청결도나 위치, 서비스, 시설 전부 좋았으나 체크아웃한 지 거의 2주가 다 되어 가는데 아직 보증금이 환급되지 않았습니다. 호텔 이메일 주소도 표기되어 있지 않네요. 인터넷 전화는 가능해서 연락해보았으나 영어에 익숙하지 않다 보니 제대로 이해하지 못했습니다. 캐나다 다른 호텔들은 체크아웃 다음날에 보증금 결제가 취소되었는데 여기만 왜 이렇게 늦는 걸까요. 문제가 생긴 건지 아니면 단순히 취소되기까지 시간이 걸리는 건지 이유를 알 수가 없어 답답허기만 합니다. 도대체 언제쯤 환급받을 수 있을지 궁금합니다.

미니 스위트룸 예약했었는데 예상보다 공간이 넓고 편안했습니다. 다만 전체적인 룸 분위기와 바닥에 깔린 카페트가 어두워서 청결한지는 모르겠어요... 벌레도 봤어요..ㅠ 위치는 관광지에서 도보로는 조금 먼 느낌이에요. 조식 공간은 넓었는데 생각보다 많은 사람들이 이용하고, 다행히도 순환이 빨라서 금방 앉을 수 있었습니다. 심플하지만 맛있었고, 바쁜 사람들을 위해 간단한 키트도 마련해둔 점은 굉장히 센스있다고 생각했습니다 아 프론트 직원들도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 결론: 청결에 예민하면 비추, 무던하면 가격대비 나쁘지 않아 추천합니다.

주요 관광지와 가까워서 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 좋은 위치입니다. 조식은 종류가 많지는 않지만 아침 식사로는 충분한 것 같고요 물과 과일을 가지고 갈 수 있도록 개별 포장해 둔것도 마음에 듭니다.

호텔은 오래되었지만 욕실은 새 편의시설로 리모델링되어 아주 좋았습니다. 객실에는 휴대폰 충전용 USB 포트도 충분히 마련되어 있었습니다. 위치는 매우 중심가에 있어 관광 명소와 음식점까지 걸어서 갈 수 있었습니다. 주방에는 식사를 준비하는 데 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었고, 무료 셀프 세탁 시설도 있어서 정말 만족스러웠습니다.

그들은 우리를 매우 잘 대했습니다. 포함된 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 세탁도 포함되어 있었고 우리가 지불한 것보다 더 큰 방을 제공했습니다. 방은 놀라웠고 컴퓨터까지 있었습니다. 모든 것이 완벽했고 리셉션 담당자인 LUCIA는 스페인어로 우리를 매우 잘 대했습니다. 완벽했습니다.

시설은 약간 1990년대 추억같습니다. 위치도 좋고 근처에 음식점도 많습니다.

직원들은 친절하고 좋았습니다. 오타와 시내에 위치해 있어 목적지까지 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 객실 내 편의 시설은 우리의 요구를 충족시킵니다. 미래에 다시 올 것이다

호텔은 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 주방과 거실이 있으며 매우 가정적인 분위기를 가지고 있습니다. 운하와 오타와 강이 교차하는 공원인 팔러먼트 힐과 주변 문화 및 명소까지 도보로 이동하기 매우 편리합니다. 미술관 예약은 매우 비용 효율적입니다.

훌륭한 위치. 나에게는 매우 편리했습니다. 내 행사까지 도보로 단 5분 거리입니다. 아침 식사도 훌륭한 감동이었습니다.

Best hotel ever in ottawa. Everyone is so friendly. Good facilities and clean rooms.

The location has some certain distance to subway stations, but it only matters if you arrive to or depart from the hotel using transit, as you might need to walk for around 10 minutes in order to get to the hotel. However, most of the attractions (Parliament, ByWard market) are within walkable distance (less than 20 minutes) so it is not a problem for me. The room is extremely spacious with even a kitchen and a printer for this price point, and the room is clean. However, the shower blinds have some gaps which seeps water to the floor wet while showering… The staff is really nice and friendly, and the free breakfast that comes with the room is good enough (I like the sausage and the egg bites). The laundry is 24/7 and comes with complimentary laundry sheets and powder, which is a big plus. However, do note that there is a certain chance that you’ll be assigned to a first floor room, which is essentially the ground floor… One of the entrance (the one next to the parking lot) for ground floor rooms can look a little bit sketchy at night. Since my room is also next to Elgin street where people go to the pubs at night, it can get a little bit noisy, but the bed is far away from the window so it sort of cancelled the disadvantage. It would be better if the front desk asked if a ground floor room was OK before giving the room cards.

The hotel is very close to downtown, 15-20 minutes walk to Parliament Hill. We arrived the hotel by car, they have check in parking so we parked at the check in parking to check in. the reception name Peter or Pete is very nice and polite. He explained everything clearly and the check in is very smooth. The room is like a one bedroom apartment. It has a desktop computer in the room, for business travelers. Room is clean and breakfast is not bad. The breakfast is the best compared to the other two hotels we stay in later day.
