우와. 서비스는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 어린 아이와 함께 여행했습니다. 직원들은 우리 아기를 위해 접이식이지만 깨끗한 쿠션, 침대 시트, 수건을 갖춘 멋진 유아용 침대를 준비했습니다. 호텔의 디자인은 단순했고, 우리 방은 매우 깨끗했고, 냄새도 좋았고, 온도도 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 우리는 이곳에 머무르게 되어 매우 기쁩니다. 고객 중심 서비스에 대해 경영진과 직원들에게 축하를 전합니다.

코로나 대책에도 불구하고 컨시어지와 리셉션의 훌륭한 서비스! 더 큰 방으로 업그레이드했습니다. 불행히도 호텔 바는 여전히 문을 닫았지만 전반적으로 나는 내 체류에 매우 만족했습니다.

이전 Hotel Herzog Wilhelm에서 큰 변화가 되었습니다. 객실은 세부 사항에 대한 큰 사랑으로 개조되었으며 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 아름답고 성공적인 체인 호텔로의 전환. 개인 서비스도 너무 조기하고 친절합니다. 위치는 Sendlinger Gate에서 바로 매우 중심적입니다. 이런게 있어서 좋아요!

최근 호텔에 머무는 동안 각각 60제곱미터가 넘는 2개의 디럭스 스위트룸이 있으며 별도의 거실, 침실 및 탈의실이 독특하게 배치되어 있습니다. 객실은 훌륭한 세부 사항과 잘 갖춰져 있고 유료 미니바로 세련되게 장식되었습니다. 주목할만한 편의 시설에는 우유 거품이 있는 맞춤형 커피 머신(호텔에서 보기 드문)과 고품질 Marshall Kilburn 사운드 시스템이 포함되었습니다. 스위트룸에는 화장실이 하나뿐이었지만 욕실 수건은 푹신하고 고급스러웠습니다. 또한 조명과 커튼 제어 장치가 방 주변에 어져 있어 작동하기 불편했습니다. 호텔의 전반적인 서비스는 특히 프론트 데스크와 레스토랑에서 탁월했으며 세심한 직원과 환영하는 분위기였습니다. 그러나 하우스 키핑은 일관성이 없었고 종종 턴다운 서비스 중에 사용한 컵과 기구 청소와 같은 세부 사항을 간과했습니다. 또한 WhatsApp을 통해 방 청소를 요청했음에도 불구하고 우리는 저녁에 돌아와 스위트 중 하나가 서비스가 제공되지 않는다는 것을 알았습니다. 직원의 초기 응답은 방이 이미 오전 10시에 청소되어 호텔의 새로운 것으로 인해 잠재적인 운영 미숙성을 제안했다는 것입니다. 또한 가끔 컵과 수건과 같은 품목을 교체하는 것을 잊는 것과 같은 룸 서비스의 감독이있었습니다. 식사 경험은 모든 식사, 특히 저녁 식사와 함께 훌륭했습니다. 제한된 옵션에도 불구하고 아침 식사도 즐거웠습니다. 구시 가지 중심부에 위치한이 호텔의 위치는 주요 명소와 고급 쇼핑 거리에서 도보 거리 내에 완벽했습니다. 요약하면 뮌헨 호텔은 대부분의 측면에서 인상적이어서 여행자에게 최고의 선택이었습니다.

Perfect for us in many ways! Great location right on the shopping streets, we were in the middle of action when we stepped out to the pedestrian zone. No need to commute to city center from far away. Boho chic- style design. Loved the use of different colors in different spaces and floors to create a special ambience across the small but cosy hotel. Rooms were small but comfy, and totally quiet. Not a single sound from eithet outside or from next door, which I really appreciated. There was a church right behind the hotel, but window closed you couln't hear the bells at all. Great A/C. Such peaceful and quiet nights spent in our lovely room sleeping like a baby. Great, thick curtains blocked out all the light, so it was dark, too. Perfect for a bad sleeper. Bathroom was neat and tidy and spacious enough for our needs. Everything was clean and spotless everywhere in the hotel- well done cleaning team! Breakfast was 19e. (not included in our price) and worth it! So fresh and delicious. Croissants, bread rolls, jam, cheese, fresh fruits, great quality tea in a cute pot, pancakes...service was good and the room beautiful. Good start for our busy days in town. Nice young staff at the reception very service-minded and friendly. Taxi drivers pick you up from the reception since they cannot drive there due to location on a pedestrian zone. Only negative things worth mentioning: -no tea making facilities in the rooms -pillows and duvets made of synthetic materials instead of feather and down -very poor water pressure in the shower (5th floor)

We reserved a double room in the hotel, but the hotel room was too small for two people and the cleaning was not very good. The lighting in the room was also not good. Also, there was too much noise in the room, we could not stay comfortably. Some guests were very disturbing, they were talking and shouting too much. And they could even pass to the balconies of other rooms because the balconies of the rooms can easily be opened to the next room. This situation is extremely dangerous in terms of security. We were quite uneasy when we reported this to the reception, they were not very interested in us. The receptionists were very indifferent and disrespectful. On the first day, we wanted to park our car in the parking lot of the hotel, but there were many broken beer bottles. When we told this to reception, they said they knew, but they didn't do anything right away. We had to park our car elsewhere by paying money. The hotel breakfast is not good. Wifi access is almost impossible. Epey tedirgin olduk, bunu resepsiyona bildirdigimizde bizimle cok ilgilenmediler. Resepsiyon görevlileri oldukca ilgisiz ve saygisiz davrandilar. Ilk gün arabamizi otelin park yerine parketmek istedik, ancak pek cok kirilmis bira sisesi vardi yerlerde. Bunu resepsiyona söyledigimizde haberlerinin oldugunu söylediler, fakat hemen bir sey yapmadilar. Arabamizi para ödeyerek baska bir yere park etmek zorunda kaldik. Otelin kahvaltisi iyi degil. Wifi erisimi neredeyse imkansiz. Sonuç olarak, bir gece kaldıktan sonra başka bir otelde kalmayı seçtik.

2021년도에 리모델링한 DO & CO 호텔 뮌헨 객실은 더욱 쾌적한 환경으로 편안한 뮌헨 여행을 만드실 수 있습니다.호텔은 Isartor에서 약 1km 정도 거리에 있고, 오보퍼파펜호펜 공항에서는 약 28km 정도 거리에 있어 호텔까지 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 또한, 지하철역(마리엔 플라츠)이 아주 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 호프 브로이 하우스, 마리엔 광장, 신 시청 등 뮌헨 인기 관광지들이 많습니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다. 호텔은 편리한 주차 공간을 운영합니다.많은 여행자들이 선정한 우수한 시설을 갖춘 호텔입니다.

재이용은 안할 거 같아요 위치는 역에서 가깝고 좋아요 다만 가장 의문인건 왜 호텔 대표 이름이 콘래드로 되어있는거죠 ..? AWA 호텔입니다 호텔 아니고 그냥 모텔 그잡채. 이십만원넘게 줬는데 .. 조식도 그냥 저냥 .. 직원분들은 너무 친절하고 좋으셨어요 짐도 보관해주시고요 .. ㅎ

The check-in process was a breeze. The staff were very helpful and polite. Location - The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the main station in Munich. The area is not the best and I would probably not recommend a late-night walk but the convenience makes up for it. All the tram and bus lines are within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There’s a supermarket next door and loads of food options around. Rooms - The rooms were large with twin beds, a tv, a minibar, a kettle, a large desk and a wardrobe. The air conditioning worked really well. You can use the mobile phone to open the room door.. although it didn’t work on the elevator. Might be easier to just use the key card. There are plug points near the bed. Wi-Fi was super fast. The view wasn’t great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t large but had a tub. The water was hot and the water pressure was great. The only area of concern was when I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on my door before heading out for the day (as I didn’t want my room cleaned), when I got back I found that my room had, in fact, been cleaned - this was a huge issue for me as there were many valuable items left around (and no one should have entered the room either way).

모든 것이 완벽했지만 침대 디자인이 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 침대를 나가는 것은 어렵고 불편했습니다. 바닥과 너무 가깝고 깨어있을 때 할 수있는 3 개의 계단이 있습니다. 젊은 사람이 신경 쓰지 않을 수도 있지만, 내 나이가 있다면 ... 정말 중요합니다 ... 다른 모든 것은 훌륭했습니다. 직원, 사우나, 위치, 수영장 ... 모두 훌륭했습니다.
