My 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in. Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

My kids love it as there are many soft toys. TV works well. We watched YouTube. Aircon is powerful, living room and the two rooms we used. I love the two big beds can combine together for the kids to sleep together Easy access to the mall, we could get an extra card at lobby reception. Good sunshine coming in for the bedrooms. Good Feng shui as it's bright and cheerful in the day Lovely heartfelt design in this unit. They took care to design it. Wish the owners lots of happiness, success in life too

Avantgarde Hotel은 많은 음식 / 음료 상점 / 레스토랑으로 둘러싸여 있습니다. 호텔 옆에 두리안을 판매하는 상점이 있습니다 😆 호텔은 Sutera Mall 입구 문에서 도보로 5 분 거리에 있습니다. 지금은 많은 포장 마차가 cny 음식, 비스킷 및 장식을 판매하는 쇼핑몰에서 일어나고 있습니다. 보행자 옆 도로가 건설을 위해 차단되어 있으므로 걸을 때 조심하십시오. 호텔은 1개의 엘리베이터가 있는 3층 건물입니다. 일찍 체크인할 수 있게 해 주신 호텔 직원에게 감사드립니다. 불행히도, 우리는 창문이 없는 중간 방을 받았습니다. 따라서 에어컨이 방을 완전히 식힐 때까지 방은 냄새로 약간 질식 할 수 있습니다. 객실은 2개의 퀸 사이즈 침대와 작은 원형 나무 테이블이 있는 2인용 소파가 있는 매우 넓습니다. 화장실도 엄청 넓지만 습식/건식 분리가 없습니다. 샤워 물은 세면대 지역까지 흐릅니다. 화장실/객실 슬리퍼도 제공되지 않습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 1 박 숙박입니다. ps : 우리는 공항에 도착하기 위해 5.30am에서 Grab을 주문하는 데 문제가 없습니다. 또한 여행 중에 Grab을 주문하는 것도 쉽습니다.

The location is ideal, just opposite the Tasek shopping mall. The breakfast provided a simple breakfast. The staff were helpful & friendly. Will recommend to friends & relatives.

Location was outstanding - practically right smack in the middle of everything, from hotpots to karaokes, nightclubs / bars to Sutera Mall. Only issue we had was the lack of shampoo / shower gel, and the towels provided were not as clean as we expected. Soap dispenser was spoilt with no soap, so do bring your own! Otherwise, the rooms were the same as the photos you see.

A budget hotel with breakfast and private parking for ease of mind. Room wise cant complain much. Would be better if they check if the refrigerator and tv controller were in working condition.need to bring own toiletries. There's a burger stall opposite the hotel and quiet a few kedai makan surrounding the hotel.

Wonderful staff ، kind and helpful. It’s a budget hotel so you don’t expect food and drinks, but they offer coffees and tea, some biscuits at the lobby. Nice place so quiet, area doesn’t have any surrounding shops so hi order food through apps or grab. Beautiful view from the room I spent a night at. I recommend it for people who seek peaceful escape from noisy places, add to the welcoming staff there .

수테라 쇼핑몰 중심부에 전략적으로 위치해 있습니다. 주변 레스토랑에서 다양한 음식을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 요청하신 대로 엘리베이터에서 떨어진 넓고 조용한 객실을 제공해 주었습니다. 저녁에는 호텔 정문에 경비원이 배치되어 있어 안심하고 숙박할 수 있습니다. Trip.com 덕분에 멋진 휴가를 보냈습니다.

위치는 적당하지만 버스 정류장에서 꽤 걸어야 합니다. 모든 세금이 포함되어 있다고 표시되어 있고 일부 호텔에서는 관광세를 전혀 징수하지 않는데 왜 관광세를 납부해야 하는지 이해가 되지 않습니다. 방으로 가는 방법과 세면실은 어디에 있는지에 대한 오리엔테이션이 없었습니다.
