The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

우리는 하룻밤 동안 프리미엄 킹 룸을 예약했습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 일회용 슬리퍼, 세면도구, TV, 업무용 작은 책상, 2인용 식사/커피 테이블, 금고 및 미니 냉장고와 같은 기본 편의 시설이 제공되었습니다. 호텔 바로 밖에 주차 공간이 충분하고 도보 거리에 멋진 서양 식품점이 있습니다. 체크인은 오후 3시에 있었고 체크 아웃은 오후 12시에있었습니다. 프론트 데스크는 24/7을 운영하며 직원들은 친절하고 말레이어와 영어를 모두 할 수있어 의사 소통이 쉽습니다. 방 밖 산책로를 따라 cctv도 설치됩니다. 그러나 객실에 헤어 드라이어가 제공되지 않았습니다. 가장 큰 단점은 방 위치였습니다. 우리는 주요 도로를 향한 마지막 방을 받았고 매우 시끄 럽습니다. 우리는 밤새도록 자동차와 오토바이가 지나가는 소리를 분명히들을 수있었습니다. 나는 단지 끊임없는 소음 때문에 오전 4 – 5 AM 주위에 잠들 수 있었다. 전반적으로 방은 깨끗하고 편안했지만 도로 소음은 우리의 휴식에 심각한 영향을 미쳤습니다. 가벼운 잠을 자는 경우 길가에서 떨어진 방을 요청하는 것이 좋습니다.

호텔 관리팀은 특히 청결 상태를 개선해야 합니다. 담요와 침대 시트에 혈흔과 더러운 얼룩이 곳곳에 묻어 있었습니다. 커튼도 매우 더러웠는데, 침대 바로 옆에 있는 커튼이라 위생적이지 않아 개선이 시급합니다. 화장실 유리문도 꽤 더러워서 오랫동안 청소하지 않은 것 같았습니다. 그 외에는 괜찮았습니다. 친절한 리셉션 직원의 서비스에 감사드립니다. 재즈 호텔 경영진께서는 호텔 위치와 서비스가 좋으니 이 리뷰를 긍정적으로 받아들여 주시면 좋겠습니다.

카페와 음식점에 가까운 위치입니다. 방은 꽤 깨끗합니다. 2명이 머물기에는 적당한 크기입니다. 하지만 에어컨은 강하지 않습니다. 방이 추워지는 데 시간이 좀 걸리고, 그래도 그렇게 춥지는 않습니다.

Overall, my 3-night stay was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the family suite—the king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I expected a basic standard, which is why I couldn’t give a full rating. Cleanliness: There were a few issues that needed attention. I encountered a small lizard, a baby cockroach (which I had to handle), and a spider. The bedsheets and rug had visible stains—while these may be hard to remove, it's not acceptable even for a 3-star hotel. Additionally, a used, damp (but dried) toilet paper roll was left alongside a new one, which should not happen. I’m not particularly fussy, but others might have rated this much lower. The toilet seat was loose and misaligned. The towel hanger was loose as well, so we were careful not to hang all our towels there. The basin tap was also loose. Service: Requests for a writing chair and a hairdryer took quite a while and were only resolved after I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning. Although the room accommodates four guests, we were a group of three and only received two cups, so we had to take turns. There are also only two non-standard, unprofessional hangers provided. They should supply four. I did not use the shampoo or shower gel, so I cannot comment on those. Maybe a brief note should check on our day since we are staying for three nights. This is a suggestion to improve. Location & Amenities: There is a laundry shop conveniently located directly across from the hotel. Parking is available on site, though you may need to park behind the building. It would be helpful to have a designated drop-off slope at the front of the hotel. Food: The café serves a good chicken nasi lemak. The curry gravy is rich and flavorful, though it would be better if there were more side dishes to complement the rice. The overall experience helped offset the shortcomings. Value for Money: 3/5 Until another review for the shortcomings are rectified, I will consider other accommodation

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos on the booking website, so the actual space was a little disappointing. I also noticed some dirt around the bed frame, which could have been cleaned better. Unfortunately, the TV was not functioning during my stay. Overall, there are a few areas that could be improved, especially in terms of cleanliness, room presentation, and basic facilities.

환경을 의식하는 사람으로서, 호텔에서 일회용 칫솔과 작은 치약과 같은 작은 청소용품을 제공하지 않은 것이 좋았습니다. 필요한 모든 품목이 제공되었습니다. 오전 8시 30분 전에 제 방에 전기가 끊기고 제가 돌아왔을 때 오전 10시 30분까지 고쳐지지 않은 것은 유감스러운 일입니다. 하지만 직원들은 정오에 체크아웃하기 전에 다른 방을 제공해 주었습니다. 전기를 사용해야 하니까요. 직원들은 친절합니다. 까다롭지 않은 사람이라면 머물 만한 곳입니다.

Understood they just open for the open market recently, probably not really ready yet to welcome guest. Informed the hotel receptionist on things to improve. Facility is relatively old but clean but got some fungus as seem on the wall between toilet and room. Breakfast is semi buffet Got washing machine and dryer for 2 bedroom type. Might return again to see if any improvement. Location wise is suitable if got car.
