호텔은 방이 많고 깔끔하고 깨끗하며 편안하고 교통이 편리하지만 호텔 내 일부 객실에는 헤어드라이어가 없습니다.어젯밤에 머리를 감고 헤어드라이어가 없다는 것을 알았습니다.전화를 했습니다. 프론트데스크에 물어봐달라고. 거의 1시간을 기다렸는데 아무도 대답이 없음. 드디어 문을 열었더니 중국인 남자가 복도에서 그냥 지나쳤음. 운좋게도 방에 헤어드라이기가 있어서. 머리를 말릴 수 있었다...

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice before but I wanted to write a new review to express my appreciation for some of the staff of this hotel. First, this hotel is in a GREAT location if you are looking to go to the Hirschgarten (highly recommended beautiful park and Biergarten within easy walking distance of the hotel) and use the S-Bahn (very convenient for getting both around the city and to nearby towns). On this most recent trip, we were impressed with two groups of employees. The breakfast staff works incredibly hard during the entire breakfast time to keep items stocked, keep tables clean, and to bus the dirty dishes and trays. All that, and they are friendly as well! I hope that the management realizes how impactful the breakfast staff’s work is on the guests. Second, the front desk staff is accommodating and personable. When we checked out, there was unfortunately only one team member (a trainee, according to his name tag) behind the desk. Armin was doing a spectacular job dealing with the line of people trying to leave, while also dealing with an issue that a guest was having at the same time. Again, I hope that management acknowledges Armin’s work on 15 July. We have enjoyed staying at this hotel each time we’ve visited and will be sure to return.

슈퍼 좋은 직원 깨끗한 아름다운 방 아침 식사는 완벽합니다 (brood, coating, pancakes, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, musli 등). 올림픽 공원에서 축제를 위해 여기에 ware는 불행히도 조금 밝았지만 괜찮 았습니다. 불필요한 추가 비용은 없습니다.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Purchasing a hot beverage to go from the bar - was being told that the policy is that they do not serve in paper cup. Either take the ceramics glass to carry to your room. More amazing - cannot charge to your room bill. No credit card too. Only can pay by cash. If cannot fulfilled none of the above, the staff is not going to sell you the drink and walk away. Secondly, opportunity for customer service improvement. When travelers reach the hotel for check-in after long hours of travel, all they want is to get a room for a good hot shower or rest. Okay - system was down. Sorry cannot check you in. Not sure when the system will be up. Cannot give you the room first but you have to wait. Okay, I am like - is there no back up plan. You mean manual tracking does not work anymore in the event if the system is down ?
