SstormkunisWhat an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

리리뷰어환상적인 전망을 갖춘 좋은 호텔. 나는 당신이 머무르는 데 필요한 모든 것을 완벽하게 갖춘 1 베드 아파트를 가지고있었습니다. 언덕과 넓은 객실에 위치하고 발코니가 있어 보기가 숨이 을 정도로 아름다웠습니다. 주요 명소에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 택시를 이용할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 좋았지 만 레스토랑이 없으므로 외부에서 음식을 주문하거나 외식을해야합니다. 근처에 먹고 마실 수있는 좋은 장소가 몇 군데 있습니다. ksmail에 갈 경우 시내에서 약 5유로에 버스를 탈 수 있습니다.

OOlgaA very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy.
If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica.
Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche.
Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo goduti il panorama.
Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine.
Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita!
Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

CClair-JWe spent 3 nights here in May, and honestly we will be back! Lovely hotel, and fabulous beach! Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed (including water in the fridge and tea/coffee). It was also cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast (free!) was fab, lots of choice and nice and fresh! The beach and sun bed were amazing, beautiful and right in front of the hotel!!! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good! Grilled shrimp and Mediterranean salad were a highlight for me :-) but what really makes this place is the staff - friendly, kind, helpful and really focussed on good service! Shout out to thw young chap who is also a painter and decorator (when he’s not a waiter) - so helpful and friendly the staff on reception (very helpful) and the wonderful staff in the beach bar who made it so we could watch the football :-) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 mins walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!

PPaulJacoobOur stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay.
However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly.
Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

리리뷰어훌륭한 호스트와 훌륭한 시설을 갖춘 훌륭한 서비스(특히 수영장과 깨끗한 방) 우리가 오전 3시인 늦게 도착했지만 호스트가 쉽게 체크인할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 게다가 늦게 일어나서 아침식사 시간이 끝났지만 호스트가 아침식사를 원하는지 물었습니다. 모두가 매우 친절하고 관대했습니다.
야외 수영장은 수영하기에 좋았습니다. 또한 버스 터미널에서 15 분 거리에있어 쉽게 여기에 왔습니다.

PPrayag BhalalaThe hotel location was excellent and convenient, and the cleanliness was good overall. However, the service experience was disappointing. There was no drinking water provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests. Breakfast was included, but there were very limited vegetarian options available, so it may not be the best choice for vegetarian travellers. The amenities were average, but the hospitality and service could definitely be improved.
