팔라초 세그레티(Palazzo Segreti)

貴是真的貴，寸土寸金，離duomo很近，離cardona火車站也很近，位置是真好，服務也很不錯，房間有點小，住倒是蠻舒服的

Hotel was decent, very central, close to the palace. Nice that they provide happy hour (for food, not drinks) and free breakfast. The cleaners tend to shift the furnitures around daily when they clean, not sure why. My only small remark is I wished the provided a kettle and teabags in the room (pretty standard for hotels). It's nice to make yourself a cup of tea after a long day.

A delight to stay here. Lovely welcome from a great staff team . Sabrina at reception was outstanding, making restaurant reservations at hotels in other cities for us. Will definitely stay again if visiting Milan.

Palazzo Segreti is a gem in the heart of Milan. Quiet, comfortable and incredibly well located. Most of all, the staff is fabulous. There is no request that they will not attempt to accommodate, and they make the routine elegantly easy. In particular, Dennis and Sabrina at the front desk are perfect professionals. We would stay here again in a heartbeat when we return to Milan.

Good quality accommodation in an excellent location for the main attractions, with friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was limited but of high quality.

This hotel was in a quiet street off the busy area. Right near the Sforzesco castle, less than10 min walk to Duomo, Cadorna station (for Malpensa airport express) and easy walk to Brera... Hotel is in a convenient location for walking to many sites or taking public transportation. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, convenient and clean. Slippers and bathrobes were useful. Breakfast was really delicious!! (many baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt...) Elevator was really small and old fashioned but you might find it charming. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a perfect hotel to stay for our 1 night stay in Milan. Wish we had more days to stay at Palazzo Segreti and explore beautiful Milan!!

Finished off our Italian vacation by spoiling ourselves at this property. From the excellent service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the room and property we were so pleased with our choice. The location is perfect for access to everything !! We walked miles and enjoyed every minute.

Excellent location for trips to Duomo, Ambrosiana, Sforza castle snd La Scala. Room was clean large and staff was most helpful.
