Modernly furnished with exceptionally comfy beds and comfy couch flexible for sleeping- ready for friends/family/business travel. Fully equipped kitchen with quaint breakfast bar. Minutes walk to C train or steps to bus heading to J/M/Z train. Short distance from a lovely park with running track, grocery stores, a shopping strip with retail stores and takeout restaurants. The space This cute and cozy space accommodates 4 guests minimum and sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. It's simply but stylishly decorated with uncluttered rooms which makes this home the perfect getaway for families, friends, and business travel. It can be enjoyed as a relaxing vacation as well as a home away from home. This space has been modernly furnished and has exceptionally comfortable beds/pillows and couch. It has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a smart TV, fireplace, and a workspace. You can top it off with great aromas that will have you feeling relaxed and refreshed. **Bedroom 1** The larger of the 2 bedrooms features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a TV equipped for streaming services, a large closet, a chest with plenty of draw space, a bedside lamp with USB port, a chair, a mirror on the back of the door and a portable full-length mirror in the closet and natural lighting. **Bedroom 2** The smaller of the 2 bedrooms features a comfortable full-sized bed, a TV equipped for streaming services, a large closet, a chest with plenty of draw space, a bedside lamp with USB port, a chair, a mirror on the back of the door and a portable full-length mirror in the closet and natural lighting. **Bathroom** The bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead/handheld shower and sink with counter space as well as an under-sink cabinet equipped with a hair dryer, cleaning supplies and sanitizing products. Also provided are complementary waters, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and salt and pepper. **Living Room** This bright room offers ample natural lighting with a large window that looks out to the greenery side yard.
