The studio room is facing the Kuantan City where you can enjoy the city view. The room was clean and have water dispenser for hot and cold water for drinking. The towel will be provided as your request for how many person you check in. There are swimming pool at level 5. Easy checkout where you put back your key inside designated mailbox when you check in.

호스트의 안내 덕분에 매우 쉽게 셀프 체크인이 가능했습니다. 우리는 이곳에서의 숙박을 정말 즐겼습니다. Timurbay는 가족에게 매우 적합하며, 쿠안탄을 탐험하는 것보다 숙박을 선호한다면 더욱 좋습니다. 이곳은 마을에서 조금 떨어져 있지만(약 20분) 모든 것이 완벽하고 근처에 있습니다. 수영장이 많고 해변으로 바로 갈 수 있으며, 주변에 카페와 상점이 있습니다. 객실도 매우 편안하고 깨끗합니다 👍🏻

The location is lovely, boasting picturesque views, but unfortunately lacks a water filter. Despite following the provided instructions, locating the room with the post box proved challenging, though I eventually received assistance from the helpful security staff. The following day, the owner recommended several food establishments, yet none were open for breakfast, leading me to venture to an unfamiliar Mamak restaurant and endure an additional hour-long wait for my morning meal. While other aspects of the experience were satisfactory, I had hoped for a wider selection of specialty foods.

Good thing about this apartment is, air cond is good, and it’s relatively clean.  I will write what I see,  the bedsheets and quilt cover is full of stains,  it’s really time to change new sets.  There is no separate air cond split unit inside small room with single bed.  The under sink pipe in dining area came off during our stay, good thing is management sent repairman within 30minutes.  Quite a number of eateries near the apartment, this is a plus point.  Beach access was good.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were polite, and the check-in process was smooth. The facilities were basic, nothing too special but everything worked fine. It was a decent stay and suitable if you’re looking for a simple place to rest.

This is my utmost best service ever received. After i left and checked out from the hotel i realised that i misplaced my watch and contacted the hotel and they immediately help to search without hesitation even if its off working hours. They contacted the cleaners and all the other staffs to search for my watch and even went to the location my watch was last found. And thankfully i found my watch that i accidentally left in the grab 😭😭😭😭 The staff is so friendly and helpful really love my stay here. The room is also neat and clean and the price is also reasonable. Location also great theres a restaurant just opposite to the hotel and many food nearby just by walking distance. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE THE NEXT TIME I COME TO KUANTAN

The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. Thank you for your excellent service and for making everything easier for your guests. Highly recommended! 😊

If you prefer a quiet room, I recommend informing the reception that you would like a room away from the ironing area, as this facility is available 24 hours a day and there is no time limit for its use. That said, the staff were very friendly and promptly arranged a room change after I made the request, which I really appreciated.

우리는 마침내 서비스를 제공하기 전에 하우스키핑 서비스를 세 번이나 불러야 했습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 양호하지만, 수영장 물이 눈에 띄게 더럽고 쓰레기가 포함되어 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 OOTD 사진을 찍을 수 있는 그림 같은 장소가 많이 있습니다. 부드러운 백사장이 있는 해변도 아름답습니다. 주차장은 해변 샬레 전용으로 예약되어 있어 밤늦게 돌아올 때도 문제가 없었습니다. 리셉션 서비스도 매우 좋았고, 시간에 맞춰 방이 준비되어 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다.

리조트에 체크인하는 순간부터 체크아웃할 때까지 The Kasturi 직원의 훌륭한 서비스. 모든 직원은 정중하고 지식이 풍부했으며 우리의 숙박을 원활하고 즐겁게 만들기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 우리 방은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했고 매우 넓었으며 손님을 위한 객실 내 스낵과 음료가 무료로 제공되었습니다. 우리는 욕조와 샤워 시설을 좋아했고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 아침 식사 스프레드는 좋고 맛있었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 과거 홍수로 인해 돌담을 쌓아야 했던 것으로 알고 있어 접근이 다소 어려운 해변이라는 점이다. 확실히 다시 올 것이다!
