훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 직원의 대응은 훌륭했고, 입구의 보안도 확고하고 안심의 체재였습니다. 방도 넓고, 청결감도 있어 베란다가 붙어 있어 기분 좋았습니다. 훌륭한 부엌도 붙어 있고, 나는 1박이었기 때문에 사용하지 않았습니다만 장기 체재에도 좋을 것 같습니다. 호텔의 눈앞이 쇼핑몰에서 식재료 등 구입할 수 있으므로 편리하고 입지도 좋다고 생각합니다. 만족의 체재였습니다. 입구 보안의 여성 모습 좋았습니다!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. The Foundation of Comfort: Top-Notch Cleanliness I want to start with something that truly stood out: the cleanliness. The hygiene and tidiness across the entire property were absolutely top-notch. Our room was immaculate spotless, fresh, and welcoming making it instantly feel like a safe and relaxing sanctuary. This level of attention to detail and care is the foundation of a great stay, and the housekeeping team deserves massive credit. The Taste of Excellence: let’s talk about the food. It wasn't just good; it was genuinely amazing. Every single meal was a memorable experience. The culinary team clearly operates with passion and expertise. From the beautifully prepared breakfast spread to the delicious evening dining, the quality, flavor, and creativity of the dishes were outstanding. Lovely hotel. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, amazing staff especially Ms Purity at the checkin who accommodated my questions and was very polite, always with a smile. The hotel has a prayer room near the lobby. Clean and spacious but no separation between men and women. The complimentary airport shuttle service was very useful. Will definitely stay here again.

算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

Located near two major shopping malls, a quiet yet vibrant atmosphere. The hotel building and the rooms are new, fully equipped with all necessary amenitities. The rooftop restaurant ASIATIC offers delicious Asian cuisine, hotel guests can enjoy a 20% discount. Stirct security measures are in place for entering and exiting.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

서비스는 따뜻하고 세심하며 꼼꼼했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고, 안뜰은 아름다웠습니다. 특히 7월 5일 새벽 5시에 체크아웃할 때 감동을 받았습니다. 원래 아침 식사를 거를 예정이었는데, 프런트 데스크 직원분이 이를 알고도 식당에 연락해서 아침 식사를 준비해 포장해 주셨습니다. 진심으로 감사드립니다.

일부 야생 동물만 키우면 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 아침과 저녁 식사를 설정하고 쇼를보기 위해 하룻밤 바베큐를하고 하룻밤 동안 유럽식 저녁 식사를 제공합니다. 둘 다 꽤 좋습니다. 정오에는 쇼핑몰 옆에서 해결됩니다. 손님이 많지 않아 휴가에 적합합니다.

民宿乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，價格也很實惠，做的飯特別好吃好像回國了一樣👍🥹
