to keep it this way. It’s very family oriented and designed like a little village of villa’s and suites, which are all really close to the restaurant and pool. The rooms are cleaned every day and have fully equipped kitchens. There were two pools, one of which is heated which was lovely as it was the perfect temperature after a hot March in Tenerife. The staff put on water aerobics, foam parties and try hard to involve everyone. The food was all delicious and they staff try really hard with theme nights. We enjoyed Mexican night where everything was decorated in Mexican theme, including staff. I travelled with two other adults, plus two teens, a five year old and a 4 month old baby, and we all enjoyed every single moment. It took us around 35 minutes to walk into Las Americas, it would probably take slightly less without children, but taxis were around 8 euros and always available. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

From the moment we arrived we were blown away , from the suites to the pool area to the restaurant it was all absolutely fantastic, the all inclusive was top notch the food was spectacular the only night we didn't eat in was the oriental night on account of our son not liking any options , im not a tenerife fan at all but i would go back just for this hotel , the pool area was spotless and the sunbeds were comfortable and the heated pool made a huge difference, we really enjoyed the refrigerated room in which the fruits and vegetables and cold meats were kept and also the freshly squeezed orange juice machine at breakfast was really nice, the resort was like a little village full of little cottages which was absolutely lovely , and the fridge freezer in the room was lovely for chilling wine for a nice wee drink on the balcony , there was a foam party one of the days in our week and it was fantastic everyone had a ball .

Our 3rd visit, definitely not our last. Staff are so welcoming upon arrival. Room 19 we are currently staying in is spacious with private pool, perfect for peace and tranquility. Cathy and Fanny in the restaurant are absolutely amazing, so customer focused, polite and friendly. It's mainly because of Cathy we return as were always guaranteed to be well looked after. Food is fresh and of good quality, you're never rushed Lunch is served 1 until 3, we've had a lazy lunch and drinks overlooking the golf course which makes for great viewing. Dinner we tend to sit out on the patio overlooking the pool just outside the restaurant, Casual/smart attire so very relaxed, excellent food options no need to look elsewhere when staying here, as I feel your needs will be met as did ours. Thanks to the team, we leave Friday this week but will definitely be returning!

The best resort I have been visiting, very suitable for families. The staff is very professional, friendly, and the cleaning is excellent. They offer a large buffet, the food is both for children and adults, and lots of alternatives in the menues. The best part is that the appartments is so nice with great funitures, large kitchen, nice balcony and great beds. Modern standard. Also thank you to Oscar in the bar for always smiling, and that goes for all the other staff too. They are natural. The hotel have a show every night, also good. We will come back for next year.
