Stayed one full week in Madrid and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel was recently opened and had a special musical touch to it, located right in the center of Madrid by Plaza Mayor and Sol. Rooms are well appointed spacious, and quality amenities ,beautiful rooftop terrace and even though the hotel has a theatre/concert venue you will not hear much! Many artists usually perform at the famous theater venue in the lobby which adds a fun vibe to the experience . However I really need to highlight the staff especially Maria Garcia one of the managers a true professional and did all she can for me to enjoy this experience, always there to help and assist making sure my experience is top notch. Tania the guest experience manager was extraordinary, knew all the answers to my questions and recommend great restaurants, found the perfect transfers to take me to the football stadium, and more. She is a superstar Also wanted to mention Alvaro front office manager, always smiling and accommodating! Bravo!

Best Things ~~ 이 호텔의 Best 는 The Omar이다. The Omar 의 아침 식사는 완벽하다. 베이커리와 음식들,그리고 스태프들 모두가 너무 홀륭하다. 모두가 밝고 친절하지만 특히 , SumayA 는 너무 친절하고 가능한 많은 음식을 맛볼수 있도록 도와주고 즐거운 식사시간이 되도록 해 준다. The Omar 의 빵들은 파리의 최고 베이커리 수준으로 맛있는것 같다. 우린 이 호텔에 머물면서 아침 식사를 늘 기다린다 ^^ Worst Things ~~ 우린 이 호텔에 27주년 기념 여행으로 왔기 때문에 많은 기대를 갖고 왔다. 룸도 킹 스위트로 업그래드를 잘 해주었다. 하지만, 우린 샤워를 할때 물이 빠지지 않아서 머리를 감고 물이 내려가길 기다리고 물이 내려가면 또 샤워를 하고 , 이렇게 불편하게 샤워를 끝내고 나왔지만 , 물은 이미 욕실 바닥 전체에 퍼져서 우린 모든 타올들로 믈을 닦고 프론트에 연락을 했다 20분 후에 기술자가 와서 고치고 그 기술자가 하우스 키퍼에게 연락해서 청소 하러 왔다. 그렇게 1시간 정도를 불편하게 보냈지만 , 컨시어저 에서는 잘 해결이 되었는지 불편하게 되서 미안하다는 연락이 전혀 없었다. 전화 한 번이면 손님들의 기분을 더 나빠지게 하지 않을수 있을텐데... 정말 놀라웠다. 그리고, 나는 하얏트 계열사에서 컨시어져의 매너가 이렇게 나쁠수 있다는것도 알게 되었다. 하지만, 룸의 컨디션이나 모든것이 나쁘지 않고 아침식사는 훌륭하지만, 아쉽게도 컨시어져의 반응에 호텔 전체 이미지가 나쁘게 느껴지고 말았다. 보통 문제는 큰 것에서 생기는 것이 아니라 작은 것에서 시작된다 !!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Upon check in we were given a warm welcome, and I was wished a happy birthday. Our room was beautiful, bedding great, we were able to choose the firmness of the mattress and preference of pillows. Furnishings were comfortable with plenty of space as well as closets and drawers. My husband was sick with some sort of cold, they brought extra water and tissues. They even offered medical assistance. Luckily, I brought medication with us and he was back to normal in a day. Every aspect, lobby, hallways, staff were wonderful. I was disappointed that my birthday was not recognized beyond when we checked in. We did have a small tower of small plates with cheese, meat and olives on the table when returned one day. I find it hard to believe that was for my birthday and not given to every guest. When we were at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace in Budapest a few years ago, a cake, champagne, and a birthday card, were delivered to our suite. My birthday was also recognized in their restaurant. This was a disappointment to be sure. We would definitely stay here again, as the location and hotel are really wonderful. I will rate Dani restaurant separately. I'll just say the reviews by Coastal046..... and valeriosA are accurate. We were there for eight nights!

I'm probably bring slightly generous in my rating as this is a good hotel but not very good. However, I think it would be unfair to rate it as average which is the next rating scale on TripAdvisor. It's very conveniently located if you're coming into the main railway station and is a short walk away and there is an elevator to street level from the station if you have heavy suitcases. It's also a short walk to the Prado and the Reine Sofia but about a 30 minute walk up to Plaza Mayor. The rooms are comfortable and new. They're not very big but for a short stay they're adequate. The bathroom is of a fair size and the amenities in the room are good. They have breakfast at the hotel but we didn't use it so I can't comment.

마지막 2 인실이기 때문에 실제로는 장애인 실입니다. 식당 옆에 소음이 있습니다. 하루 종일 커피와 아침 식사에 매우 좋습니다. 교통이 편리합니다. MRT 역과 가깝습니다.

The hotel is centrally located on Atocha street and you can easily access all major attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops. They have a strict policy of check in and check out. The staff was very helpful and when our flight got postponed tried to do their best with finding a solution for us for the day. We stayed in 2 different types of apartments. A 2 bedroom and a studio. The studio experience was much better. There was a french balcony to the main street which we could open for air. The 2 bedroom apartment was slightly stfiling and the windows could not be opened. The shower room is quite small. Each apartment has a small kitchen and a washer. It is all very basic but definitley enough for just a stay and it is worth the price.

(가방이나 트롤리로 OK) 큰 요구가 없고 다른 것에 투자하는 것을 선호한다면 1박 또는 2박에 좋습니다.. 더 많은 날 동안 긍정적인 면은 이미 구조의 편안함을 더 중요하게 생각했기 때문에 가격만이 됩니다. 문을 열기 위해 사이토폰을 사용할 때, 버튼을 몇 초 동안 폐기시키십시오. 그렇지 않으면 내가 말하지 않는 이유로 열지 않을 위험이 있기 때문입니다.

I could not be more pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is a quaint, historic hotel with a rustic ambience. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Best breakfast buffet we had in Spain as well. Hotel is located literally next to the famous Plaza Mayor with numerous restaurants lining the plaza's interior. Also a short walk to the Puerta del Sol square and a longer walk (but doable) to the Royal Palace. We enjoyed our stay!

내가 가본 최고의 호스텔 중 하나. 8-people 공용 침실은 침대가 안전하고 멀리 떨어져있는 큰 방이었습니다. 호스트의 전반적인 청결은 좋았고, 분위기는 훌륭했습니다 (매일 밤 아래층에서 상그리아 파티와 매일 아침 마드리드 투어가 진행됨). 그러나 가장 좋은 부분은 직원이었습니다 : 매우 친절하고 당신을 도울 준비가되어 있습니다. 리셉션에서 일하는 이탈리아 소녀는 lovely했다! 그녀는 좋아하는 레스토랑을 많이 추천했으며 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 고맙습니다!

This hotel is on a corner of Plaza Mayor so if you want someplace central it is ideal. Rooms are on a room only basis however they have a coffee dock with free tea, coffee, juice and fruit open 24 hours. You also get a bag on your door each morning with a croissant, bun and water. Great location and great value.

We had a very comfortable room on the 4th floor, served by a lift. There was a very large bed, and plenty of cutlery/crockery and a microwave - the latter was useful for heating water as the kettle was quite slow. Good water pressure and a lovely shower. Close to all the sights and public transport. Would happily stay there again.
