주차 가능 오슬로 호텔 예약

The location was excellent....close to downtown plus there was an interesting restaurant area behind the hotel that bordered the Akerselva (?) River. However, many of these restaurants were large and did not appeal to me for this reason (see below). It was also an easy walk to Oslo Central Station. The hotel itself was appealing - with a nicely decorated lobby. I was disappointed with the service from the Front Desk staff, who were busy with ”reception related” tasks and had little time to discuss areas of interest in the City. Often there was no one at the front desk. Also, the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel did not open until the evening, and while there were restaurants close by, many of these were large open spaces and not ”warm”

The room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. The room is super quite and the there are a variety of food and diversify drink and coffee for breakfast you can select. The hotel location is near downtown of Oslo for 3 mins walk. It's so convenient to buy everything you want in Oslo.

Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.

아름다운 객실이었지만 여러 가지 실망스러운 점이 있었습니다. 호텔 투숙객은 수영장을 이용하고 지정된 시간에 예약하려면 매일 추가 요금을 지불해야 합니다. 전 세계 어떤 호텔에서도 이런 경험을 해본 적이 없습니다. 저는 프리미엄룸에 묵었는데, 이 정책은 모든 투숙객에게 적용되는데 정말 최악이라고 생각합니다. 숙박 기간 동안 스파 예약도 불가능했습니다. 호텔 투숙객에게 특혜가 전혀 주어지지 않았습니다. 도착 최소 일주일 전에 스파 트리트먼트를 예약하는 것을 강력히 권장합니다. 또한, 고가의 5성급 호텔에서는 흔치 않은 턴다운 서비스도 제공되지 않습니다. 하우스키핑도 너무 일찍 끝나거나, 일정에 맞지 않는 투숙객에게는 관심이 없습니다. 저는 방에서 일을 해야 했는데 오후 2시 45분에 나갔는데, 방을 정리해야 한다고 신호를 보냈음에도 불구하고 청소가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 정중했지만 혼란스러웠습니다. 일반적으로 호텔 레스토랑은 외부 손님을 위한 서비스에 더 중점을 두는 것 같아서 아쉬웠습니다.

호텔이 기차역에서 정말 가까워요! 역 바로 앞에 위치해 있습니다(2층에 있고, 1층 로비는 모퉁이를 돌아야 합니다). 여행하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋은 위치입니다. 전망: 정말 아름다워요. 호텔 측에서 복도 끝에 있는 큰 창문이 있는 방을 제공해 줬는데, 광장이 바로 보이는 멋진 일출과 일몰을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 단점: 호텔 조식은 다른 유럽 레스토랑에 비해 양이 푸짐하지만, 메뉴가 항상 바뀌는 것은 아닙니다. 또한 과일의 신선도와 고기의 질이 지역 평균에 못 미치는 수준입니다. 개선의 여지가 많습니다. 호텔에서는 일회용 슬리퍼를 제공하지만, 치약이나 칫솔은 제공하지 않습니다.

화려한 색상의 체인 호텔로, 중앙 기차역에서 도보 5분 거리에 있어 기차 환승이 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔 조식은 연어와 노르웨이산 브라운 치즈가 무제한으로 제공되는 등 훌륭했습니다. 전반적인 서비스도 매우 좋았습니다. 단점이라면 객실이 다소 작고 편의시설이 기본적인 수준이라는 점입니다. 유럽인과 미국인 투숙객이 꽤 많았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

스칸딕 바이포르텐의 주니어 스위트에 묵었는데 정말 만족스러운 경험이었어요. 위치가 최고였어요. 오슬로 중앙역과 바로 연결되어 있어서 시내와 공항으로 이동하기가 정말 편리했거든요. 스위트는 넓고 현대적이었으며 매우 편안했어요. 특히 멋진 도시 전망을 감상할 수 있는 큰 창문과 아늑한 휴식 공간 덕분에 호텔 객실이라기보다는 작은 아파트처럼 느껴졌어요. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있었어요. 직원들은 전문적이고 친절했으며 효율적이었어요. 조식도 훌륭했는데, 현지 특산물을 포함하여 신선하고 맛있는 다양한 메뉴가 제공되었어요. 전반적으로 편안하고 만족스러운 숙박이었어요. 오슬로 중심부에서 편안하고 넓은 공간을 원하신다면 주니어 스위트는 강력 추천합니다!

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

3성급 호텔이니 기대치를 낮추자고 스스로 다짐했지만, 노르웨이라서 그런지 다른 나라 호텔보다 좀 더 까다롭게 평가하게 되네요. 위치는 괜찮습니다. 시내 중심가에서 아주 가깝지는 않지만, 직장과 관광지까지는 충분히 가깝습니다. 직원 서비스는 정말 복불복입니다. 어떤 직원은 정말 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐습니다. 아침에 직원에게 전날 체크인했을 때 방 청소가 제대로 되어 있지 않았으니 청소기를 돌려달라고 부탁했는데, 사과 정도는 해줄 줄 알았지만 직원은 어깨를 으쓱하며 ”알겠습니다”라고만 했습니다. 조식은 3성급 호텔치고는 꽤 괜찮습니다. 선택의 폭도 넓고, 레스토랑 분위기도 좋고, 직원들이 음식과 음료를 빠르게 리필해 줍니다. 객실은 전형적인 3성급 호텔이고, 발코니는 보너스입니다. 오슬로에서 이 가격대라면 전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

방은 깨끗하고, 작은 울타리가 있고, 크고 넓은 욕실이 있습니다. 내가 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 좋아. 체크인 절차 . 체크인 카운터에 전화가 있습니다. REC 버튼을 누른 후 직원에게 이름과 BOOK 코드를 알려주십시오. 직원이 신용카드로 보증금을 결제하라고 요청할 것입니다. 카드를 스와이프 머신에 삽입하세요. 입금 완료 후 직원이 직접 키 카드를 만들어 드립니다. 상자에 카드키를 담아 카드키 제작기에 넣으세요. 완료되면 직원이 객실번호를 알려드립니다. 프로세스를 확인하세요. 키 카드를 받아 체크아웃 박스에 넣으세요. 결제가 끝나면 주인에게 전화해서 키 카드가 놓여 있다고 방 번호로 알려주세요.
