친절한 도움이되는 직원이있었습니다. 시설은 매우 좋았지 만 더 많은 충전 콘센트 [USB 포트]가 필요하다고 생각합니다. 아침 식사는 잘 균형을 잡고 있습니다. 감사합니다.

객실은 매우 좋고 깨끗하며 프론트 데스크 서비스는 매우 좋으며 주차가 편리한 주차장이 있습니다. 호텔 입구와 엘리베이터는 카드를 스 와이프하는 것이 안전합니다. 연고의 파리는 무료 미네랄 워터를 제공하지 않습니다. 다른 힐튼 호텔 객실은 무료 생수 2병을 제공합니다.

The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

The lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.

방에 바닥에 얼룩이 있었고 방에 나방이있었습니다. 위치는 I40 바로 옆에 있습니다. 직원들은 괜찮 았지만 훌륭하지는 않았지만 무례하지는 않았습니다. 침대와 샤워 시설은 훌륭했지만 욕실은 엄청나게 작았습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았지 만 흔들리는 스탠드의 반쯤 작동하는 토스터와 교차하는 얼음 침대의 음료 투수와 같이 일부 물건이 불안정하게 배치되었습니다.

주차 공간이 좁고 샤워 시설이 우리가 샤워를 하고 있다고 느끼게 할 충분한 압력이 없었습니다. 그러나 그들은 큰 실내 수영장을 가지고 있으며 장소는 조용했습니다.

터미널과 가까워서 터미널을 나오면 표지판을 따라 몇 개의 도로를 건너면 숙소 주차장에 있습니다. 깨끗하고 오래된 호텔이지만 깨끗하고 여기저기서 업데이트되었습니다. 예를 들어 침대는 더 나은 시간을 보았지만 화장실은 좋아 보였습니다. 직원들은 훌륭했고 음식은 괜찮 았고 빨리 제공되었습니다. 아래쪽에는 하나와 두 가지 항목이 있습니다. 방에 디카페인 커피 1개, 이상한 eh 2 샤워 배수구가 좋지 않았고 충분히 빨리 배수되지 않습니다.

Nice hotel with a podium type lobb. Zhyra the hotel staff is very accomodating and provided a good service.
