Goed hotel alleen het diner tijdens deze drukte ivm de voorstelling van de Carmina Burana viel tegen. Wel werden klachten heel goed opgepakt door personeel en werd compensatie verleend!

훌륭한 위치, 깨끗한 숙박 시설, 친절한 직원.

Top Hotel, top locatie en geweldige stad Maastricht. Personeel was heel aardig en ontbijt ook heel goed. Het weer was prachtig dus werkt ook altijd mee!

Great castle hotel in romantic surroundings during Christmas holidays ❄️🎄we has also our christmas dinner and breakfast included. Rooms are specious , clean. Shower is amazing designed. Definitely coming back. We're Dutch and Vietnamese . Great done Vaeshartelt 🇳🇱🇻🇳❤️

別墅比較小，兩個衞生間，卧室在二樓都是斜屋頂，比較矮，毛巾很舊，床單破洞，離市區不遠，第一天晚上到，門鎖是壞的，離前台較遠，過了十多分鐘工作人員幫開門，沒什麼服務，自己買了柴，小朋友又體會了一下生火的樂趣，前台外面有車行可以租車騎行

Geweldige overnachting in upgrade bruidssuite, met ontvangst champagne in prachtige (bad)kamer. Luxe ontbijtmand en diner in aangrenzend restaurant (van de buren). Top service op dito locatie.

Ideal location, right opposite the train and bus stations. Staff very helpful. Small room, coffee/tea making machine in room is not provided as standard (you have to pay for this) and also need to pay for water bottles in room. For one night stay it is manageable as shops are round the corner.

호텔은 기차역에서 꽤 멀어서 자갈길을 따라 거의 30분 정도 걸어야 하므로 짐을 들고 이동하기에 불편합니다. 근처에 버스 정류장이 하나뿐인데 배차 간격도 길고, 주변에 식음료를 마실 곳도 거의 없어 매우 불편합니다. 다른 교통수단을 이용하려면 다시 기차역 근처로 돌아가야 합니다. 호텔은 씨트립에 표시된 가격과 다른 추가 서비스를 청구했습니다. 문제를 해결하려고 여러 번 시도했지만 결국 씨트립에서 호텔에 보상해 주었습니다. 객실은 유럽 비즈니스 호텔에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 작은 크기였습니다.

이 그룹과 함께 머무르는 것을 좋아합니다. 그들은 학생과 학교에 중점을두고 전형적인 비즈니스 호텔에서 상쾌한 변화를 만듭니다. 부엌에서 복잡한 것을 기대하지 마십시오. 그러나 나쁘지는 않습니다. 이것은 훌륭한 강 테라스가 있습니다.
