Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. Check out some more up to date pics! And stay elsewhere.

호텔의 서비스는 무적이며 전통적인 고급 호화 호텔보다 훨씬 낫습니다.호텔에는 12개의 객실만 있고 서비스는 일대일이며 객실은 넓고 특히 가족에게 적합합니다. 호텔의 가장 큰 하이라이트는 무적의 전망입니다. 밀라노의 가장 아름다운 전망이 바로 눈앞에 있습니다. 아침식사가 아주 좋아요 씨트립은 아침식사 불포함이고 직영 식당가는 1인당 48유로 입니다 아주 맛있고 서비스도 매우 친절합니다 늦게 일어나서 웨이터가 천천히 먹으라고 하더군요 다 먹은 후에 청구해도 상관없어요 정말 달콤합니다.

호텔의 위치가 매우 편리합니다 지하철에서 내리면 바로 보입니다 아래층에는 사천식당을 비롯한 많은 식당이 있습니다 맛도 좋고 마트와도 매우 가깝습니다 . 대성당과 인근 쇼핑가까지 도보로 단 6분 거리입니다. 밤 10시까지는 꽤 안전합니다. 방이 엄청 넓어서 가든뷰 룸을 보니 루프탑 바가 뷰가 좋습니다. 서비스는 좋았고 통화를 처리하는 데 몇 분이 걸렸습니다.

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

호텔은 비교적 작고 객실은 깨끗하지만 공원 전망의 객실 유형을 선택하지 마십시오. 도로 바로 옆에 있으며 방음 시설이없는 문과 창문이 있습니다. 다행히 귀마개가 있습니다. 그렇지 않으면 악몽입니다. 호텔 위치는 매우 좋으며 나폴레옹 거리까지 15 분이 걸리지 않으며 밀라노 대성당까지 직선 도로로 20 분이 걸립니다.

Due to work, I've stayed in lots of hotels, in different countries. This is the first time I really wanted to have more time in the hotel. Lovely indoor facilities of course. But, there is this amazing park-area in the back. It looks like an endless forest but it's in the middle of Milano! A long breakfast, sitting in the outdoor area would have been so nice. Next time..........

The only thing that was good about this hotel is the location, AB 10 mins from the center.... BUT.... I have booked double room for only myself and it was supposed to be 18 kvm... when I got into the room it was far away from 18... more like 12... seems like they gave me the smallest room just bc I was alone even if I paid for a bigger room. After my complaint I got another room that was much better. On the reception they were trying to tell me that that was a standard double room, when I could clearly see on the map of rooms on the wall that that one was the smallest... felt like they put bigger bed and trying to sell it as double, be careful.... On their homepage it says that bathrobe is included, asked for it couple of times in the end they said.... no we don't have it only towels.... ehhh... 4 star hotel... would have been strange if there were no towels either.... There is no bar as it says on the page either... The reception is closed from 23... so no 24h service their either.... When I was checking out they wanted me to pay City taxes that I have already paid on the day of the arrival... Honestly I don't really know why they still keep their stars...

체크인이 더 쉬우면 5점을 주고 싶습니다. 방은 넓습니다. 지하철역 입구를 내려다보고 있어 트램, 교통 및 인근 병원에서 약간의 소음이 있습니다. 그러나 방 자체는 넓고 깨끗하며 뜨거운 물이 많이 나오고 가격은 적당했습니다. 체크인이 어려웠습니다. 부분적으로는 전화 회사가 일주일 전에 요청했기 때문에 전화 국제 액세스를 제공하지 않았기 때문에 에이전트와 액세스를 조정할 수 없었고 이른 체크인을 사용할 수 없었습니다. 시차로 인해 지연되지 않고 작동하는 휴대폰이 있다면 체크인이 훨씬 쉬울 것이라고 확신합니다. 또한 공항에서 고속 열차를 타는 사람에게 경고합니다. 기차표를 확인해야 하거나 12유로의 기차를 타면 벌금이 부과되는 62유로 여행이 됩니다.

This hotel is perfectly located next to Cadorna station and Metro. You are unable to hear the trains from your room. The room was very modern and sparkling clean, the toiletries were high quality and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel is quite difficult to find as it is in a building behind huge doors. The reception is on the third floor and closes at midnight. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A great hotel

전반적으로 매우 좋았습니다. 프론트 데스크의 여성은 매우 친절하고 환영했습니다. 나는 방의 욕실을 좋아했습니다. 매우 새롭고 깨끗하며 방은 매우 아름답습니다. 위치가 매우 좋고 관광 명소로 이동하는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 주로 기차역과 매우 가까워 도보로 5 분이 걸립니다. 이것은 호텔이 아닌 개인 관리하는 홈스테이여야 합니다. 건물 안에는 이 홈스테이뿐만 아니라 다른 홈스테이와 이발소가 있습니다. 때로는 안전에 대해 걱정할 수 있습니다. 방에서 제공되는 물이 마음에 들지 않습니다. 유리병에 담겨 있으면 병이 재사용될까 걱정됩니다. 전반적으로 매우 좋고 다음에 다시 올 것입니다!
