Absolutely wonderful experience! The place is run by a very friendly elderly couple who truly treat guests like family. They went out of their way to help with every request, no matter how small, and were always patient and warm. What really stood out was that they personally ferried us around whenever we needed to go out, which made getting around incredibly convenient and stress-free. Their kindness, local knowledge, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended if you want a comfortable, heartfelt, and trustworthy experience. Rooms were also much more spacious than others and clean, amenities were generously provided as well. 这次体验真的非常棒！店/民宿是由一对非常亲切的老夫妻经营的，把客人当成家人一样照顾。无论我们有什么需求，他们都会耐心帮忙，从不嫌麻烦。最贴心的是，他们还会亲自接送我们出行，省心又方便，让整个行程轻松不少。两位长辈非常热心、实在，也很熟悉当地情况，让人住得特别安心和温暖。强烈推荐，是真正有人情味的好地方。

Great location, just make sure you enter the gate by Luckin coffee shop then its only 20 metres. There isn't a lift and its 4 floors, so maybe ask for a lower room if you have heaps of luggage. The owners are very helpful and hospitable and enjoy to share a cup of tea. The room I stayed in was well presented with a glass ceiling section and a view over the hills and township. There was nowhere to easily open up my suitcase was the only real downfall.The township is a must visit if you are close, with lots of alleys and walkways to explore. I stayed two nights and both nights street stalls opened up at around seven with lots of different foods to try. Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

영어: Secret Manor는 구시가지 입구와 매우 가까워서 짐 운반에 도움이 됩니다. 주차장은 구시가지 밖에 있습니다. 우리는 장소 전체가 장식된 방식이 마음에 들었습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 짐 운반도 도와줍니다. 다만 아침에 외출했을 때 사람을 한 명도 만나지 못했고 출구로 가는 길을 찾을 때는 어두웠고, 기본적으로 보이지 않는 계단이 하나 있어서 제 생각에는 실제로 문제가 되었습니다. 바로 옆에 아침 식사 장소가 있어서 좋았지만 음식은 보통이었습니다. 우리는 그곳에서의 숙박을 즐겼습니다. 우리가 전혀 좋아하지 않은 것은 아름다운 고양이가 하루 종일 우리에 갇혀 있었다는 것입니다. 우리는 우리의 작은 개를 데려갈 수 있다는 사실 때문에 그곳을 선택했습니다.

이 호텔의 위치는 완벽합니다. 정문에서 아치를 통해 몇 걸음만 가면 강, 다리, 아름다운 건축물, 시장 상인, 공장 바퀴, 멋진 야간 조명, 카페 등. 호텔은 아름다운 안뜰이 있는 아름다운 오래된 집에 있습니다. 계단이 많지만 호텔 주인이 친절하게 내 케이스를 들고 택시에서 나를 만났습니다. 주인이 조직하는 데 도움을 준 구시 가지에 입장하려면 티켓이 필요합니다. 나는 택시로 도착하지 않고 호텔로 간다. 방에서 보는 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 모기가 있었기 때문에 플러그를 구충제로 꽂아두어야 합니다. 방에 차 서비스가 있었지만 차는 없었습니다.

Huangyao Ancient Town 바로 외곽에 있는 이 작은 호텔은 우리 방문에 훌륭한 선택이었습니다. 고대 도시 입구에서 도보로 불과 몇 분 거리에 있어 관광 지역의 한가운데에 있지 않고 매우 편리했습니다. 주변은 조용하고 평화로웠고, 우리는 하루를 탐험하면서 정말 감사했습니다. 호텔은 단순하지만 신중하게 설계되었으며 깨끗하고 편안한 객실, 좋은 에어컨 및 안정적인 Wi-Fi가 제공됩니다. 장식은 현대적인 편안함과 현지 스타일이 혼합되어 있으며 우리 방은 인근 언덕의 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 환영했습니다. 그들은 수하물을 도와주지는 않았지만 근처에서 먹을 곳과 군중을 피하기 위해 고대 도시를 방문하기에 가장 좋은 시간과 같은 유용한 현지 팁을 제공했습니다. 통신은 기본적이지만 성실했으며 필요한 것이 있으면 항상 사용할 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 기본적이지만 죽, 빵 및 과일로 신선했습니다. 우리가 저녁에 휴식을 취하는 멋진 안뜰 공간도 있습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 Huangyao 바로 외곽에 있는 조용하고 편안한 기지였습니다. 친절한 서비스와 소음 없이 고대 도시를 탐험하기에 좋은 위치에 있는 좋은 가치 옵션입니다.

強烈推薦這家酒店！整體住宿體驗超出預期。老闆十分熱情好客，會給我們介紹古鎮遊玩建議，待人實在親切。房間衞生做得很細緻，角落都打理得乾乾淨淨，床品舒適。自駕出行最看重停車，酒店停車很方便，就在酒店門口，下車即上樓，還有充電樁，省心不少。大院很有古建韻味，環境安靜愜意，出行逛古鎮也便利。來黃姚玩選這家不會踩坑，推薦給各位朋友！

The owner Mr Gu is the best. He was very hospitable and super helpful. He picked me up on his motorbike. If not for him, I would not have been able to find the hotel  which is in a small alley that is big enough for one motorcycle to pass through. I use Maps.me, Baidu map, Amap and Google Map and none of these would be able to help me.  He carried my luggage on his shoulder inside of roll it so the action of pulling it on these uneven slabs of stones wouldn’t ruin the wheels . On the day of departure he again carried my luggage to the side of the road to wait for my ride. Mr. Gu service was really one of the best on this trip. The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is inside the ancient town and yet because it is inside an alley, it was very quiet. Also it is only less than 5 minutes away from the main road where you can find all kinds of restaurants, pastry shops, pharmacies etc. You can also  eat inside the ancient town as well. The decoration is very appealing. It is pleasing to the eyes . The lighting is brighter enough to read and there are switches bedside where you can turn off the light. The shower is separated from the toilet so that area remained mostly dried ( there was a leak and I could see water coming from the shower stall into the toilet area and it was ok ) The only blemish and weakness , I would say is the room size. I stayed in 永安門. It is the one of the smallest room that I have ever stayed in in China. I understand there is little space inside the ancient town but notwithstanding, the original design could have made 3 rooms into 2 instead of 3 small rooms. The bed is big but there is little space to move around. There is a small desk. It would be quite cramped and even a bit claustrophobic for 2 normal size persons to be in the room. The bathroom has a small window that faces a wall 6 inches away.  The next room to the right opens up to some open space. By the bedside,there is another window but it opens to a hallway and there is window on the hallway. I have my curtain drawn for privacy although I didn’t hear anyone walked past my room being the next to the last room in the curve hallway.  I saw the hotel from the outside and it appears that many rooms face an open field but I was unlucky enough to be given a room that is maybe THE shittiest. If I was shown two different rooms I wouldn’t have picked that one.  I wouldn’t mind paying more to see the sun.  I examined the hotel pictures carefully and there was no way that I knew before I reserved that one window faces a hallway and the other faces a wall.    This hotel is perfectly fine but you have to request a room that has window not facing a hallway and a wall. Some people don’t mind but for me it was paramount.  I supposed if you want more space, you have to pay more or live outside of the ancient town. There are many but there is trade off , of course.  Mr. Gu has a Corgi , a very cute dog with short legs but an enormous rotund body. He was very friendly and allowed me to pat him. 

Had a really fantastic time at the hotel and the beautiful ancient town. We booked literally an hour before arriving (late at night) and communication was swift. Hotel owner (wife, husband) and her mum (who helps out) are really friendly and warm. There’s cafe right at the hotel entrance, and we enjoyed great-tasting coffee in the morning. Very strategic location in the ancient town itself, so there’s ticket access fee if arriving in the day but it’s free entry in the evening. Peaceful street in the morning. Beautiful courtyard. There’s also a terrace with a great view of the karst. Owner also allowed us to use the washing machine. Unfortunately we arrived when it was cold (in Dec), so the swimming pool facility was not available. Very well priced too to top it off.Overall, one of the best homestays we’ve ever tried.

황야오에서 가장 잘생기고, 똑똑하고, 인맥도 넓고, 능력 있는 게스트하우스 주인분의 방에 묵을 수 있었던 것은 정말 큰 영광이었습니다. 주인분께서는 저희를 극진히 보살펴 주셨고, 어떤 요청이든 놀라울 정도로 신속하게 처리해 주셨습니다. 무료 주차는 물론이고, 할인된 티켓도 제공해 주셨으며, 심지어는 인맥을 활용해 가장 저렴한 배편을 구해 주시고 여행 사진 촬영 비용도 더 저렴하게 협상할 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 모두들 꼭 이곳에 묵어보시길 추천합니다! 🌹🌹 이 모든 것은 진심으로 드리는 말씀입니다.

처음 체크인 했을때 계신 아주머니 아주 친절하셨어요. 체크아웃 할때 서 있던 여자는 손님이 왔는데도 휴대폰 쳐다보고 있고 아주 기분 나빴습니다. 제가 짐 가지고 내려왔고 옆에 아저씨가 저를 도와서 짐 빼고 있는데도 쳐다도 안 보더군요. 키카드 던져두고 나왔습니다. 위치는 좋아요. 첫째날에 계신 아주머니가 古镇입장권 할인으로 사주셨어요.
