리리뷰어We stayed for 1 night where we booked executive room.The room though a little small is very clean and well maintained.The staff are polite and helpful.But the highlight was the excellent dinner.The taste of the soup,chicken satay,mixed fried rice and custard caramel still lingers..it was one of the best dinners that we have had.The breakfast was simple but tasty.I would definitely recommend this place ,can book deluxe room instead of executive if more space requires

리리뷰어Starting from the location, the ark guesthouse is located in a neighborhood where restaurants, shops, public transport, etc is quite accessible. Its a safe choice as well as not too chaotic. The interiors are very pretty, and the guesthouse is quite aesthetic. Rooms are as clean as they could be. Aptly lit, and very airy. The staff is super helpful, courteous and accommodating. Excellent place for the cost they're charging.

리리뷰어Best in shillong. But the lady manager is very cunning. Never hire hotel cab from them. They will charge you double. Other than than everything is fine. Internet here is having an issue as it connects and again gets disconnected.

리리뷰어As per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.
