리리뷰어Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

GGlaze이곳에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 모든 것이 편안하고 세심하게 고려되어 있었습니다. 위치는 매우 편리해서 TTC 유니언 역에서 약 20분 거리에 있습니다. 가장 가까운 역인 도버코트 로드의 퀸 스트리트 웨스트역도 도보로 가까운 거리에 있어 시내를 편리하게 돌아볼 수 있습니다. 도보 2분 거리에 쇼퍼스 드러그 마트가 있는데, 밤 10시까지 운영해서 생필품을 사기에 아주 편리했습니다. 주방은 깨끗하고 모든 기능이 완벽해서 요리하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 실제로 첨부된 사진은 숙박 중에 밥을 짓는 모습을 보여줍니다. 수건도 넉넉하게 제공해 주셔서 정말 세심했습니다. 세탁실도 별도로 있어서 깨끗하고 사용하기 편리해서 더욱 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 쓰레기통은 마당에 있어서 외출할 때마다 쓰레기를 버리기 쉬웠습니다. 동네는 매우 조용하고 평화로워서 시내 소음이 전혀 들리지 않습니다. 호스트는 문의 사항이 있을 때마다 매우 신속하게 응답하고 도움을 주었습니다. 전반적으로 매우 즐겁고 편안한 숙박이었고, 다른 사람들에게도 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.

리리뷰어엘리베이터 수용 인원이 투숙객의 요구를 충족시키기에 충분하지 않습니다. 프런트 데스크에 계신 중국인 여성분은 서비스 정신이 매우 뛰어나셨고, 급하게 엘리베이터를 사용해야 하는 문제를 해결하도록 도와주셨습니다. 오래된 5성급 호텔이고, 와이파이는 유료이고, 시설도 좀 오래됐습니다. 저는 저녁 9시에 도착했는데 주차장이 꽉 차 있었습니다. 저는 근처의 유료 주차장에 주차했는데, 12시간 주차 요금은 30달러였습니다. 프런트 데스크에서는 환불 가능 여부에 대한 정보를 제공하지 않았습니다. 이것은 매우 불합리한 일입니다. 생존은 쉽지 않습니다! 5점!

PPriscilla CroixThis is a really cute hotel in a more residential neighborhood. The building itself is very well designed and decorated. It holds historic value and can be rented for parties and weddings. There is no restaurant on site except for the bar and room service. If you walk about 20 minutes you will be able to find food. We had the room service breakfast which was honestly mediocre and not worth the price, but at the same time it was nice to eat breakfast in bed. They upgraded our room which was also a pleasant surprise and were able to give us a late check out and hod our bags until 5 pm.

FFanfan객실은 작고 오래되었고, 객실 내 시설은 오래되었고, 편의 시설은 대형 병의 로즈31뿐이었고, 침대는 메리어트 객실만큼 편안하지 않았습니다.
하지만 단점이 장점보다 크지 않고, 여전히 대형 브랜드처럼 보입니다. 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 아이와 함께 체크인할 때, 그들은 우리에게 방에 작은 사자와 아이를 위한 목욕가운을 적극적으로 주었습니다. 수영장은 작지만 고온 마사지 풀이 있습니다. 타월은 새롭고 충분합니다. 수영장의 탈의실에는 사우나, 수영복 건조기, 충분한 목욕가운이 있습니다.
헬스장에는 물과 사과가 있고, 중요한 것은 피트니스 장비가 일류라는 것입니다. 최근 호텔에서 본 것 중 가장 새롭고 가장 세련된 장비입니다.

리리뷰어객실은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 깨끗하고 위생적이었으며 편리했습니다. 위치도 훌륭했습니다. 다만, 호텔 주변 다운타운 환경이 전반적으로 다소 어수선하다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.
게다가, 호텔에서 누군가 흡연을 해서 연기 감지기가 작동해 화재 경보가 울렸습니다. 소방관들이 1분도 채 되지 않아 소방차 두 대를 이끌고 현장에 출동했습니다. 다행히 흡연으로 인한 것이었고 실제 화재는 발생하지 않았습니다. 저와 다섯 살 딸아이는 21층에서 계단을 이용해 부랴부랴 내려왔습니다. 다행히 그저 해프닝으로 마무리되어 천만다행이었습니다.

ZZuanmeimei호텔은 좀 오래되었지만, 근처에 레스토랑과 카페가 많아 위치가 좋습니다. 넓은 면적에 매우 깨끗합니다. 일본인들이 관리하는 모습을 많이 봤습니다. 아마도 직원이 부족하고 서비스가 사려 깊지 않은 것 같습니다. 필요한 것이 있으면 프런트에 직접 가서 찾아야 합니다. 가격 대비 만족도가 높고 전반적으로 만족합니다.

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

리리뷰어나는 아침 5시에 서둘러 토론토에 도착했다. 공항에서 시간을 허비한 끝에 마침내 오전 10시에 숙소에 도착했습니다. 밖은 추웠어요. 예약 가능한 객실이 있었습니다. 일찍 체크인하고 싶으면 캐나다 달러 50달러를 추가로 내야 했습니다. 1일 150캐나다 달러의 숙박비는 저렴하지 않았습니다. 방은 크기가 약 10m 정도였고 침대 두 개, 테이블과 의자가 있었습니다. 손님들은 계단을 오르내릴 때 신발을 잡아주시기 바랍니다. 유일하게 편리한 것은 아침 식사를 위해 차이나타운에 가는 것입니다.
