WWiliana H위치가 음식점 밀집 지역 한가운데에 있어 편리할 뿐만 아니라, 꽤 넓은 수영장부터 장비가 잘 갖춰진 헬스장까지 시설이 완벽하게 갖춰져 있어 아주 편안한 호텔입니다. 게다가 호텔 청결 상태도 잘 유지되고 있어 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 여기서 스테이케이션 하실 분들께 적극 추천합니다! 👍

익익명 사용자Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!

Nnanang kus다음과 같은 이유로 매우 만족합니다. 1. 식물원 근처에 위치하며 길만 건너면 됩니다. 다른 호텔은 주말에 매우 혼잡한 쇼핑몰에 주차해야 합니다. 2. 무슬림의 경우 IPB 모스크 앞에서 회중기도를 할 수 있습니다. 3. 아침 식사 메뉴는 괜찮습니다. 많지는 않지만 맛있고, 재고가 많고, 직원들이 접시를 빨리 치워줍니다. 4. 호텔은 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 5. 친절한 직원. 전체적으로 이 가격에 그만한 가치가 있습니다. 잘 유지되길 바랍니다. 가족을 위한 단점: 퀸 사이즈 매트리스가 좁고 추가 침대 대여가 불가능합니다. 제안은 나이가 많은 아이들이 더 많은 자유를 누릴 수 있도록 엑스트라 베드 옵션을 갖는 것입니다. 아이가 많은 분들은 공기 주입식 매트리스를 준비하셔서 자유롭게 지내실 수 있도록 해주세요.

the room is located on 6 floors and the elevator only reaches the 5 floors then I have to continue by the staircase to the sixth floor.
The room is so smelly with smoke, We asked to change the room to a nonsmoking room but they can't give.
the bathroom tile is so slippery we must be extra careful when bathing.
when breakfast time we didn't know our room had already been checked as having taken the breakfast we just got down to have breakfast, luckily the manager saw this intention and allowed me to have breakfast.
the room has a no-view window even though it's on the sixth floor, how come?

MMonasevineThe staff very helpful and friendly i asked to upgrade my room into suite, and they provide it with the extra cost thats affordable, what need to improve is the taste and quality of their breakfast, the rice is not moist and quite hard and dried and the variety is not too much, and also you need to fixed the gym equipment you only provide 3 tools and one of them is broken

- Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets.
- Daily water bottles.
- Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret).
- Quiet.
- Comfortable mattress.
Could be better:
- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.

NNoor AufaPlus: very comfortable place, there is hot water, clean room, clean pool, for cat lovers, there are many cats here, the surrounding area is not noisy, there is a rooftop, fast wifi.
Minus: small private room, located in the middle of a housing complex so it is difficult to find restaurant nearby, food prices at the hotel are quite expensive, the pool is limited to 17.00 so you are not allowed to swim at night, no late check out is allowed without charge, I originally wanted to check out at 1 pm but it didn't happen because if you check out late you will be charged the price of 1 more room for Idr 200k
