Beautiful hotel, walk to the room was a little far. Food and service was lovely. Especially Salma. Shame my hotel phone wasn’t working which was an inconvenience

Great location but rooms with bad smell.
The first room received was with a tobacco smell so we asked another one. One of the employee was laughing like it is not so important and blocking but for a non smoker it is really inappropriate.
The second room had a smell of sewage. Very bad. So when asking for a solution we have changed to a 3rd room. Not easy at all and no compensation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelo, le personnel est sympathique et veillent à ce que l’hôtel soit propre malgré quelques clients (d’origine française) qui jetaient leurs bouteilles près de la piscine. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir l’année prochaine.
