Stayed over Christmas / new year 14days All inclusive (privlage )one of the best hotel we have stayed in .food out of this world Italian -Japanese-steak house -and the dinner and show .main reasturant also good plenty of variety gala dinner on Christmas was lovely new year eve was fantastic still talking about it now month after we been home I could go on for ever talking about the hotel we loved everything about it staff happy and helpfull spa was good infinity pool also good looking out to sea ....We will be definitely booking again for Christmas/new year privlage All inclusive. package we'll worth doing .. 100% book here! The hotel is spotless and we had the best stay. Plenty of sunbeds and the food is so varied, you will be spoilt for choice. Make sure you download the app to book the snack bar at lunch along with other restaurants. You can also view the entertainment plan etc. beds are large and comfortable. The only 2 things i would suggest would be music by the pool and better air con in the room. Will 100% rebook

Overall this is an excellent hotel with hard working but polite staff. The food in the buffet Restaurant was also of a high standard and extremely varied. I enjoy fish and every day there were different types of fish available. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained. The pool area was quietly patrolled by a number of lifeguards who we quick to maintain good pool etiquette. Also, there were plentry of some beds and some around the infinity pool were clearly marked not to be reserved. The location of the hotel is close to the beach and ideally positioned for bars and restaurants should you wish to vennture out. I think the real measure of a hotel is whether or not you would go back and I wouldn’t hesitate.

We last visited the H10 last year & enjoyed our experience we decided to revisit. We booked the privilege package as before but unfortunately on this occasion feel we didn’t get value for money. During our 14 day stay the privilege terrace was closed or partly closed by the hotel on 5 occasions. The reason given for this was because of high winds & information to guests was provided by means of a letter taped to door of terrace. This note also stated that guests should not leave the hotel or sit on their balcony! Yes it was windy but this was totally absurd. Given that the privilege bar is on this terrace access was either denied or restricted. I’m sure the hotel would argue that this was on health & safety grounds but other than a generic letter no approach was made by guest services. Very poor. In fact when we visited guest relations to complain the lady we spoke to although sympathetic had no idea that the bar was shut or why? We paid £1000 for this service & felt there was a couldn’t care less attitude from hotel. We wouldn’t visit again I’m afraid which is a pity as otherwise it’s a good hotel in a great location with nice food options.

Great hotel. Great location, right on the beach with lots of quality bars & restaurants nearby. Excellent staff. Top tip, if you can, upgrade to the hotel’s “Privilege” plan. Better and largely quieter rooms with spectacular seaviews, waiter service at breakfast, access to the hotel’s three a la carte restaurants ( Italian, Japanese & Steakhouse ) and access to the sixth floor sunlounger area with it’s clubhouse facilities and hot tub.

Excellent varied food and service. Very helpful and friendly, never queued for anything. Loads of staff. International drinks and any wine on the list included in all inclusive package. Good value for money. Ideal location, gated onto the beach with good surf. Plenty of sunbeds and pools, including adults only infinity pool. Met people who had been back time and time again! I’d be happy to return myself!

I come here every year and I still love it! This hotel is fantastic. The views, the rooms, the food and especially the activities around and the shows! It’s always a good time. So many parties, thank you to Max, Michka, Javi and both Irene’s. I will see you next year again

We stayed in a standard double HB basis in Feb 24. Positives: * Hotel room cleaned daily. * Shower walk in. Powerful and toiletries provided though only used hand wash. Hairdryer in bathroom. *Plenty of sunbeds though they weren't the comfiest * Staff helpful & very friendly especially Ada(security) & Jose (front desk) *Hotel in a good spot . In easy distance of restaurants and bars. Negatives: * Room quite small. *Safe €18 to use for a week. * No kettle provided though if you request one it is provided though tea/coffee not relinquished *Food was not the best and vegetarian food not clearly labelled. Not enough choice for none meat/fish eaters. Food was also quite bland even the breakfast. Requires more variety. * Meal times quite hectic so the later you visit the better. If I stayed here again I would only go BB.

If you can get this hotel at a good price, go for it. We paid £6.5k for a family of 4 at Easter for 8 nights, it was worth £3k at best. See below why. No food available whatsoever 10.30am to 1 pm The rooms are very much in need of an update. Junior suite, isn't even a good standard room, let alone a suite. There is alot of choice for food, but it's all pretty tasteless and average/ below average quality. The life guards were too full on. Following us with nothing to do, then missing genuine concerns. Funny they would allow any risk, like a plastic glass poolside, but they are ok with staff at 3M working with no edge protection for 3 consecutive days (see picture). There are no tables with the sunloungers. The last time I've seen that I was at a 2 star self catering. You have to pay the rent towels. You have to pay to use the safe in your room?! (in a suite for 6k a week?) The few positives The staff were overall good. Anna at the pool was brilliant. It's a decent location. Just don't go unless you get it cheap. Or you're over a certain age.
