It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. 예약한 트리하우스는 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 하지만 트리하우스까지 가는 계단이 너무 많아서 설계가 부실해 보였습니다. 셔틀버스 정류장까지 가려면 큰 계단을 올라가야 했고, 그 후 구불구불한 작은 계단 두 개를 더 올라가야 했는데, 작은 계단 양쪽에는 모기가 꽤 많았습니다. 총 거리가 거의 200미터였고, 평탄하지도 않았습니다. 오르막과 내리막을 계속 반복해야 했습니다. 큰 계단 대신 경사로를 설치하면 셔틀버스가 바로 올라갈 수 있어서 훨씬 편리할 것 같습니다. 숙박비는 하룻밤에 거의 3,000엔이었는데, 서비스는 그저 그랬습니다. 애프터눈 티는 가격이 저렴했고, 케이크는 별로였습니다. (저녁과 아침은 레스토랑을 함께 이용해야 했습니다.) 저녁 식사 양은 적었고, 어떤 음식은 미리 만들어 놓은 것 같은 맛이 났습니다. 게다가 가격은 비쌌습니다. 어른 한 명과 아이 한 명이 배부르게 먹으려면 700엔이 넘게 나왔습니다. 전반적으로 가격이 너무 비쌌습니다. 그나마 좋았던 점은 주변 환경과 인테리어였습니다.

절친과 저는 겨울 방학 동안 네이키드 리트리츠의 흙집에서 지냈는데, 정말 멋진 경험이었어요! 숲으로 둘러싸여 공기가 너무 맑아서 마치 외딴 산속 낙원에 온 것 같은 기분이었어요. 저희를 맞이해 준 아이린은 정말 친절하고 인내심 있게 액티비티, 교통편, 식사 등에 대해 자세히 설명해 주었어요. 정말 세심하고 배려심 넘치는 분이었어요. 객실 시설은 소박하고 자연 친화적이었고, 세면도구조차 돌 모양으로 되어 있어서 더욱 자연 친화적인 느낌이었어요. 전체적인 분위기는 조용하고 평온해서 편안한 휴가를 보내기에 완벽했어요. 직원분들의 지도 아래 양궁도 배우고 새해 선물로 귀여운 갈색 말을 받았답니다! 반려동물과 함께 여행하는 것을 강력 추천해요. 여름에 가족들과 함께 다시 방문할 생각이에요!

이번 가족 여행에서는 아이와 함께 두 곳의 호텔에 묵었습니다. 한 곳은 '카이위안 지아러비'였는데, 가성비가 최고였고 지아러비 테마파크를 즐기기에 편리했습니다. 다른 한 곳은 '반얀트리'였는데, 경험이 좋았습니다. 호텔 야외 수영장이 마음에 들었지만, 여름에는 저녁 7시까지만 운영해서 아이들이 저녁 식사 시간과 맞추기 어려웠습니다. 운영 시간을 조금 더 연장해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 중식당은 특별히 좋지도 나쁘지도 않았고, 고객들이 주문하기 편리하도록 메뉴에 사진을 추가해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 아침 식사는 풍성했고, 산책하는 공작새도 만나서 소소한 행복을 느꼈습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 저녁 로비 라운지 가수의 라이브 공연이었습니다. 분위기가 정말 좋았고, 로비 라운지의 음료와 음식도 맛있었습니다. 로비 라운지 직원분도 친절했습니다. 버틀러 Luna님의 서비스 태도도 매우 좋았고, 여러 문제를 성심껏 해결해 주셨습니다. 객실 서비스는 조금 아쉬웠는데, 이전 고객이 바닥에 떨어뜨린 면봉을 치우지 않은 채였습니다. 여행 사진작가분이 찍어주신 사진도 아주 멋져서 만족스러웠습니다. 전반적으로는 아주 좋았습니다.

民宿位於莫干山景區附近，環境比較安靜，因為是4月來住，游泳池還沒有水，圖書館的體驗還不錯，建議老闆對房間裏的佈置可以再實用一些，細節上稍微再改善一下，比如榻榻米上的懶人靠墊佔據了靠窗三分之二的空間，但靠墊上很容易落灰，不實用還佔據了屋內最佳位置。窗簾的遙控開關無效，窗簾勉強拉上，第二天卻被斜射進來第一縷晨光叫醒。馬桶坐墊上有幾處膠布貼過的粘漬痕跡，感覺不夠清潔。但總的來説，老闆還是很熱情的，忙前忙後提供了幫助，早餐也不錯。其實早餐的小酒吧，還是很有氛圍的，晚上的吃食比較單一，如能經營起來，應該挺不錯的。最後，祝願老闆生意興隆，把民宿經營的越來越好。

5월 노동절 연휴에 후저우 기린 빌리지 호텔에 묵었는데, 정말 만족스러웠어요! 독채 통나무집이 대나무 숲 속에 숨어 있어서, 창문을 열면 온통 푸른 풍경이 펼쳐지고 공기 중에는 신선한 풀 내음이 가득했어요. 가장 인상 깊었던 건 기린 조식이었는데, 귀여운 긴 목을 가진 기린이 레스토랑 안으로 들어와 가까이에서 교감할 수 있어 정말 힐링되는 시간이었어요. 여행 사진 촬영 서비스도 매우 세심했는데, 사진작가님이 전문적이고 친절하셔서 기린과 함께하는 따뜻한 순간을 정확하게 포착해주셨고, 대나무 숲과 귀여운 동물들까지 모두 사진에 담아주셔서 모든 사진이 동화 속 한 장면 같았어요. 공원 내에는 너구리, 카피바라 같은 귀여운 동물들과 교감할 수 있는 활동이 풍부했고, 버틀러 서비스도 세심하고 꼼꼼했어요. 5월 노동절 가족 여행으로 이곳을 선택한 건 정말 탁월한 결정이었어요. 자연의 즐거움과 세심한 서비스 모두를 겸비해서 재방문 의사 100%입니다!

房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

아주 좋은 경험이었어요! 🎋주변 환경이 아주 조용하고 대나무 숲 옆에 있어서, 베드 앤 브렉퍼스트 외관이 특히 아름다웠어요. 귀여운 강아지 두 마리가 저희 강아지와 아주 행복하게 놀고 있었어요. 🍲 사장님께서 정말 친절하고 사려 깊으셔서 하루 전에 미리 연락해서 식사 준비를 해 주셨어요. 도착했을 때 동생이 미리 저희를 기다리고 있었는데, 열정적으로 뛰어다니며 짐 정리를 도와주었고, 체크아웃 시간까지 재빨리 방으로 와서 짐을 챙겨주셨어요. 💜 침구도 훨씬 편안했어요. 단 하나 아쉬운 점은 침실 문이 열리지 않았고, TV를 켤 수 없는 방이 하나 있었다는 거예요 (하지만 전망이 너무 좋아서 TV 보는 게 더 이상 신경 쓰이지 않았어요). 모간산을 방문하는 반려동물 동반 가족에게 완벽한 곳이에요. 날씨가 곧 시원해지면 다시 방문할 거예요.
