My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. 算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

Lovely hotel. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, amazing staff especially Ms Purity at the checkin who accommodated my questions and was very polite, always with a smile. The hotel has a prayer room near the lobby. Clean and spacious but no separation between men and women. The complimentary airport shuttle service was very useful. Will definitely stay here again.

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

1인 여행으로 이용했습니다. 케냐의 조모 케냐타 국제공항에 도착이 19시 반 지났고, 이미 호텔 체크인 시간은 지나고 있었습니다만, 넣어 받을 수 있었습니다. 다음날 아침 7시에는 사파리 투어의 픽업이 올 예정이었기 때문에, 정말로 짧은 체재였습니다만, 아무것도 모르는 나에게 스탭씨들은 상냥하게 가르쳐 주셔, 치안의 면으로부터 매우 걱정이었던 것 하지만 근처의 ATM도 드라이버 씨에게 데려가 주셨습니다. 아침 식사는 뷔페 스타일로 오믈렛을 요리사가 만들어줍니다. 무엇이든 맛있었습니다. 방은 심플했지만, 시설은 매우 깨끗하고, 조금 더 천천히 하고 싶었습니다! 또 기회가 있으면 꼭 이용하고 싶습니다. 정말 고마워요.

I truly enjoyed my short stay here. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the gate to the hotel staff made me feel at home. The food was exceptional—especially the lamb chops, some of the best I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety and was even more delightful by the poolside, with a cool breeze and soft background music. Security is modern and reassuring, and my room had a lovely view of Westlands. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious. The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty. We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from. Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.

일부 야생 동물만 키우면 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 아침과 저녁 식사를 설정하고 쇼를보기 위해 하룻밤 바베큐를하고 하룻밤 동안 유럽식 저녁 식사를 제공합니다. 둘 다 꽤 좋습니다. 정오에는 쇼핑몰 옆에서 해결됩니다. 손님이 많지 않아 휴가에 적합합니다.

서비스는 따뜻하고 세심하며 꼼꼼했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고, 안뜰은 아름다웠습니다. 특히 7월 5일 새벽 5시에 체크아웃할 때 감동을 받았습니다. 원래 아침 식사를 거를 예정이었는데, 프런트 데스크 직원분이 이를 알고도 식당에 연락해서 아침 식사를 준비해 포장해 주셨습니다. 진심으로 감사드립니다.
