Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

Consistency of Aloft hotel has always put me at ease. Service, room, cleanliness and bed is comfortable. Parking is complimentary - just needed to inform the front desk. EV charging is available on-site as well (additional payment required, i believe). It has a working table that enable me to work on the road so I stayed longer.

Valerie at the front desk was so welcoming, efficient and helpful. Made me feel right at home and really grateful that I chose your hotel. Lobby and elevator were very clean as well as the dining area. Breakfast was appreciated as well. Room was comfortable and clean for the most part. There was some scary brown liquid drips on the wall next to the bed, so not perfect, but overall I would still recommend.

나는 전에 여기에 머물렀지만 이번에는 내 방 땀 냄새가 났다. 밖에서 일어나는 모든 것을들을 수 있었고 옆집 방에서 TV가 시끄럽습니다. 벽에는 방음이 없습니다. 에어컨이 시끄럽게 떠들고 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 서버는 훌륭했습니다! 프론트 데스크 사람들은 특히 이 좋았습니다. 다시 여기에 머물 것인지 모르겠습니다.

喫煙所は外にありました。 何箇所かにあって、でも灰皿が最初少し分かりづらかったですが、一度分かれば迷わなくなりました 笑 部屋は綺麗でしたが、ヒーターがすぐに作動しなくて少し寒かったです。 キングサイズのベットは硬さも丁度良く快適でした。 シャワールームに置いてあるシャンプーとコンディショナー。 なぜか、ボディソープは無くコンディショナーが2つ置いてありました 笑 私はトランジットのためにここのホテルを使用しましたが、空港からホテルまでのシャトルバスは無く、タクシーを使用しました。 空港までのタクシー料金は、おおよそ30ドルでした。 初めてのアメリカ旅行で、英語もあまり話せない私からすると、朝食はとても難しく感じました。 女性がこちらが要求したものを皿に入れてくれるのですが、英語でメニューがボードに書かれてるので、eggとBaconしか読めませんでした。 中身が見えるようにすれば、読めなくても食べたいものをチョイス出来そうです。 それは改善していただきたいです。 アメニティーに関しても良くも悪くもなく、ただ滞在するだけなら特に問題はありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。 ホテル全体はとても静かで良かったです。

The hotel was good beds are very comfortable and the pillows, breakfast was good I would recommend staying at this hotel again 

Great stay. Very nice and clean and has a new look to it. The lounge/ bar area is very beautifully decorated. Very cozy. Will stay again. Room is clean. We stayed at the suite with a sofa. Had free sodas and water in the fridge to use. And a Keurig machine.

체크인이 어렵고 밤에 방이 더웠을 때 응답이 없었고 유닛 AC가 응답하지 않았습니다. 프론트 데스크에 갔고 체크인 세부 정보 변경을 도와주는 데 매우 훌륭했지만 휴식에 대한 표시도 없었습니다. 길 건너편에 술을 마시러 밖에 나가서 동료와 이야기를 나누다가 Caseys 주유소에서 만났고 Super 8을 떠난 지 25분 후에도 여전히 아무도 보지 못했다면 총 반환했습니다. 다른 모든 것은 완벽했지만 땀을 흘리며 세 번 깨어나 프론트 데스크에 두 번 전화하는 것은 소용이 없었습니다. 체크 아웃 전 아침과 같은 다른 시간에는 걱정했습니다. 직원들은 환상적이게 세심했지만 그렇지 않았습니다. 24/7

This hotel is so nice and easy to get in and out of no problems at all I will be going back it’s been a return trip for sure
