주차 가능 토론토 호텔 예약

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

This is a really cute hotel in a more residential neighborhood. The building itself is very well designed and decorated. It holds historic value and can be rented for parties and weddings. There is no restaurant on site except for the bar and room service. If you walk about 20 minutes you will be able to find food. We had the room service breakfast which was honestly mediocre and not worth the price, but at the same time it was nice to eat breakfast in bed. They upgraded our room which was also a pleasant surprise and were able to give us a late check out and hod our bags until 5 pm.

엘리베이터 수용 인원이 투숙객의 요구를 충족시키기에 충분하지 않습니다. 프런트 데스크에 계신 중국인 여성분은 서비스 정신이 매우 뛰어나셨고, 급하게 엘리베이터를 사용해야 하는 문제를 해결하도록 도와주셨습니다. 오래된 5성급 호텔이고, 와이파이는 유료이고, 시설도 좀 오래됐습니다. 저는 저녁 9시에 도착했는데 주차장이 꽉 차 있었습니다. 저는 근처의 유료 주차장에 주차했는데, 12시간 주차 요금은 30달러였습니다. 프런트 데스크에서는 환불 가능 여부에 대한 정보를 제공하지 않았습니다. 이것은 매우 불합리한 일입니다. 생존은 쉽지 않습니다! 5점!

좋은 시설이며 새로 건설했다는 점이 느껴질 정도 입니다. 위치는 공항서 30분거리지만 시설이 주는 만족도를 고려한다면 충분히 좋은 선택입니다. 토론토 지역 온다면 첫날은 도심이 아닌 엔터테인먼트 호텔서 휴식하시길 ^^ 좋은 선택이였습니다.

호텔은 관광 명소와 가깝습니다. 또한 마약 마트에서 무언가가 필요한 경우 좋은 음식과 필수 상점과도 가깝습니다. 승차 공유 앱을 위한 픽업/드롭 오프는 원활합니다. 전반적으로 침대와 베개가 좋고 푹신하기 때문에 우리의 체류와 수면은 훌륭했습니다!

객실은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 깨끗하고 위생적이었으며 편리했습니다. 위치도 훌륭했습니다. 다만, 호텔 주변 다운타운 환경이 전반적으로 다소 어수선하다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 게다가, 호텔에서 누군가 흡연을 해서 연기 감지기가 작동해 화재 경보가 울렸습니다. 소방관들이 1분도 채 되지 않아 소방차 두 대를 이끌고 현장에 출동했습니다. 다행히 흡연으로 인한 것이었고 실제 화재는 발생하지 않았습니다. 저와 다섯 살 딸아이는 21층에서 계단을 이용해 부랴부랴 내려왔습니다. 다행히 그저 해프닝으로 마무리되어 천만다행이었습니다.

먼저 좋은 점부터 말씀드리겠습니다. 위치가 정말 환상적입니다. 토론토 시내 주요 명소에서 아주 가까워요. 레스토랑과 상점들이 사방에 널려 있습니다. CN 타워가 건물 바로 앞에 우뚝 솟아 있어서 더할 나위 없이 좋은 경치입니다. 아파트는 깨끗했고, 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 욕실도 예상보다 넓었어요. 다른 커플과 함께 묵으면 시내 중심가 숙소치고는 가격이 매우 합리적입니다. 다만, 두 번째 침실은 좁습니다. 캐리어나 개인 소지품을 놓을 공간이 거의 없어요. 이제 안 좋은 점을 말씀드리겠습니다. 도착과 체크인 과정이 정말 혼란스러웠습니다. 퇴근 시간에 폭우가 쏟아졌는데, 안내받은 주차 공간을 찾을 수가 없었어요. 남편은 계속 주차 공간을 찾아 헤매는 동안 저는 비에 흠뻑 젖은 채 안으로 뛰어 들어갔습니다. 온라인 체크인을 완료하고 ”온라인 체크인 완료” 이메일을 받았음에도 불구하고 보증금이 입금되지 않았습니다. 여러 차례 받은 이메일을 확인했지만, 입금 관련 내용은 전혀 찾을 수 없었습니다. 다른 모든 비용은 이미 선불로 지불했는데도 불구하고, 숙소 측에서는 제가 비를 닦거나 안경을 가지러 방에 들어가는 것조차 허락하지 않았습니다. 안경 없이는 링크를 볼 수 없어서 전화로 직접 신용카드 결제를 승인해야 했습니다. 기분이 썩 좋지는 않았어요. 건물 입구는 멋졌습니다. 크고 깨끗하고 탁 트인 느낌이었죠. 하지만 유닛으로 가는 복도는 정반대였습니다. 낡은 카펫, 긁힌 자국이 있는 벽, 벗겨진 페인트까지. 첫인상부터 별로였어요. 유닛 내부는 그나마 나았습니다. 새로 페인트칠한 듯 깨끗했어요. ”메트로폴리탄 로프트 - CN 타워”라는 설명에 CN 타워를 감상할 수 있을 거라고 생각하고 발코니가 있는 방을 예약했는데, 추가 요금을 지불한 건 제 잘못입니다. 광고에는 전망이 있다고 나와 있지 않았거든요. 발코니는 사무실 건물과 주차장만 보였습니다. 아래쪽 잔디밭에는 낡은 부츠, 부러진 빗자루, 찌그러진 맥주 캔, 그리고 수만 개는 될 것 같은 담배꽁초가 널려 있었어요. 옆집 사람은 발코니를 마치 전화 부스처럼 항상 큰 소리로 통화하고 있었습니다. 만약 Front St 쪽이 아니라면 발코니가 있는 방을 예약하기 위해 추가 요금을 지불할 필요가 없을 것 같습니다. 유닛은 두 명이 지내기에 충분한 공간이었지만 너무 더웠습니다. 온도 조절기가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 내내 24~25°C를 유지해서 잠을 자기에 불편했습니다. 침구도 문제였습니다. 밑시트는 그냥 얇은 시트를 깔아놓은 거였는데, 이틀 밤 모두 흘러내렸습니다. 이불 덮는 방식도 이상했습니다. 이불 위아래로 얇은 시트가 겹겹이 덮여 있어서 이리저리 미끄러졌습니다. 매트리스 패드 위나 이불 위에 그대로 엎드려 자는 일이 잦았습니다. 매트리스 커버와 제대로 된 이불 커버가 있으면 이런 문제는 해결될 것 같습니다. 최악은 엘리베이터였습니다. 너무 느렸습니다. 기다리는 데만 10~15분은 예상해야 합니다. 중간층 엘리베이터는 불안했습니다. 이유 없이 문이 열렸다 닫혔다를 반복했고, 사람이 없는 층마다 정차하기도 했습니다. 심지어는 운행 중에 갑자기 방향을 바꾸기도 했습니다. 한 번은 층과 맞지 않아서 직접 내려가야 했습니다. 그 후로는 계단을 이용했습니다. 전체적으로 위치는 5점 만점에 5점, 청결도는 4점입니다. 4인 가족이라면 투룸이 괜찮은 선택일 수 있지만, 공간이 좁다는 점은 감안해야 합니다. 원활한 체크인, 믿을 수 있는 엘리베이터, 온도 조절, 그리고 괜찮은 침구를 중요하게 생각하신다면 이곳은 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

우선, 무료 업그레이드에 감사드립니다. 침실과 거실 모두 전망이 훌륭했고, 친구들과 함께 편안하게 쉴 수 있을 만큼 공간도 넓었습니다. 특히 포커 테이블과 탁상 축구 게임이 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 시내 중심가에 있어 아주 좋았습니다. 다만, 샤워용품, 특히 샴푸와 바디워시가 개선될 필요가 있어 보였고, 치약도 지저분해 보였습니다(다행히 제 것을 가져갔습니다). 방음도 완벽하지 않아서 옆방 커플의 대화 소리가 들렸고, 콘서트에서 늦게 돌아온 후 화장실을 사용하거나 머리를 말리는 것이 조금 불편했습니다. 체크인 시간이 오후 4시로 상당히 엄격했지만, 오후 7시 30분까지 체크인을 연기할 수 있도록 해주었습니다. 처음에는 업그레이드 전 건물에서 10분 넘게 기다리면서 접수원이 저를 데리러 올지 확실하지 않아 혼란스러웠습니다. 하지만 일단 만나고 나서는 접수원이 매우 친절했고, 편의 시설과 체크아웃 절차에 대해 명확하게 설명해주었습니다. 전반적으로 엄격한 규칙과 사소한 문제들이 있었음에도 불구하고, 저는 방이 정말 마음에 들었고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

This is like a oasis in a desert of sand or the hookies. Checked in at 11pm still found it very peaceful and quite place. Felt welcome and had a good nights sleep.. all the area is surrounded by ******* people walking on the streets.
