뮌헨 반려동물 동반 호텔

호텔은 중앙역과 매우 가깝지만 근처에 레스토랑/상점이 많지 않습니다. 호텔은 매우 오래되었고 에어컨이 없지만 여전히 깨끗합니다. 방은 매우 작고 냉장고도 없습니다. 나중에 마실 맥주 한 병도 살 수 없습니다. 옥토버페스트 기간 동안 머물렀습니다. 마리엔 광장과 신/구 시청 등 다른 유명 명소까지 도보로 10분 거리에 있어 트램/지하철로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 옥토버페스트 기간에 객실 가격이 급등하지 않았다면 이 호텔보다 근처에 더 새롭고 큰 호텔을 선택하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 😋

훌륭한 고객 서비스, 매우 편안한 객실 훌륭한 위치. 나는 5 박 동안 거기에 머물렀다. 지하철은 도보로 5 분 거리에 있으며 주요 중앙역 (Hautbanhauf)은 도보로 2 분 거리에 있습니다. 그러나 도심은 도보로 20 분 거리에 있습니다. 문제없이 여기저기 걸을 수 있었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 옥토버페스트 위치도 걸어서 5분 거리에 있다는 점!!

8월 15일(목) 독일 연휴 시간을 알지 못하여 호텔의 원래 아침 식사 시간인 6시 30분을 7시로 변경하여 아침 식사를 이용할 수 없게 되었습니다. 공항). 호텔측에서는 이를 사전에 알리지 않았고, 안내판도 없었습니다(객실 카드에는 월요일부터 금요일까지 아침 식사가 6시 30분에 시작된다고 표시되어 있었습니다). 이건 매우 안타까운 일이고, 체크아웃 시 호텔 프론트 데스크의 응대도 매우 불친절했습니다.

좋은 숙박. 자동차로 좋은 접근과 도심과의 좋은 연결. U-bahn은 호텔 옆에 있습니다. 객실은 좋습니다. 이층 침대에는 더 높은 경비대가 있습니다. 아침 식사는 좋으며 선택할 수있는 것이 많이 있습니다. 주스 안경이 더 커질 수 있습니다 (현재 1 dcl). 주차는 약간 비싸다 (18 유로 / 일).

The apartment hotel is a 10 mins walk from the train station which is convenient. For 2 people, the space is adequate but we can tell the amenities were more inferior. Fridge was not switched on and kettle was not provided, which we had to ask from reception. The shower head was old and towels were thin, not the typical hotel fluffy towels. Bathroom basic items such as shampoo were not given. Pillows were extremely soft and small. Staff looked constantly occupied with other matters but still able to address our needs in a jiffy.

우리는 프라이드 주말에 갔는데, 위치, 주차, 객실은 여행에 완벽했지만 고객 서비스는 그렇지 않았습니다. 룸 서비스 메뉴는 있었지만 룸 서비스는 없었습니다. 제 배우자가 전화를 받는 사람이 없어서 물어보려고 했을 때, 리셉션 직원은 제 아내에게 말을 걸기 전에 10분 동안이나 대화를 나누었습니다. 대화였고, 고객을 돕는 게 아니었습니다. 그 후에 그녀는 피자와 윙만 있고 바에서 주문하거나 배달을 받아야 한다고 일축했습니다. 이것이 유일한 일축은 아니었습니다. 다시 예약할까요? 편의 시설이 광고된 대로가 아니고 고객 서비스가 긴급한 경우에만 예약할 것입니다. 그 외에는 객실과 위치가 마음에 들었습니다.

전반적으로 지하철 옆에 있고 대형마트도 있고 홍콩 백화점도 있어서 좋습니다. 지하 통로는 호텔과 직접 연결되어 있습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하며 아시아 섹션도 있습니다. 추천할만한 가치가 있습니다.

This is a lovely warm hotel. We arrived late due to rail strikes, which made transport to the hotel a pain. However, once we were checked in, we were straight up the the room which was toasty (really toasty!). Breakfast was a continental buffet style with plenty of everything and some of the items changed on a daily basis. The hotel bar was open on Saturday and Sunday, where their barman, Boris was extremely friendly, warm, polite and helpful. He also takes a keen interest in football. I would also like to give Filip and his team at reception a shout out as they were extremely helpful. For those who read the reviews saying they could not speak either English or German, we found this to be simply not true. Their English was fluent as was their German. We had wanted to come back out to Munich specifically to stay here again this year but unfortunately that will now have to wait until next year. If you want the u-bahn, it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel reception (turn left from the door, left again, cross at the lights and you are there).

If you are looking for a place with a similar price range and location, I highly recommend Aloft over Mercure. Location: close to Munich central station, but you can hear people screaming and yelling at night. Be careful walking on the street late. Staff: front desk staffs are not very welcoming but the attitude was acceptable. Other staffs are friendly. The two hotlines of the 24-hour manager and front desk never worked during my stay; no one answered on either line. Room: you can feel it's old. Although the room is in great condition, you can still feel its ”oldness.” The shower room has only half door, which is a weird design because you can splash water everywhere after showering and make a mess. The air conditioner and heater did not work. I tried to call the staff to help, but no one answered. And due to the malfunction of the air conditioner, the air was not circulated and felt very stuffy. The old room smell was getting stronger since there was no air conditioning.

Hotel close to the centre with extremely nice and friendly staff in a very divers neighbourhood, which did not annoy by any means. Breakfast is very good with a good variety including fresh fruit. Due to the +25C during the day the cooling did operate the complete night, but was not noisy nor did it disturb our night-rest. 🫶🏻
