인기 피닉스 사우스 마운틴 호텔

Had a great stay here. Room was great, check in easy, breakfast good. Arrived in a rental which we had to return to the rental centre- hotel arranged for us to be picked up by lyft and were very helpful keeping us informed via whattsapp as we didnt have a us phone number. After checkout we had 6 hours to explore Phoenix/Tempe and they stored our bags for us. When we returned to collect our bags, they then aranged a Lyft to the airport. Fantastic service. Will definately stay here again next time we are in Phoenix. One more thing- if you are staying in Phonix check out the Hall of Flame fire fighting museum. Fantastic exhibits from all over the world throughout history but the most poignant must be FDNY Rescue truck 4 involved in 9/11 during whcih sadly all the crew perished in the line of duty.

The hotel was very clean. Except we had problems with the first room. They gave us that the toilet didn't work. And we had to move rooms. Secondly, the pool was very dirty and the hot tub was very green. It was not acceptable for the money that we paid.Locks on the door did not work. had to put a chair underneath the door and did not feel safe. Needs renovation. The bathtub had many chips.

If there is some restaurant nearby will be great. But if you have a car, then forget it. Just have to know it's a nice place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book there again! Very comfortable and clean and a meal for dinner and breakfast. Close to the airport, and they provide shuttle service. We also parked at the hotel for several days, and the parking rate was very reasonable

Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

Purtroppo, esperienza non troppo positiva: Colazione che terminava alle 10:00 a.m. ma che alle 9.30 aveva poco da offrire. Camera al 1° piano con finestre che danno nel parcheggio e sei costretto a tenere oscurate tutto il tempo. Rumori insopportabili per tutta la notte. Insomma, che d'ore....
