City Lion by Semavi is an excellent place to stay in Heraklion! The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful — they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and assisted with everything we needed.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within a 2–3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful experience — great service, amazing location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion!

리리뷰어What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

리리뷰어Really enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

GGiorgos Papadopoulos 17Good location, excellent service and amazing staff. They were very friendly and our room was very clean and tidy. Also it was smelling freshness when we entered the room. Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

리리뷰어직원 서비스는 매우 좋고 시설과 음식은 매우 만족합니다. 유일한 호텔은 첫날에 생수를 공급하지만 호텔 근처에서 구입할 수 있습니다. 또한 호텔은 1 인당 1 개의 종이 컵 만 제공하며 욕실에는 컵이 전혀 제공되지 않으며 종이 컵은 여러 번 씻을 수 없으며 며칠 동안 사용할 수 없으며 특히 마지막 이틀은 더 이상 교체되지 않습니다.

YYCSDWe stayed two nights at Legacy Gastro Suite before flying back home. Room 103 was okay with some wear downs. It was clean and close to the city bus(1-4 minutes walk). The shower is pretty good but water leaks outside to the floor. For two days stay it was okay

리리뷰어The apartment is ground floor in a good spot in Heraklion. It is spacious , clean, and convenient with nice kitchen area, spacious pleasant bedroom and compact but nice shower room. The living area is spacious but the furniture is functional rather than luxury, and includes a simple sofa bed and single bed . The owner is attentive . However, although We were offered clean towels during our week stay they never turned up . Disappointing. . There is no where to hang wet towels other than on the furniture.

리리뷰어방에는 더블침대와 싱글침대가 마련되어 있으며, 공간은 넓지 않지만 가구가 완비되어 있습니다. 욕실도 작지 않으며 환기를 위한 작은 창문도 있습니다. 우리는 긴 발코니가 있는 코너룸을 이용했습니다. 방은 골목길을 향하고 있지만 문과 창문은 단열이 잘 되어 있어 밤에 자도 시끄럽지 않습니다. 호텔의 위치는 사자분수에서 도보로 6~7분 거리로 꽤 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크에는 영어를 구사하는 친절한 삼촌이 맞이해 주며, 체크인과 체크아웃 절차도 간단하고 빠릅니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 버스가 있습니다. 공항에서 이라클리온으로 가는 버스를 타거나 바로 문 앞에 버스 정류장이 있습니다. 위생은 괜찮습니다. 온수 주전자가 있습니다. 아침 식사는 예상보다 풍성했습니다. 전체적으로 가격/성능 비율은 매우 좋습니다.

Years. Its always been a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Just one complaint though. I accidentally booked the wrong dates to stay but i managed to cancel a whole week before i was meant to stay. NO REFUND EVEN WITH A WEEKS NOTICE!
