88285SueHVery friendly staff at check in. Room very clean, decor in good order and nicely presented. Bathroom very clean and in good order. Had an evening meal in the pub which we were very happy with - food tasty, nicely cooked and good value for money.
The only negative for us was that the room was very cold when we arrived,just 16.5 degrees. We turned the thermostat up to 20 degrees but this temperature was not reached for several hours.

LLisaLou정말 놀라운 발견입니다. 설정은 너무 아름다웠고 방은 훌륭했고 우리가 상상할 수 있었던 것보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 독립형 욕조는 우리가 가장 좋아하는 것이었고 침대는 매우 편안했고 의자 공간은 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들은 내 아들의 장애를 매우 이해하고 매우 인내심 있고 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 갓 요리되고 맛있었습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 가장 멋진 장소 중 하나이며 돌아올 때까지 기다릴 수 없습니다. 며칠 동안 쉽게 거기에 머물 수있었습니다.

DDavid WachendorferThis property is in the heart of downtown Swindon. A Salvation Army shares the building so there were always people hangin out in front. Never felt unsafe, just a bit seedy. Great location in the heart of downtown. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and did the job. Can't really complain for the price.

MMichela PaganelliWonderful location and friendly staff; however, the way the property is maintained leaves a lot to be desired.
First of all, cleanliness is quite poor. In one room we found mold inside the window frames; in another, a broken window pane; and there were numerous cobwebs throughout the house.
The bathtubs are potentially dangerous due to the height difference between the floors, and the bathroom fixtures also show clear signs of age.
The hairdryer is frankly ridiculous—it looks at least 30 years old.
The food is underwhelming and nothing special; I would not recommend dining on site. We had high expectations, but they were all disappointed, and even the breakfast was not enjoyable.
Our only thanks go to the staff, who were always attentive and helpful.

리리뷰어This hotel has got high standards on cleanliness and service consistently. On a bitterly cold weekend the room was warm throughout. In fact very comfortable bed and no need for extra blanket. 2 small issues. The pillows were a bit lumpy but fine and the restarant did not serve evening meals to our liking but overall outstanding !!! Cannot wait to return.

TThe citizen of the WRLDClean, comfortable hotel. Comfortable bed, the shower is working properly. We enjoyed the stay itself.
The only thing is that we booked the hotel for the big amount of people and the prices were growing accordingly. So the stay for the first and the last person who booked the hotel was twice smaller / bigger.
Consider that and you’ll be fine.

DDr M AkmalThere was a double booking on our booked apartment but the customer service offered us another similar property which was cozy and clean. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was big and clean. We had a good night sleep in a stormy weather outside. Location was central. There was £100 online payment of deposit before sharing the self-check details, which has not been returned yet. I hope, it will be resolved soon.
