리리뷰어Location is perfect. Whole hotel spotlessly clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast options delicious. Shower not very powerful, and could have done with a dressing table and mirror in the bedroom. I would recommend staying at the H10 to anyone wanting to visit and explore Tarragona.

Nnananono일반적으로 3 성급 경험이었습니다.
장점 : 좋은 청소 서비스, 뷔페 음식은 대부분의 시간에 괜찮 았고 호텔은 바다와 매우 가깝습니다.
가장 큰 단점은 ”올 인클루시브”이며 터키의 올 인클루시브와 비교할 수 없습니다. 우선 올 인클루시브 비용을 지불한 방문객들은 미니바에서 물도 받지 않습니다. 워터 쿨러에서 바에서 물을 얻을 수 있지만 자신의 병이 있어야 합니다. 또한 ”올 인클루시브”에는 바와 메인 바 근처와 바다 앞의 레스토랑이 많이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. ”올 인클루시브” 아이스크림은 농담입니다. 일반 아이스크림 대신 기본 아이스크림 2~3개만 소형으로 구매할 수 있습니다. 다른 모든 아이스크림은 지불해야 합니다. 또한 ”스낵 바”는 호텔 외부에 위치하고 있으며 음식 자체는 나쁘지 않았지만 매우 기본적이며 지역은 매우 작고 어린이 수영장 근처에 있습니다. 비치 타월의 경우 현금으로 10유로를 보증금으로 지불해야 하며, 해변에서 우산이 있는 일광욕용 라운저를 원하신다면 하루 사용에 25유로를 지불해야 합니다. 해변의 호텔 바도 ”올 인클루시브”가 아닙니다.
따라서 모든 호텔 위치 중에서 2개의 바와 1개의 ”스낵 바” + 뷔페에서 올 인클루시브 혜택만 사용할 수 있습니다.
전반적으로 호텔은 나쁘지 않지만 좋지 않습니다.
옵션 침대 + 아침 식사로 거기에 가서 나머지 식사와 음료를 지불하는 것이 좋습니다. 더 저렴할 것이고 당신은 외부인이나 거지처럼 느껴지지 않을 것입니다. 호텔을 돌아다니며 어디에서 먹을 수 있는지 묻습니다. 그것이 우리가 정확히 느꼈기 때문입니다.
추신 성인 전용 바의 러시아 여성은 놀라운 서비스를 제공하고 매우 도움이되고 친절했습니다 :)

EEtienne Gagnon-DesmaraisThe hotel was easy to find and was extremely comfortable. The beds were soft and the room was spacious. The hotel looked like a resort very close to the sea. It looked very luxurious and it was very clean. We had a great stay! Strongly recommended. The customer service offered help in English easily.

리리뷰어On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente.
La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

ЛЛеонидFree wifi and parking! Near park + 2 visitor pass for stay. For breakfast you need to reserve timeslot and be sure in you do it late your breakfast timeslot will be 8:00 - 8:40. These only one sad thing for our stay.
PS no bottled water in rooms.
