방이 6층 식당 아래에 있다면 위 바에서 의자 긁는 소리가 들리고 낮은 층으로 이동하도록 요청하십시오.

DDominicI booked a 2-night stay over Saturday and Sunday while waiting for my 1am flight on Monday. I had just returned from a safari and was extremely tired, hoping to get some rest. Unfortunately, starting around 4am on Sunday, there was a lot of noise coming from the room directly in front of mine. It appeared to be a group occupying multiple rooms, shouting and moving between them.
I called the lobby twice, and while the receptionist was kind and responsive in contacting the group, the noise continued, and I eventually gave up on trying to sleep.
Later that afternoon, the tap and shower in my room stopped working. I had to call again to have it fixed, and even after it was restored, there was no hot water. I had a VERY cold shower.
That said, I genuinely appreciated the food and the aesthetic of the property—the African artifacts in the hallways and the soaring ceilings made the place feel very special. It’s the kind of atmosphere I’d love to return to. However, because of the disruptions and inconvenience I experienced, I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless necessary.

YYao bukeyan算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。
酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。
酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

KKay KiatThey provided three meals, if you are a Chinese tummy I had the chance to stay at Xiaomi Homestay in Kilimani, Nairobi, and it was a refreshing mix of comfort, convenience, and cultural charm.

The homestay is tucked away in the lively Kilimani neighborhood, which makes it easy to access restaurants, shopping malls, and transport. The property itself feels modern, clean, and welcoming — a good balance between homely warmth and hotel-like comfort.
Comfort & Amenities
The facilities were a big plus. The gym was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts, while the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Both amenities added great value to the stay, especially for anyone who enjoys fitness and downtime in equal measure.
Meals & Dining Experience
One of the standout features was the inclusion of three daily Chinese meals. This made the stay very convenient, especially for anyone missing home-style dishes or simply wanting a reliable, flavorful option without having to step out. The meals were hearty, authentic, and gave a unique cultural touch to the experience.
Atmosphere & Service
The overall atmosphere was warm and peaceful. The hosts provided thoughtful service, striking a nice balance between giving guests privacy and being available when needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with just the right amount of care.

SSafari Pro Noah정말 멋진 호텔이에요! 공항에서 픽업을 할 때부터 Judy는 정말 친절하고 전문적이었어요. 그녀는 최대한 예의 바르게 우리를 대했고 저희 팀 전체가 그녀에게 큰 감사를 표했어요. 그녀는 항상 적절한 시기에 교통편을 마련해 주었고, 운전기사와 함께 늦은 시간에도 걱정 없이 픽업과 드롭오프를 할 수 있었어요. 그래서 앞으로도 출장을 많이 가게 되면 반드시 Argyle에 머물 거예요.
프런트 데스크는 항상 친절했고 저희의 필요를 충족시켜 주었습니다. 특히 Mariam과 Kate는 친절하고 빠르게 일해 주었습니다. 그들은 저희 팀에 필요한 모든 정보를 제공해 주었고 저희가 머무는 동안 3번이나 예약을 하게 했어요. 그보다 더 좋은 곳은 없을 거예요.
물론 음식도 훌륭했고 서비스도 정말 대단했어요! Jacinta와 그녀의 동료들은 정말 친절했고 저희 팀은 음식과 뷔페 전체의 전반적인 프레젠테이션을 즐겼어요. 다양성이 풍부했고 누가 배불리 먹고 싶어하지 않겠어요? Argyle이 바로 그곳이에요.

Reason why you should not stay unless they could change:
1.picking up us from NBO termination to the hotel like 20mins for 5k and even no water provided when picked us， while i happened stayed in a much more expensive hotel in Mobasa only charged 3.5k with iced water and 1 hour trip.
2.the room has some smell from its new facility，very distinguish as i step in， the towel on top shelf of the shower room always has the same smell，very uncomfortable
3.what im most mad at， was someone took away our one set of brush， slipper，and the welcome chocolates. just because we dont need them for one night，i found it on the second day leaved a note with tip，someone only took the tip away but dont give me what i asked for.
4. One of The elevator has been broken since the second day and sometimes two of them, luckily I am only given room on the 3rd floor
Good thing is: the coffee is kinda okay and the table in the room is kinda remarkable

리리뷰어I stayed at this camp expecting an adventurous experience, but it did not quite meet my expectations. The price was very high for what you get—essentially just a tent with a toilet quite far away (try walking at 3 am under umbrella to the toilet with +14C). While the adventure aspect is there, it felt like overpaying, especially considering the costs for similar accommodations in this country.
On the positive side, the bed was really comfortable, and the tent was cozy, which made for a good night’s sleep. The territory of the camp was nice, and breakfast was excellent, adding some value to the stay.
Overall, I have mixed feelings. I liked some parts of the experience, mainly the cozy sleep and the breakfast, but I would not come back or pay this amount of money again. For the price, it is not worth it in this destination.

리리뷰어Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious.
The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty.
We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from.
Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.

JJason2023중심가에 가까워 걸어서 몇 분 거리에 여러 바가 있어서 위치가 좋습니다. 우버를 이용하면 편리하고 저렴하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절했고, 레스토랑/바는 24시간 영업하는 것 같습니다. 객실도 좋았습니다. 나이로비는 물가가 좀 비싼 편이지만, 이 호텔은 괜찮았습니다. 사파리 후에 다시 예약하려고 했는데 가격이 더 비싸져서 대신 스위스 벨린 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 스위스 벨린은 더 저렴하면서도 시설은 비슷했습니다 (거리가 조금 더 멀긴 하지만, 우버와 볼트를 이용하면 편리하고 저렴하게 이동할 수 있습니다).
케냐에 오는 외국인을 위한 팁:
1. 케냐 밖에서 환전하세요. 특히 공항 환율이 정말 안 좋습니다. 실제 환율보다 최대 35%까지 낮게 주는 것을 봤습니다.
2. 현금은 조금만 있으면 충분합니다. 대부분의 장소에서 카드를 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. 텔콤 유심 카드는 절대 사지 마세요. 나이로비에서도 전혀 쓸모가 없지만, 사파리에서는 완전히 무용지물입니다.
4. 우버와 볼트는 여기서 아주 유용합니다.
5. 사파리 여행에 국립공원 입장료(미국 달러로 지불)가 포함되어 있지 않다면, 도착 전에 미리 지불하세요. 여기 은행과 ATM은 미국 달러 인출이 매우 불안정합니다.
6. 호텔 세탁소의 비싼 가격에 돈을 낭비하지 마세요. 스마트푸아 세탁소처럼 저렴한 가격으로 세탁물을 수거하고 배달해주는 현지 업체를 이용하세요.
7. 사파리 차량 뒷좌석은 피하세요. 매우 심하게 흔들립니다.
