리리뷰어우리는 세인트 오거스틴으로의 여행을 위해 이 장소에 이틀 동안 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗했고 최근에 리노베이션을 마쳤습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리는 그곳에서 즉시 편안함을 느꼈습니다.
첫날, 우리는 9시 30분에 아침 식사를 먹으러 갔습니다. 계란 제품이 없었고 소시지 조각 몇 개가 있었습니다. 포크가 없었습니다!!! 우리는 아침 식사를 감독하는 사람에게 말했고 그녀는 사과하며 포크가 없다고 말했습니다. 저는 프런트 데스크에 불평했고 그들은 우리의 청구서에서 주차 요금($20/일)을 차감하기로 동의했습니다. 다음 날, 아침 식사는 포크까지 가득 차 있었습니다!
이 호텔은 보석입니다. 모든 것과 가깝습니다. 우리는 분명히 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

리리뷰어It was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice.
Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome!
I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.
The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.
The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there.
Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty. We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬
As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up).
Overall, despite the negative observations, we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

JJon eissWe stayed in room 9. It’s a strange small layout. The sitting/living room was too small for the big screen TV ,so we stayed in the bedroom wich had its own TV. The bed was great, very comfy. The bathroom is about the size of an RV bathroom. The toilet is very low. Folks with bad knees or issues standing will have problems getting upThere is

리리뷰어beautiful hotel and food was good although we saw two couples leave angry because of more than a 30 minute wait for breakfast. staff present were doing their best but the kitchen staff couldn’t keep up with orders
from my personal viewpoint, my only complaint is the additional $25 per night for parking. it feels like just another way to squeeze the customer

리리뷰어가격 때문에 선택했습니다. 방해가되지 않고 조금 낡고 낡았습니다. 그러나 서비스는 좋았습니다. 내 TV가 작동하지 않았지만 리셉션의 남자는 몇 분 안에 교체품을 가져 왔습니다. 침대 맥주는 부드럽지만 시트는 깨끗합니다.
예기치 않게 아침 식사가 포함되었고 플라스틱 모든 것과 선택이 제한되었지만 커피는 훌륭했습니다.
돌아갈까요, 아니길 바라지만 그렇게 했다면 내가 머물렀던 최악의 장소가 아닐 것입니다.

리리뷰어First I am going to star saying that I feel sad I am going back home today. The hospitality of the hotel and the service was above and beyond fantastic. The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . I recommend this hotel 100% no doubts every time I come back to st Augustine I will make my home Hotel las Villas 1565. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

리리뷰어우리가 도착했을 때 제공된 방은 100% 준비되지 않았습니다. 광고 된 방은 냉장고를 위치에서 꺼내고 문은 한동안 새고 있던 물을 모으는 수건 위에 열려있었습니다. 민트. 물에 젖은 엉망을 청소하고 냉장을 다시 제자리에 가져와 문제를 신속하게 대응했습니다. 냉장고는 다시 꽂았지만 결국 지난 3일 동안 누수가 시작되었습니다. 높은 습도가 있었을 수 있으므로 방은 축축한 느낌이 들었습니다.
