⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service in Kanas – Charlie is a absolute star We have travelled all around Asia and China, and Charlie, the hotel manager, is genuinely one of the best we have ever met. We only stayed for two nights, but any problem we had, he helped us with immediately. The standout moment was when a thunderstorm was about to hit. We were just about to message him to ask a massive favour, if he could possibly take in our washing before the rain started. I checked my phone, and he had already messaged us to say he had already taken it in for us! He absolutely went the extra mile, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. This guy should be working at the Marriott or Hilton! If you are visiting Kanas, stay here and you will be in incredible hands.

허무 빌리지 숙박에 대한 명확하고 따뜻한 Trip.com‑ 친절한 리뷰가 있습니다. ---- 우리는 가족으로서 표준 방에서 허무 마을에서 3 박을 머물렀고 매우 좋은 경험이었습니다. 위치가 편리하고 필요한 경우 버스 정류장 바로 옆에 있으며 차를 가지고 마을에 들어갈 수있었습니다 주차가 쉬웠습니다. 허무에서 가장 저렴한 옵션 중 하나이지만 객실은 깨끗하고 난방은 잘 작동했으며 샤워는 수압이 강했습니다. 아침 식사는 우리 요금에 포함되어 있었고 놀랍게도 좋았습니다. 방은 그리 크지 않았지만 허무 마을이 일반적으로 더 높은 가격으로 더 관광지라는 점을 고려하면 이 호텔은 돈을 위해 큰 가치를 제공합니다.

The owner/ reception is very friendly, very smooth check in and they provided many water bottles to drink. The room is warm in winter season, Im impressed they provided disposable towel which is very hygienic. 5stars for the water spray toilet 🤣very convenient for us Malaysian/Singaporean The place is very close to many restaurants and convenient store (Although many restaurants didn’t open on March)

Great location, great amenities, great service. Really nice of the hotel to provide free room upgrade. Hotel comes with washer and dryer and those who wish to stay for long duration. Short walk to the transfer station 禾木山庄, easy to get around to most places in hemu village via the free internal shuttle bus, including to the ski resort. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to 禾木山庄. The driver is helpful and prompt with shuttle service requests. The breakfast spread has a good variety of noodle soup/porridge, pastry, fruits and tasty stir-fried dishes. The chef tries his best to satisfy the customers' requests, even helping me to get coffee when it is not on the breakfast menu. Free fruits platter in the evening.

The 2 storey house has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. The location is situated near to a free shuttle bus that brings you to the service centre where you can transfer to another free shuttle bus to Jikepulin ski resort which is very convenient if you plan to go there. The main restaurants, coffee/tea chain and Hemu Bridge is also within walking distance, so it’s really good location as it is not possible to get DiDi at all in the old town. The housekeeper is also very helpful and kept the place clean. She has a cute little dog who is very friendly and likes to play with us. We really had an enjoyable stay here. Hope to have a chance to return here again.

여기 오기 전에 가이드를 만들어놨는데 다들 허무의 기온이 많이 낮다고 해서 추운 곳에서 지내면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 도착하고 보니 여기 방도 엄청 따뜻하고 김도 나더라구요. 건조하지 않고 가습기도 갖춰진 집안의 방. 이 비앤비의 위치는 허무교 옆 허무 CBD에 속합니다. 그곳까지 약 5분 정도 걸어갔습니다. 경치가 매우 아름답고, 체크인하고 사진을 찍을 수 있어서 매우 좋습니다. 온라인으로 예약했기 때문에 우리는 스키 리조트. , B&B에는 픽업 전용 차량도 있어 매우 편리합니다. 마지막으로 이 B&B의 서비스에 대해 이야기하겠습니다. 최고 수준입니다. 우리가 겪었던 모든 문제는 매우 빨리 해결되었습니다. 조식도 현지식 조식으로 이번 숙박은 전체적으로 매우 만족스럽습니다.

Room appears newly renovated and even comes with a bathtub. It would be better if the shower room has a better mixer and separated from the dry toilet area. It is good value for money and includes breakfast at its resident restaurant. The village bus stops just outside the property and there’s a convenience store just steps away. A larger local co-op with very reasonably priced provisions is a mere 6 minutes walk. Yuan Jiang Bridge is a 10 minute away. From there one could take a very pleasant walk along the riverside, amidst the silver birch forest. We appreciated the gift pack of local tidbits that were handed out to the tenants every night.
