Hotel staff are very friendly and approachable. They are very prompt in addressing our needs. Hotel is very near Haram and easy to get food too.

Every think us ok and good , very clean place and good location

Situated in the main entrance of the Holy Masjid. The hotel's back exit is just across the road and u step into the white flooring of the masjid premises after crossing the road. The hotel is very beautiful with an amazing lobby, a wonderful spread of breakfast (you need 3 days to eat all the things on offer there), and modern and spacious rooms (we had 2 kids, 2 king beds very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids). The service in the hotel was truly hospitable with anything you would want to ask, would be provided without an excuse. Overall, this review is about the hotel only but the highlight of our trip and 6 days in Makkah, was the Holy Majshid itself. The view from the window was just about sufficient enough to feel you were within reach, and convenient to have namaaz from the room as the visibility was permissible for performing namaaz from the room. 5/5

The Best in Makkah so far

The distance between the hotel is not far yet not so close. Hotel is excellent on all fronts

The hotel is well equipped staff are amazing and rooms are very spacious & super clean. The lobby is lovely. Excellent location just 5 minutes to Haram. Fast service all the way. Not forgetting, the buffet are fantastic.

Very nice hotel. Location new to the new mosque. Surely will come again for another trip.

Wouldn’t stay here ever again. Rude. Service is poorly

Amazing super clean location 3 minutes to Alharam just down from the hotel mall and coffee shops and restaurants. You can also come and go back to the train less than 4 minutes from the hotel entrance. Moreover the size of the room 56 it was bigger than the other hotel when I checked.

Superb Stay could do with a bit more thorough cleaning could see a used mask behind my bed
