CClar65체스터는 도시와 가깝고 많은 5성급 호텔이 가지고 있는 체육관, 수영장, 스파가 있다면 더 높은 평가를 받을 수 있을 것으로 의심되는 고급 호텔입니다. 그러나 그들은 필요하지 않습니다. 방은 필요한 모든 시설을 갖춘 좋은 크기였습니다. 레스토랑의 공용 공간은 높은 수준이며 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 우리 방에는 몇 가지 사소한 문제가 있었습니다. 샤워 문이 약간 새었지만 문제가 발생하지 않았습니다. 문의 죽음은 참여하지 않았지만 우리는 문과 공공 장소 사이에 잠긴 문이 있었기 때문에 걱정하지 않았습니다. 특히 가격이 합리적이고 표준과 품질이 우리 경험에서 매우 좋았기 때문에 우리는 행복하게 다시 사용할 것입니다.

리리뷰어We recently went on a family trip and stayed for two nights, making two separate bookings. On the last night, the receptionist informed us that our room was not included for children. However, the website clearly stated that children under 12 stay for free. I didn't want to argue in front of the kids, but despite the receptionist's smile, we didn’t feel welcomed at all. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

MMosebI have had a very good experience at the hotel. It is only 5 minutes walk from the airport terminal. And check in process was swift. The staff is very welcoming. When it comes to rooms and beds, holiday inn is always on the top. I can rate 9 out of 10.

리리뷰어Unfortunately our room smelt of damp/wet dog so went to reception to inform them and asked for an air freshener, the gentleman at reception went and spoke with someone else and then took me to see 2 other rooms, these rooms both had the same smell so we stuck with the room we were currently in as we had our 4 year old with us. The gentleman from reception came back with some air freshener spray which I was allowed to use and then he took it away again.
We have stayed here a few times before and never noticed the smell. The carpet was filthy/old as well which was probably where the smell was coming from.
The breakfast was okay, 1 pancake machine which took ages to make pancakes which our 4 year old wanted but because it was popular there was always a queue, could be doing with another couple of them?
I don't think we will stay here again, which is unfortunate as it's where we usually stay as it's easy to get to and not right in the middle of the city and has ample parking.

리리뷰어Went for breakfast, the fire alarm was going off in the restaurant, staff did not know how to switch the alarm off, everyone stayed in the room, staff continued to work. After 10/15 minutes I went to Premier Inn reception to complain as the noise was deafening. The manager had to go the the restaurant to ask the breakfast guests to leave and organise how to switch the alarm off. She apologies and refunded our breakfast cost, good for her. But where is the staff weekly training. There could have been a real fire and they were clueless.

Stayed here for one night with my wife and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. A comfortable place to stay, perfect for visiting the castle nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!

리리뷰어광고된 주소가 잘못되었습니다. Union Street의 주소로 걸어 가서 Google에서 실제 위치를 검색해야했습니다. 숙소는 실제로 Union Street 반대편 끝에 있는 Rose Street의 골목에 있었습니다. 숙소에 전화를 걸었을 때 애버딘이 아닌 런던 번호였습니다. 나는 표시가 없는 골목 아래에서 숙소를 찾아야 했고 문에 휴대폰 번호가 있었다. 다행히 하녀는 유쾌하고 도움이 되었습니다.
