Very tired hotel - stained carpets and dust and , except for kind woman on reception this morning,less than helpful staff. Leaking bath problem was initially met with an offer of an extra towel to nip up water but as it was pouring out from underneath the bath this didn’t seem like a good solution. Eventually moved to a different room which was still Underwhelming.

도보 약 15 분. 샤워 시설이있는 공간 (고급). hdmi 포트가있는 훌륭한 TV. 2 개의 의자, 큰 드레싱, 큰 침대. 멋진 아침 식사. 넓은 리프트. 방은 매우 깨끗했고 밤은 에어컨뿐만 아니라 매우 가벼웠다.

Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night) Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant atmosphere (in a large banquet hall) This hotel was a big disappointment. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package. Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem. Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window. Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a decent hotel with large and comfortable rooms, sufficient amenities, decent breakfast. It is what can be expected from a congress and group hotel, meaning there is no human touch. This is what I felt but I am not complaining and I would stay here again. The hotel is within 5-10 minutes from the historical city center.

Ottima prima esperienza in questo hotel a Galatone un po’ fuori dal centro abitato , struttura rinnovata da poco, comodissimo parcheggio privato vicino al loro distributore di benzina. Camera nuova climatizzata e perfettamente insonorizzata, pulizia perfetta, letto comodissimo con Tv frigo in camera, personale molto professionale e gentile, molto comodo anche L annesso Ristorante quando non si ha voglia di prendere L auto ed uscire. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, 5 stelle tutte meritate, lo consiglio!

호텔은 고급 욕실 비품, 편안한 침구 및 다양한 맛과 달콤한 아침 식사 품목으로 매우 현대적입니다. 호텔은 고속도로와 주요 도로 근처에 위치하고 있기 때문에이 지역을 탐험하기에 좋은 기반을 만듭니다. Lecce의 중심으로 걸어가는 것은 생각보다 조금 길었습니다. 호텔 직원은 Porta Napoli (도시 벽 입구)까지 15-20 분이지만 도심에 가고 싶은 곳으로 가려면 30 분이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

A stunning hotel. Some rooms have a lovely view of Santa Croce. Extremely well located. Lovely staff. Santa Croce suite divine. Breakfast was superb. Great valet parking. Lovely bed. A lovely hotel that we would go back to. Not cheap but this is luxury - all the hotel meets luxury standards. Not cheap but very much worth it. We really enjoyed our stay. Cannot fault it really.
