He has severe claustrophobia and is still unable to use elevators. When I went downstairs to address the issue, there was no apology from the staff; instead, they said they were unaware of the situation and mentioned that they had apologised to my brother over the phone. I am very angry about the unprofessional attitude of both the manager and the staff. I chose this hotel thinking that a large corporation would ensure safety, but now I am completely disillusioned with Hilton hotels. I have also suffered mental distress from this incident.
