주차 가능 오슬로 호텔 예약

아름다운 객실이었지만 여러 가지 실망스러운 점이 있었습니다. 호텔 투숙객은 수영장을 이용하고 지정된 시간에 예약하려면 매일 추가 요금을 지불해야 합니다. 전 세계 어떤 호텔에서도 이런 경험을 해본 적이 없습니다. 저는 프리미엄룸에 묵었는데, 이 정책은 모든 투숙객에게 적용되는데 정말 최악이라고 생각합니다. 숙박 기간 동안 스파 예약도 불가능했습니다. 호텔 투숙객에게 특혜가 전혀 주어지지 않았습니다. 도착 최소 일주일 전에 스파 트리트먼트를 예약하는 것을 강력히 권장합니다. 또한, 고가의 5성급 호텔에서는 흔치 않은 턴다운 서비스도 제공되지 않습니다. 하우스키핑도 너무 일찍 끝나거나, 일정에 맞지 않는 투숙객에게는 관심이 없습니다. 저는 방에서 일을 해야 했는데 오후 2시 45분에 나갔는데, 방을 정리해야 한다고 신호를 보냈음에도 불구하고 청소가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 정중했지만 혼란스러웠습니다. 일반적으로 호텔 레스토랑은 외부 손님을 위한 서비스에 더 중점을 두는 것 같아서 아쉬웠습니다.

교통이 편리한 훌륭한 호텔입니다 (지하철, 트램, 버스 정류장이 모두 도보 10분 거리에 있습니다). 하지만 호텔이 시내 중심에서 약간 떨어져 있어 시내까지 이동하는 데 약 30분 정도 걸린다는 점을 참고하세요. 근처에 사무실이 있는 비즈니스 여행객에게는 문제가 되지 않겠지만, 관광객에게는 다소 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 하지만 루터 존 1 교통 패스가 포함되어 있어 교통비는 절약할 수 있습니다. 조식은 훌륭했고, 종류도 다양하고 품질도 좋았습니다. 오슬로와 유럽의 다른 5성급 호텔에서 묵어본 것보다 더 훌륭하다고 생각합니다. 조식 담당 직원은 친절했지만, 프런트 직원은 그다지 친절하지는 않았습니다. 전문적이긴 했지만요. 객실 문에 '방해 금지' 표시를 두 번이나 붙였는데도 두 번 모두 청소 담당자가 와서 표시가 의미가 있는지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 어메니티는 정말 형편없었습니다. 품질이 떨어지는 수건과 비누만 제공되어 실망스러웠습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이지만, 더 나은 호텔이 되기 위해서는 개선할 부분이 분명히 있습니다.

우선, 저와 아기가 짐을 3개나 가져갔는데, 리셉션 직원이 전혀 도와주고 싶어하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 체크아웃을 했을 때, 매우 친절하고 열정적인 리셉셔니스트를 만났습니다. 호텔의 입지가 좋고, 비용 효율성이 높습니다. 이 가격은 일본에서 사는 것보다 훨씬 편안해요.

노르웨이에서 며칠을 보낸 후, 마침내 수도 오슬로에 도착하여 중앙역 근처에 있는 소그 컨퍼런스 호텔에 묵었습니다. 이 호텔은 크루즈선과 요트 정박지, 시청, 국립박물관, 뭉크 미술관, 오페라 하우스, 쇼핑가와 가까워 매우 편리했습니다.

화려한 색상의 체인 호텔로, 중앙 기차역에서 도보 5분 거리에 있어 기차 환승이 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔 조식은 연어와 노르웨이산 브라운 치즈가 무제한으로 제공되는 등 훌륭했습니다. 전반적인 서비스도 매우 좋았습니다. 단점이라면 객실이 다소 작고 편의시설이 기본적인 수준이라는 점입니다. 유럽인과 미국인 투숙객이 꽤 많았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

저는 Scandic Holmekollen에 머무는 동안 정말 멋진 경험을 했습니다. 이 호텔은 편안한 분위기를 자랑하며 주변 지역의 숨 막힐 듯한 전망을 제공합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 세심했으며, 항상 따뜻한 미소로 도울 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 고요한 분위기와 직원들의 도움이 합쳐져 제 숙박을 정말 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 저는 멋진 전망과 뛰어난 서비스를 갖춘 평화로운 휴양지를 찾는 모든 사람에게 Scandic Holmekollen을 적극 추천합니다.

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my recent 20-day trip. It’s perfectly located with stunning views of the city and right next to Oslo Winter Park, making it an ideal choice for skiers like me. Although it takes about 30 minutes by train to reach the city center, you may find it hard to leave the hotel because of its beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, hot tea, and apples available in the common areas. The staff were friendly; we had a lovely chat with one of them for almost half an hour. The breakfast included was quite good as well. The only downside was that the room, especially the shower, was a bit small, but it was perfectly acceptable for the price. I would definitely consider visiting again.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

REC 버튼을 누른 후 직원에게 이름과 BOOK 코드를 알려주십시오. 직원이 신용카드로 보증금을 결제하라고 요청할 것입니다. 카드를 스와이프 머신에 삽입하세요. 입금 완료 후 직원이 직접 키 카드를 만들어 드립니다. 상자에 카드키를 담아 카드키 제작기에 넣으세요. 완료되면 직원이 객실번호를 알려드립니다. 프로세스를 확인하세요. 키 카드를 받아 체크아웃 박스에 넣으세요. 결제가 끝나면 주인에게 전화해서 키 카드가 놓여 있다고 방 번호로 알려주세요.
