The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

The location is lovely, boasting picturesque views, but unfortunately lacks a water filter. Despite following the provided instructions, locating the room with the post box proved challenging, though I eventually received assistance from the helpful security staff. The following day, the owner recommended several food establishments, yet none were open for breakfast, leading me to venture to an unfamiliar Mamak restaurant and endure an additional hour-long wait for my morning meal. While other aspects of the experience were satisfactory, I had hoped for a wider selection of specialty foods.

This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos. The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience. We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added. As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere. I would definitely come back again.

출장 중 그랜드 다룰 마크무르 호텔 쿠안탄에서 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 호텔과 객실 크기가 꽤 넓어서 편안했습니다. 객실은 조금 오래되어 보이지만, 전반적으로 단기 투숙에는 괜찮습니다. 조식 뷔페는 오전 7시부터 시작하는데, 음식 종류는 다양했지만 맛은 그저 그랬습니다. 참고로, Trip.com을 통해 예약하고 결제하더라도 호텔에 소액의 세금을 직접 지불해야 하는데, 제 경우에는 3링깃이었습니다. 전반적으로 출장 목적으로는 괜찮은 숙박이었습니다.

나는 최근에 4명의 동료와 함께 출장을 위해 여기에 머물렀습니다. 우리는 경쟁력 있는 가격과 편리한 위치를 기반으로 이 위치를 선택하여 5개의 별도 객실을 예약했습니다. 물리적 재산 자체가 인상적이지만 관리 과정은 많이 남아 있습니다. 좋은 점: 편안함과 공간 객실: 객실은 진정으로 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 매우 넓습니다. 가격대에서는 실제 생활 공간의 가치가 우수합니다. 주차: 주차를 찾는 것은 쉽고 안전했습니다. 우리 자신의 차량이 있었기 때문에 우리 그룹의 주요 장점이었습니다. 위치: Kuantan을 효율적으로 돌아 다니기에 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 나쁜: 유지 보수 및 누락 된 기본 숙소는 유지 보수 측면에서 약간 소홀한 느낌입니다. 내 특정 방에서: 샤워 헤드 홀더가 느슨하여 사용하기 어려웠습니다. 바닥 매트가 제공되지 않아 샤워 후 방 전체에서 물을 추적하지 않는 것이 기본 필수입니다. 우리가 도착했을 때(늦게) 수영장과 대부분의 시설이 문을 닫았고 일찍 일어났습니다. 해변으로의 접근이 매우 편리하며 아침에 개방됩니다. 방이 넓어서 디럭스룸으로 업그레이드 해줬습니다. 건물 구조가 꽤 오래되어 더 나은 유지 관리가 필요합니다. 수건을 교체해야 합니다. 그러나 여전히 잘 보관된 것으로 간주되었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 영어를 잘 구사할 수 있습니다.

우리는 쿠알라룸푸르를 방문하고 처음으로 이 호텔에 머물고 있습니다. 도착한 순간부터 직원들이 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 버기 운전사부터 하우스키핑, 리셉셔니스트까지 모든 팀원이 매우 친절했습니다. 전망과 풍경이 놀랍고 아름답고 편안한 분위기를 제공합니다. 우리는 Ocean View Suite를 예약했고, 객실은 모든 기대를 뛰어넘었습니다. 우아하고 숨 막힐 듯 아름답고 말로 표현할 수 없을 정도였습니다. 이 호텔에서 보낸 3일 2박은 완벽했고, 앞으로도 꼭 다시 방문할 것입니다.

완벽한 전망과 함께 완벽한 숙박! 단위는 깨끗하고 조용하며 사생활이 보호됩니다. 나는 확실히 다시 올 것이다!!!

I enjoyed my 2-day stay at this hotel. The pool was a nice addition, and the room was easily accessible. Cleanliness was decent, and the room itself was comfortable—just right for solo travelers. For those staying in the deluxe room, do bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers as they’re not provided. The food available for order was quite good, and I had a lovely view from my room. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the price.
