VV1ndal00-K1ngSuper fantastic 5 star hotel right next to the gateway of India. The service is impeccable and the staff are very attentive and helpful. We booked a half board room which meant we got breakfast and dinner and complimentary drinks in the bar for 90 minutes. Considering the prices of a dish/beverage going half board was definitely a better option. Great clean poolside with clean beds. All the staff are incredible, always checking on you making sure your stay is perfect. They have shops and everything you need all within the hotel. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcoming and everywhere in the hotel smells amazing. We were so happy that we extended our stay another night and they let us keep the same room. 100% will be returning.
RrvyadavVery close to Domestic Airport. Not the Taj vibes. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast spread is average. Quality of food average. Service during breakfast was below average as most of them were trainees and experience black coats were just moving around and not interacting with customers. Definitely not Taj vibes as have stayed at Taj Mahal, Taj Land ends, Taj Kochi and many more. Good for transit passengers only without much expectation.

전망이 인상적입니다.
레스토랑 음식은 괜찮았지만 칵테일 아워 음식은 수준 이하였습니다.
프런트 오피스와 청구 문제가 많았는데, 추가 금액을 청구했는데 제가 지적하자 취소해 주었습니다. 하지만 5성급 호텔에서 이런 사고가 발생할 리가 없습니다.
전반적으로 시내에는 같은 가격(혹은 더 낮은 가격)으로 훨씬 더 나은 서비스를 제공하는 여러 타지 체인 호텔이 있다고 생각합니다.

제 숙박을 정말 특별하게 만들어 준 세 명의 직원을 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 프런트 오피스 매니저인 Abhishek 씨, 하우스키핑 부서의 Rushikesh 씨, 그리고 이그제큐티브 라운지의 Vinmesh 씨입니다.
하우스키핑 부서의 Rushikesh 씨는 세부 사항에 대한 주의와 제 방이 항상 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 잘 유지되도록 하는 데 헌신한 점에서 특별한 인정을 받을 만합니다. 그는 제가 한 특별 요청을 충족시키기 위해 끊임없이 최선을 다했고, 그의 따뜻하고 친절한 태도 덕분에 저는 손님으로서 진정으로 소중하게 여겨지는 느낌을 받았습니다.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

리리뷰어Its just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.
