Fantastic service already from the booking process, where due to some extra request the director herself took a very good care and went the extra mile! This is not seen these days anymore. Very friendly and well trained staff, lovely new rooms with all you need in it, big TV, personalized welcome with a stylish gift, pleasant rain shower and also great bar and breakfast! All this for very afordable price, I surely recommend this hotel to everybody! THANK YOU

The hotel is beautiful. It is set right beside the English garden. Simply gorgeous. It is a little bit far from the main attractions of town. For example, Marion plots, and the glockenspiel. However, that simple taxi ride will get you there. The lobby is grand, and the staff is quite attentive. However, this is where we need to talk about the missing details. Some of the night staff did not speak almost any English. This made communicating quite difficult. I had this crazy experience of trying to get some ice cream for room service at around 1030 at night. Depending on who we spoke to, you could or could not get anything at that time. This is where two employees actually try to help me and go above. Anisa and Said. We finally got the ice cream. The chocolate ice cream was absolutely delicious. More details… All the hotels are strongly, encouraging guests to save water by reusing towels. I completely agree with this initiative. But if that’s the case, why couldn’t they give us a few more simple hooks in the bathroom? Another detail for hotel: shower temperature control is a mess after flushing toilet! Ouch. Breakfast area is very good. Good selection of food. Staff great. Very attentive. I would suggest longer shields in front of the food since everyone is sneezing everywhere. Another annoying detail - give water out for free! If we’re paying so much for the hotel, then the water should be free. As it is right now, you are charging almost 4 euros for one small bottle of water. That’s a rip off. I’m sure most of the clientele can afford the water bottle, but this really is a rip off. The going rate is actually about one or maybe two Euros . Don’t disrespect us with such ridiculous charges. Anyway, highly recommend this place. Would stay here again.

웨스틴 그랜드 뮌헨호텔은 상당히 오래된 호텔이고, 가격도 뮌헨의 타 호텔에 비해 결코 저렴하지 않지만, 그 이름에 걸맞지 않은 객실의 구성요소는 감점을 주어야 했다. 기본 객실을 선택했는데, 커피메이커 대신 봉투에 담겨진 커피가 제공와 플라스틱 컵 (코로나 이유) 이 제공되었고, 4일 체류동안 고장난 냉장고는 고쳐줄 생각도 못하였다. 아침식사 때의 서비스는 너무 엉망이고, 예로 기본적인 계란요리도 못하는 요리사가 서비스를 하고, 홀 안의 서비스 인원도 수다떨기에 바쁜 사람들이었다. 주차비도 30 유로로 비싼 편에 속하고, 교통이 편리한 위치라는 장점 외엔, 같은 가격이면 타 호텔이 나을 듯한 느낌이라서 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔이다.

이것은 당신이 상상하는 쉐라톤 5 성급 호텔이 아니며, 객실은 3 성급 호텔과 비교할 수 없습니다. 로비는 좋은 입니다. 전시회에 참석하여 전시장과 가까운 호텔을 선택하기 때문에 까다 롭거나 나쁘지 않을 수 있습니다.  전반적으로 객관적으로 말하면, 위치는 일반적이며 하드웨어 시설은 일반적이며 호텔 서비스는 허용됩니다. 밝은 반점은 없으며 객실 침구는 매우 일반적입니다.

우리는 Fleming house n Schwabing에서의 숙박을 정말로 즐겼습니다! 트램 정류장이 바로 앞에 있으며 U-Bahn까지 도보로 가까운 재미있는 위치입니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 현대적이며 카펫은 없습니다. 우리 방은 작았지만 우리에게 충분했습니다. 욕실에는 개인 정보 보호가 많지 않은 모든 사람에게 작동하지 않는 유리 벽이 있습니다. 방에 정말 좋은 네스프레소 머신이 있지만 냉장고는 없습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다! 모두 매우 좋았습니다. 좋은 경험 :)

친절하게도 얼리체크인이 가능했습니다. 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원. 호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 기능적으로 가구가 비치되어 있었습니다. 근처에 저렴한 주차 공간(1일 €1.50)이 있고 도보 거리에 있습니다.

아주 좋은, 무료 과일이 있으며, 수하물을 저장하는 데 도움이됩니다, 전반적으로 아주 좋은 경험입니다, 나중에 뮌헨에 올 기회가 있다면, 나는 다시 선택할 수 있습니다
