HHanita89객실은 설명과 정확히 일치했습니다. 집은 깨끗하고 수영장과 해변이 바로 앞에 있습니다. 출입 카드는 제공된 것을 항상 소지하셔야 어디든 자유롭게 이동하실 수 있습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 절차도 간편합니다. 주말에는 해변에서 불꽃놀이를 볼 수 있고, ATV를 대여할 수도 있습니다(RM50/20분). 베르세라의 인기 있는 음식점들도 모두 근처에 있습니다. 이 숙소를 강력 추천합니다. 저도 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요. ✌️

RRay Mak Hon KitThe past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience.
Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning.
Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance.
The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity.
The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well.
One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard.
Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated.
The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch.
The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation.
But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

Despite following the provided instructions, locating the room with the post box proved challenging, though I eventually received assistance from the helpful security staff. The following day, the owner recommended several food establishments, yet none were open for breakfast, leading me to venture to an unfamiliar Mamak restaurant and endure an additional hour-long wait for my morning meal. While other aspects of the experience were satisfactory, I had hoped for a wider selection of specialty foods.

리리뷰어This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos.
The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience.
We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added.
As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere.
I would definitely come back again.

MMiaSuraya위치가 정말 좋습니다. 객실은 넓고 욕조와 발코니가 갖춰져 있으며, TV 채널도 아주 많습니다. 조식 뷔페와 점심 식사도 훌륭합니다. 호텔에 향기가 너무 좋습니다. 콴탄에 다시 가면 이 호텔을 다시 예약할 생각입니다.

TTacomeow리조트에 체크인하는 순간부터 체크아웃할 때까지 The Kasturi 직원의 훌륭한 서비스. 모든 직원은 정중하고 지식이 풍부했으며 우리의 숙박을 원활하고 즐겁게 만들기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 우리 방은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했고 매우 넓었으며 손님을 위한 객실 내 스낵과 음료가 무료로 제공되었습니다. 우리는 욕조와 샤워 시설을 좋아했고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 아침 식사 스프레드는 좋고 맛있었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 과거 홍수로 인해 돌담을 쌓아야 했던 것으로 알고 있어 접근이 다소 어려운 해변이라는 점이다. 확실히 다시 올 것이다!

After i left and checked out from the hotel i realised that i misplaced my watch and contacted the hotel and they immediately help to search without hesitation even if its off working hours. They contacted the cleaners and all the other staffs to search for my watch and even went to the location my watch was last found. And thankfully i found my watch that i accidentally left in the grab 😭😭😭😭
The staff is so friendly and helpful really love my stay here.
The room is also neat and clean and the price is also reasonable. Location also great theres a restaurant just opposite to the hotel and many food nearby just by walking distance.
THIS WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE THE NEXT TIME I COME TO KUANTAN

아파트 주변의 시설도 훌륭했습니다. 해변까지 도보로 가까운 거리에 있어 꾸란을 읽고 핫초코를 마시며 아침 일출을 즐기는 평화로운 즐거움을 누렸습니다. 하루의 완벽한 시작이었습니다. 수영장은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 인근 바다는 수영과 조깅 모두에 좋습니다.
보안은 빡빡하고 안심이 되었으며 거주 카드가 필요한 대부분의 지역에 접근할 수 있었습니다. 이것은 특히 주변에 아이들이 있는 안전감을 더했습니다. 일용품을 위해 TMG Express와 다양한 현지 상점, 레스토랑, 와룽이 정문 바로 밖에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다.
장치 자체는 일출과 일몰을 모두 즐길 수 있는 이상적인 위치에 있어 더욱 특별합니다. 쿠안탄 타운과 쇼핑몰까지 차로 약 20 – 30 분이 소요되지만 휴가 또는 레저 여행을 위해 티모르 베이는 탁월한 선택입니다. 출장의 경우 통근을 고려할 수 있습니다.
전반적으로 매우 즐겁고 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 나는 가족이나 Kuantan에서 편안하고 완전한 휴가 경험을 원하는 사람에게 Timur Bay를 확실히 추천 할 것입니다.

리리뷰어I enjoyed my 2-day stay at this hotel. The pool was a nice addition, and the room was easily accessible. Cleanliness was decent, and the room itself was comfortable—just right for solo travelers. For those staying in the deluxe room, do bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers as they’re not provided. The food available for order was quite good, and I had a lovely view from my room. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the price.
